The customer service is super bad. My mom had an appointment today and I dropped her off there, an hour later I call them and asked if she was finished, I was then transferred to the front desk where on of the rudest person on the planet answered. Asked her if my mom was finished and she said she didn't know and then I asked her can you take my number so you can call me when my mom is ready and she said no they don't do that, I believe that to be a lie she just didn't wanna take the time to take my moms name and my number and put it on paper so she says no and I guess because she says it she believes it, then I asked her when my mom is finished will she be bale to use your phone to call me, and she said something like she did not know, and she has a patient waiting she has to go, and she basically hung up on me. The people that work the desk there are totally unprofessional rude, she could've put me on hold but no. This receptionist desk lady should be fired. Shane on you St Elizabeth's for your ungodly evil customer service, can't wait to get off the Govt access insurance to get myself and my mother into better Drs shop the Obama care health care marketplace get your family out of places like this where they are not held accountable this is not acceptable St Elizabeth's get your act together ok.
