I never regretted my decision that I booked a vacation at this certain hotel. The room that was accommodated for me was clean, presentable, and elegant. Therefore, I could barely stop taking selfies inside my room. All of their amenities, furniture, and equipment were truly useful. I ll assure you to give them the rate of five stars. Honestly, I wanted to extend my days of staying at this prestigious hotel. This experience would last forever. Thank you so much for making me feel at home!

Beautiful, comfortable, great service, centric. A jewel building and walking distance of many things and places. Expensive parking, though there is a cheaper parking lot in front of the building.

Amazing place we did a Priceline express deal got it for 180. We were placed on the 5th floor then we saw the 4th floor had a patio our bellman went out of his way and had our room changed for us. I wish I could remember his name damn. My favorite thing of all time was the shower . Never have I been to a hotel with a shower like this one

Unbeatable location within Union Square. It is overlooking the ice skating rink during the winter time. Large spacious upgraded room set within an ancient building. Great friendly service from the valet to the bell captain to the front desk. The biggest downside is the SUPER EXPENSIVE parking!!!

Great location. Rooms feel outdated even though I stayed in the renovated tower. Room 678 was quite large, but consisted of wasted space the form of a hallway. In the evenings, shower took a long time to warm to lukewarm. View was not good either.

What a horrible mess! Almost the entire staff is on strike, which means that there is no maid service, no room service and the hotel is a mess. To make matters worse, the strikers are obnoxiously loud from 7am until after 9pm.
Stay away!

Have stayed at the Westin St. Francis MULTIPLE occasions, and being in a financial position of choosing any hotel, the St. Francis is my go-to top pick in San Francisco. Consistently outstanding service, beautiful facilities and guest rooms, fantastic on-line restaurant and I love the historical aspects of this landmark hotel. I actually prefer the older historic building relationships oms - but the attached "Tower Rooms" (I believe that's the term they use) when I've stayed in that section are again outstanding. I gotta stay it's my favorite Ina city of awesome hotels!!

The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Everything is old, the room is outdated, carpet is depressing, $62 dollars for parking, $19 for WiFi, not even water is complimentary. I will never stay here again and I would not recommend to anyone, at least not for the price.

Skyrocket prices, management was not accomodating when an upgraded room cost less online, manager wanted to charge an extra $100 even though cost online was $100 less than my room, no movie channels, refrigerator was broken

I'm actually writing on behalf of my mom's experience. We set her up here of the holidays and she was very happy. She particularly liked the location and also noted that the staff was very helpful.

Although it is a long-established hotel, the keys in the room are touch-type card keys, and you can not get on the elevator without the card keys, and the contents are firmly renovated. It is very convenient for sightseeing in front of Union Square.

The story of a historic hotel. We stayed because of accessibility to downtown. It was fine .. The interior is a bit old .. But it was a charming place. The room was nice.
It's an old building, so I remember the toilet was a bit small.

Nice event space and hosting. Signage in the main lobby was inadequate for two simultaneous events. Lots of confused attendees at the wrong registration tables. Otherwise great venue, great experience.

Last minute booking for a standard room. In the heart of Union Square, but too bad didn't have a view. Was clean and tidy enough, otherwise nothing fancy. Comfy enough bed with clean bathroom. The shower was a bit weak since the bath faucet spout didn't switch completely and some water was still pouring from the bottom. Overall, still is nice and easy sleep for last minute booking.

We arrived late at night and exhausted from a long day of travel. The guest services rep Steve provided such a warm welcome (thank you for the room upgrade!) that it turned everything around for us. Great concierge too!

Loved my stay. The hotel has a slight historic touch to it. It's right in the heart of the financial district. Shopping at its foot step. Room I stayed in was neat and clean but wasn't very impressed with the layout though. The view from my room over looked the union square, great view. Very good customer service. The bar is not the best in my opinion. The conference room is pretty spacious but the small meeting rooms can be congested depending on the number of people.

Elegant old San Francisco style. Rooms with chandeliers and high ceilings. Well laid out with various meeting spaces and dining options. Plenty of elevators. Across from Union Square, it's just steps away from shopping and sightseeing. Staff is very friendly.

Awesome location. I got an online deal so don't know if I would have been willing to pay full price though. For $180 plus taxes it was great. Comfy beds, good service. The room is pretty big by SF standards too. Sink in bathroom was a little weirdly small but other than that no complaints. Like all places in SF, parking overnight is outrageous so skip it. Being across the street from Union Square is a great local.

Favorite feature is the huge and well-maintained gym. Lots of types of exercise machines and plenty of room to spread out. The newly renovated room on the Landmark side of the building was impressive spacious with nice design and great attention to the finishes.

Very courteous staff, helpful, friendly and responsive. Clean rooms (stayed in the towers). I love the Westin Workout program, saves me from packing my sneakers!! Great location, very close to everything.

Awesome Hotel! Stayed two nights. 24hr room service. Take your bags before your check in so you can tour the city without hauling your luggage around. Ice machines, Starbucks, Perfect customer service, Would book again!

Gorgeous place to stay! Few things to note because of Covid-19 there's only one entry thru the garage which is inconvenient depending on where you are walking in from. Also there is no fridge, and our particular room had a TV that kept glitching. But the hotel property itself was incredible, the rooms were spacious and the views were top knotch.

Location is hard to beat, across the street from Union Square, and easy walking distance to an endless assortment of shopping, food, coffee, bars. The St. Francis is also an exceptional venue for events, been to several over the years and always impressed. As for accommodations, there are rooms whose only view is other parts of the hotel, but a lot of evenings you'll have Karl in the way anyway. Rooms are well kept and nicely appointed, altogether a very good hotel.

Excellent location! The staff is mazing and friendly and always do their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. Starbucks coffee in the room. There are so many awesome places to eat nearby and also to do shopping. The rooms are spacious and the bath tub has a decent size for a nice bubble bath. This is a great hotel if you want to stay in the heart of the Bay Area! . I highly recommend it
