Nice to find an honest dealership. They go out of their way for customer satisfaction. I've been going there for 8-9 years and even though it's out of the way, they are my go to dealership!

last month i went with my sister she was looking for a car we were treated kindly by the salesmen that helped us he was very nice had knowledge of all the cars we looked at Courtney W. was our salesman
I have been a St. Charles Nissan Customer for a little over two years now and have worked with Rich Chizmar both times! The first time, he sold me my first Nissan Rogue and made the entire process easier than I could have imagined. I arrived at the dealership to find all the cars in my price range already lined up and waiting, test drove one, and a couple hours later drove away in the car of my dreams. Fast forward to January 2, 2018, I was in a car accident that TOTALED my car. I immediately called Rich and told him my situation and that I would be in to hopefully get another Rogue from him. My budget and financial situation was different this time around and the timing was just unfortunate for this accident, but Rich and Sid, quite literally worked their fingers to the bone crunching numbers and finding the right car for me over the course of a week. Not one time when I called him did Rich sound inconvenienced by me, and I was determined to get another Rogue (they are the BEST). He did EVERYTHING he could and was so understanding and empathetic to my situation. At the end of the day, I walked off the lot with the car I wanted, in the budget I needed, with a huge smile on my face. The attention to detail and pride that Rich puts into his work is evident with every car he sells...which is why I will ALWAYS shop St. Charles Nissan. Their service and quality just cant be matched. Rich, thank you again for turning a devastating situation into a great one!
Would have given 1 star if it wasn't for the salesman we had. Day after buying it had to replace a bad battery, then just kept getting worse! Had to make a special trip over there to get the vehicle reinspected, sold with an inspection that expired a week after purchase. The last and final thing was when I picked up the title that same day and the dealer had never signed it!! Obviously partly my fault since I didn't look, but thought they would know what to do since its their business. Won't recommend to friends!
5 stars for Nissan St. Charles. I can t say enough about Scott, Andy, Anna & Brandon. They helped me get into my first lease with ease. & went above and beyond to help me with anything I need. Great team!
Typical car dealer, overpriced Jack the price up lower the price call it a discount charging more than it's worth
Andy P did a great job for us very smooth transition
I had awful experience at this dealership and was given the run around. At one point I was lied to, and pressured to sign in order to even be able to discuss price. Which I now know from dealing with another local market dealer is not at all the case. Would not recommend. Maybe it was just the individual seller, but I wanted tell others to be wary.
The salesman was super nice but good luck getting a hold of anyone in the service department
Just needed a part. They went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed, also very friendly.
I've purchased multiple vehicles from the team at St. Charles Nissan over the last 12 years or so. Every time I visit, I leave with another positive experience. It obvious that service from start to finish is a priority for the team at St Charles Nissan.
Clint is top notch! He is courteous, efficient, and most importantly can answer any question about what is going on with my car. A very valuable employee indeed!
Much better service than at the Hyundai dealer next door.
Had the best experience with Tony Nolen at st.charles nissan. Explained what i was lookin for and Tony Nolen was able to help me. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend buying a car from him. He got me a great deal and in a car i love
Patient with me throughout my MANY test drives, no pressure to make a decision, was willing to find the perfect car for me if not immediately available.
At St. Charles Nissan I met salesman Scott Riley. I told Scott what I wanted on my new car including all the new safety devices. All I had to do was pick the color. He showed me the new features and how to use them. Scott explained the difference between leasing and buying. I was introduced to the service and parts dept. managers. I am very happy with my purchase. The right salesman is very important.

