So I made the unfortunate mistake of not verifying...

So I made the unfortunate mistake of not verifying the selected language when I clicked in the app to start a subscription. Paid $54.99 for a language I did not intend to learn and then realized I needed to change it.

I web chatted with Rosetta Stone for them to tell me what I was afraid of, they can t fix it, it s an apple subscription. They gave me instructions to request a refund from apple and told me to get back with them if it didn t work.

Apple denies the refund and I return to Rosetta who basically says yeah we re sorry it s through apple not us...but I m like C mon...you can see I just purchased this yesterday. You re telling me you can t go into my account an disable one language and authorize another. I mean I know I subscribed through apple...BUT THE MONEY MAKES IT TO YOU. So disappointing. It would be one thing if I had done all of this at the end of the quarter and said oops, I want my money back...but no this is the day I clicked it and the following day. On principle alone I will never purchase another subscription where Rosetta Stone benefits.
