The WISH clinic is wonderful and my provider Anita Wolfe NP is amazing. Front desk staff is always smiling and helpful. I have visited the Neurology clinic to see Jeff Reynek NP and he's an outstanding provider! I've also had surgery as well and the surgery went perfectly and the surgical staff treated me wonderfully.

Wish I could rate these people 0 stars. I got charged an outlandish amount to have a dermatologist talk to me for 15 minutes and prescribe 2 products that don't even work. I've had better luck with online remedies. Not only that but my disabled mother who's been struggling to pay her remaining medical bills was shocked to find a bill from them for $350 when she thought she was on her last payment. This was apparently from an appointment she had in January of 2018. She received this bill in March of 2019. And although this was their error they did nothing to compensate her for their mistake and refused to send her anything that would assure her that there would be no more surprise payments. I regret not listening to all the other reviews on this place and wish I had steered clear. Don't make my mistake and give this place a chance. You will regret it.

I will start by saying the doctors, MAs, and staff are all very friendly. That being said we have left the practice after 2 years after constant scheduling issues and miscommunications. On 3 separate occasions we arrived at the clinic for a scheduled Appt and were told by staff that either we were at the wrong time (which we weren t because I had confirmations) or whomever scheduled our appt had scheduled the wrong type and we would have to come back in. If you actually get seen I would expect a 2.5- 3 hour experience between waiting in the lobby, waiting in the exam room and waiting for vaccines. Doesn t matter if you do the super early morning spots either - you will still wait. I once waited 90 minutes for a vaccine in an exam room with a very anxious toddler only to be told that they were actually out of the vaccine and forgot to tell me. Another time we had to reschedule a flu shot (where I had hauled the same toddler to the clinic for a 6:30AM Appt) due to a trainee having issues of getting the vaccine unlocked. Again, great staff but not worth the long waits and constant scheduling issues.

Charge you for facility fees & treatment room since its considered a hospital. Also will charge your for a surgery (an endoscopy) without informing you that its considered a surgery/procedure and not just part of a regular initial visit. Afterwards they prescribed me things that my primary doctor did before. So, safe your money unless you feel like getting charged hundreds of dollars.

The doctor inserted an ear plug in my ear for a hearing test with such force my ear still hurts three days later. I feel she did it with intent to hurt me. Now I need to see an ear nose and throat doctor.

I've been waiting to see a dermatologist here to get a cancer screening for a mole for six months. I showed up to my appointment today and they skipped me for being five minutes late and they scheduled another appointment for me six weeks out. It's insane to cancel an appointment for being five minutes late -- the clinic is really hard to find. Plus, the screening downstairs takes at least five minutes.

If you want people to be on time, tell them where the practice is located in the text confirmation and tell them to expect a delay for COVID screening.

The woman working was really kind, but the business practices of this place are insane.

Receive the absolute best in progressive health care with Dr. Diane Yang and her partners.
Well rounded Internal Medicine group. Dr. Yang cares for her patients with excellent follow up. You can expect a timely appt. The ability to use email to communicate saves you and the Doc time and multiple trips.

They re not exaggerating about the costs. The cost for specialty services are astronomical at UC health hospitals. You ll be charged $1400 for an ultrasound procedure that would cost under $500 at a freestanding location that s not attached to a hospital. I was scheduled to get an ultrasound, and I had to cancel that appointment and delay getting a diagnosis because I couldn t afford the astronomical costs. Their clinics are a different story. They re actually pretty good. Their clinics are good and cost effective and I m very happy with my physician at the Greenwood Village medical clinic. Do everything you can to avoid their large hospital locations, because they tack on a lot of extra fees, but you should be alright going with the clinics
