Unfortunately, after many years of business with Transfer Express I will be seeking out other printing companies.

I have transfers from 4 years ago (I have older ones as well) and over the weekend I pressed these transfers for a customer. Unfortunately, the ink didn't stick to the shirts and I ruined a couple of shirts trying out different techniques to make the ink stick to the fabric.

I have not had this issue before. I've pressed even older transfers and never had an issue.

I called Transfer Express and at first there was nothing they could do.

Until I asked if they were willing to do something about it. They said the most they could offer is a 15% credit. I appreciated that.

However, I felt like they saw no value in me as a customer for many years. What is $40 dollars to a large company?

There is no shelf life for transfers, my transfers were stored properly. I have older transfers that I've never had issues with. I now have several sheets that I have to throw away, and that's money for me.

I'm a business as well. And I don't want to do business with another company who has no desire to make something right, especially with a customer who has purchased from them for many years.

I love this company because they have great prices on their transfers. The quality of it its amazing and they look awesome once printed on the garments. Very professional. Just wish the delivery cost was little lower. Other than that we love transfer express!

We tried ordering some flags from them and their website wouldn't work. There were no visible errors on the page. Long story short, their website doesn't work as it should. I just wasted 30 minutes with online chat support while trying to submit this order. All chat support did was try to get me to jump through hoops to make the website work. It's still not submitted. I am taking my business elsewhere and we highly recommend you do too. As a fellow business, we HATE leaving negative reviews. This is the ONLY negative review we have ever left for another business!

Hands-down some of the best customer service there is! I didn't know exactly what I needed but was able to articulate it to the Team and they helped me with no issues. The follow up was amazing and the product I received was beautiful! Will definitely use Stahl's again.

They claim to have fast turn around time but I ordered presses over a week ago and they aren't even scheduled to ship until the end of the week. This is very unproffessional and will cost me business because of them dragging their feet to complete a simple order of 100 prints. If they are bustly then they need to remove "fast turn around time" from their website. I also recieved very poor customer service and it seemed like they really didn't care that they were taking over 2 weeks to complete an order.

I recently became a customer and I have placed 4 orders. The first order I received had a portion that was not legible once pressed on the shirts. I wasn't able to use the transfers for my customer so I reached out to the company and I was offered free shipping on my next order, this should have been my sign to go elsewhere but I didn't. I placed another 2 orders after this and the transfers were good so I was happy that I had given them another chance up until a few days ago. This last order placed was the same design as previous orders but ended up having a different appearance and because of this I was not able to use this for the same customer again. I contacted the company with hopes that these could be replaced free of charge but that wasn't the case. I was told these printed with a partial white background because of sizing and my only option was free shipping again or order another set and pay the difference so either way I am I losing money again for transfers I'm unable to use and delaying a order I need to fulfill. I run a small business and I understand no return policies but if I have a customer that expects one thing or a certain quality because of previous orders but I produce something different I would be sure to remedy the problem without charging again. If I can do it as a small business I know this big business could do it but it's all about the dollar. I will no longer use this company for my transfer needs and will no longer refer others to use them either.

I would like to say I had issues with an order I was very frustrated with them. However, they took the time to call on a Sunday even. They explained they would do whatever was needed to fix the issues. More importantly they took the time to listen so we could get the issures resolved. They have a great design center and great quality transfers. The time they took to create a resolution was greatly appreciated..

When our brands switched a few hotter products to in-house fulfillment we had no idea that the product quality would exceed the 3rd party service vendors. No more risky overruns on printing & the style limits are now back on our own creativity. Great customer service also!
