I recently became a customer and I have placed 4 orders. The first order I received had a portion that was not legible once pressed on the shirts. I wasn't able to use the transfers for my customer so I reached out to the company and I was offered free shipping on my next order, this should have been my sign to go elsewhere but I didn't. I placed another 2 orders after this and the transfers were good so I was happy that I had given them another chance up until a few days ago. This last order placed was the same design as previous orders but ended up having a different appearance and because of this I was not able to use this for the same customer again. I contacted the company with hopes that these could be replaced free of charge but that wasn't the case. I was told these printed with a partial white background because of sizing and my only option was free shipping again or order another set and pay the difference so either way I am I losing money again for transfers I'm unable to use and delaying a order I need to fulfill. I run a small business and I understand no return policies but if I have a customer that expects one thing or a certain quality because of previous orders but I produce something different I would be sure to remedy the problem without charging again. If I can do it as a small business I know this big business could do it but it's all about the dollar. I will no longer use this company for my transfer needs and will no longer refer others to use them either.
