The customer service is super bad. My mom had an appointment today and I dropped her off there, an hour later I call them and asked if she was finished, I was then transferred to the front desk where on of the rudest person on the planet answered. Asked her if my mom was finished and she said she didn't know and then I asked her can you take my number so you can call me when my mom is ready and she said no they don't do that, I believe that to be a lie she just didn't wanna take the time to take my moms name and my number and put it on paper so she says no and I guess because she says it she believes it, then I asked her when my mom is finished will she be bale to use your phone to call me, and she said something like she did not know, and she has a patient waiting she has to go, and she basically hung up on me. The people that work the desk there are totally unprofessional rude, she could've put me on hold but no. This receptionist desk lady should be fired. Shane on you St Elizabeth's for your ungodly evil customer service, can't wait to get off the Govt access insurance to get myself and my mother into better Drs shop the Obama care health care marketplace get your family out of places like this where they are not held accountable this is not acceptable St Elizabeth's get your act together ok.

Horrible terrible Experience of this clinic 2 and a half years ago I went to the dentist there a long time ago and I still have numb my gum from below the left side and half of the tongue also from the same side where the tooth was pulled out but now I have a lot of pain In the tongue I do not know what the dentist did badly but if I try it was very rough very traumatic and I still do not take away the numbness or numbness of my gum from below and half of the tongue and I went back to consultation because I thought I thought that It was still anesthesia but it wasn't long before and when they consulted me again the last thing the dentist told me was that they could operate on me but without any assurance that it will look good ... and I no longer wanted to return to this place St Elizabeth's Health Center Very bad Dentist !!!!!

I went here today for dental issues. They worked with me on payments. Same day apt and pull. I recommend this place to everyone.

I tried calling to just get info on how much i would be paying to have a tooth pulled because ahccs wont cover it and they kept telling me that they needed my husbands income first even though i didn't know if i wanted to go through them.

Theres one lady who helps you to get in to the program and shes so mean. Luckily other lady very friendly help me ao much.

Saint Elizabeth s is the worst place to get healthcare. The providers will not provide you with referrals they medically neglect your health issues, symptoms, pain and do not refer you to the proper specialist, they will target you and discriminated against you. Have staff member that lie. This place is very harmful stay away. These doctors here can t even give you a proper diagnosis. It s a big Ponzi scheme.
I wouldn t even give this place one star but had no choice But to give them one star.

I have been having mental and health problems for months and they keep rescheduling me like it's not gonna get any worse!! I just can by for an appt and had to reschedule again!! Hopefully 4th lucks the charm!! Also I'm feel always rushed.

They are inneficiant without a doubt the worse dental experience I have ever had they billed my insurance for things never received you can't get an appointment anytime soon all I can say is you can do better

Bad service of the person who makes appointments treats people very badly

This place is a blessing I came here with pain gum and tooth pain. I haven't been to a dentist since 2016. I came here as an emremerge at 1:00 pm. I was able to register and was educated by the services offered. Dr Zarf is a great dentist. And this world needs more people Like JoEdith .

Thank God for this place. They are delivering a great service. I have met nothing but kindness and understanding at this place. I will not complain because their service is far better than I have received in private settings.

Received great care from medical staff; however, front desk and reception could definitely be more well mannered and tactful.

I am very disappointed at the level of customer service and care my mother received today. My mother waited over an hour for her appointment that she came in on time. Other people who had later appointments were called in. My mother asked why she hadn't been called and the nurses admitted that other people were called before my mom. This place is very disorganized and rude. This incident has happened before. A different incident before this appointment, the woman who schedules the appointments made a mistake on scheduling an appointment for my mother. Hours later we noticed the mistake and rescheduled the appointment. I would give the clinic a zero rating.

I when I m with my husband to be register for medical services but we turn down due to no health insurance even tho we where showing pending status. Staff is unprofessional and rude. I will never go back there

They never answer the phone, some of the people that work there are unprofessional, most of the people that work there are lazy, and it is just unbelievable trying to schedule an appointment over there, you can almost never get someone to answer the phone which is unbelievably unprofessional for a health clinic.

Worst place in Tucson by far, the people are RUDE, nobody wants to help you and if they do they act like you are bothering them. I waited to be seen about 40 min's just to be told I was in the wrong department, I waited another 30 min's and was told to go see another person, and that person said they would be right with me and then TOTALY ignored me, then left for the day right pasted me and acted like nothing!!!!!! The employees of this establishment need to learn customer service!!!!!!!!!

I was assigned a doctor here by my insurance. All I needed was a referral to see the surgeon who fixed my broken ankle. I have called multiple times, the recording says they will return your call within 24 hours. Yet after my multiple attempts to contact them I haven't received a single call back

I've been a patient here for about 3 years and so far it has been the worst experience. The doctors are very good, don't get me wrong but the front desk people are not the best. Scheduling appointments over the phone is so time consuming. They never answer and if they do they don't schedule anything correctly. I am a student at the UofA and it is not always possible for me to go in person and schedule appointments. It seems that the people that work here are not technology friendly. Also, very rude people over the phone always answer. I have made the the decision of changing clinics!!

Front desk people have rude manners & delay client appointments resulting in having to re-schedule

Nearly impossible to get ahold of anybody. If you miss their call back you have to call back and wait another day. And if you miss that call back you have wait another day and on and on and on until you get lucky enough to actually be able to answer because people aren't always able to answer their phone.

I have been going to st Elizabeth for two years now . Ever since they switch managers i have got no help been fighting for someone to get my medication approved and they have not done that either . I try to contact the CEO of this place and she has not returned my call . I loved my doctors there but i guess i will have to find a new place now

Excellent appointment availability and very thorough medical provider staff.

If all you want to do is take medication, then this is the place for you! Be very cautious at this clinic. My husband has been going here for a year and they love to push medication that is not needed. When another doctor was consulted, they said he did not need to be on medication. I would not recommend this place if you are interested in living a healthy life.