Was in on 7/11 for a recall notice and was handled very promptly and satisfactorily.
Customer service is a plus, very clean and inviting. Down side is even with an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation almost 2 hours here and my car still hasn't been pulled in a bay. I assume its because it's a Friday evening so as I'm understanding it's still a long wait.
I give Paul Hinton the highest rating there is possible. I really appreciate the beyond effort and great customer service Paul provided by helping me get a car. I came with low expectations looking for a pre-owned car, but he went as far as getting me a deal I couldn't refuse and got a way better deal. I highly recommend close family and friends to come do business with your dealership.
Thanks

(A very satisfied customer)
Scott Riley is awesome! He has come through for us again! Thank you very much Scott and St. Charles Nissan!
This location in St. Charles sets themselves apart from the rest. I have never had such amazing customer service everytime you walk through the door. All the employees are smiling. They look truly happy!! Best experience ever car shopping. Scott Riley went above and beyond to make sure i got what wanted, but more importantly needed!!! I have been going here for many years as well as all of family. I will continue to visit this location for years to come. The service center also above and beyond. I can't say enough about the place. You must experience it for yourself.
I travel for work and usually have my vehicle serviced at Youngblood Nissan in Springfield, MO and I have never had any issues at that dealership. Now I have bee taking my Nissan to St. Charles Nissan and let me tell you it is a waste of my time. My car was on full synthetic oil when I took it there the first time, after my service there it no longer is. I requested a full synthetic oil change on my first appointment in April of 2020 and received a conventional oil change without my knowledge until I went to pay for my synthetic oil change. Now I just had to have my oil changed AGAIN because my vehicle was on conventional instead of the longer lasting synthetic. I also didn't receive a window sticker for my milage and my car went over on the recommended milage for its oil change. So I call St. Charles Nissan on the phone to schedule my second oil change and told the service technician that answered the phone that the previous time I was there they did not follow my requests for my vehicle on keeping it on full synthetic and that I was worried about my engine. He proceeded to tell me that I was wasting my money by putting full synthetic in my Nissan Xterra instead of regular conventional oil. I told him I didn't care and that I wanted to go back to full synthetic, so I got the confirmation from him over the phone and via email that my vehicle was scheduled for a Mobile 1 full synthetic change. When I dropped my vehicle off to have it changed I even confirmed with the woman that checked my vehicle in that it was scheduled for full synthetic and she said yes that it was. After the service was done I go outside and proceed to pay for my oil change and SURPRISE they only put conventional oil in it AGAIN. I guess you dont have to listen to your customers demands and preferences on their personal vehicles when they are paying for a service that you provide. I guess I will be making special trips to go back to Springfield and have my vehicle serviced and taken care of how it should be by Youngblood Nissan. And we recently were looking at purchasing a vehicle from St. Charles Nissan and changed our minds after the service fiasco every time we go there and it took the internet team 5 days to call us back to schedule an appointment to view a vehicle. After I told the sales representative I was not interested in their vehicles anymore she said thanks and have a good day and then proceeded to call me again the next day about the same vehicle (I already told her no thanks on) I was looking at viewing with a trade of a personal vehicle. This dealership has a giant lack of communication and professionalism.
Great care and concern with my needs. Every face on staff provided a smile. Definitely my GO TO dealership for sales, service and maintenance!!!
Not pushy and very helpful in suggesting other options. This is my 3rd Rogue. I have never had any problems with any of them. I highly recommend Nissan.
Hi, Crawfish Craley here! Bought my super sweet locate SL Rogue Hyrbid from Andy P. What a super guy! He is very hard working and wears his uniform complete with name badge Every. Single. Day. Get the guy a promotion would ya!
Clint and Anna are always a pleasure to work with. I am always greeted with a hello and a smile.
Ted took really good care of me and my car! It was my Rogues first oil change. He explained my services to me and even personally picked me up from a local store when my car was ready. He wore a mask to keep me safe.
We went in to buy a Hyundai Santa Fe, but wanted to test drive a Rogue and Murano before signing. Jarrod Finder was amazingly helpful and patient, working with us to find exactly what we wanted! We couldnt be happier with his attention to our needs!
Thrown in my trailer hitch!
I have worked with this dealership on 4 cars. I keep coming back because they are respectful, trust me as a woman to make my own decisions and provide a sense of trust. I feel like they are honest with me. I wish they would have included my trailer hitch and wiring harness but I caved. I will bring my new car for all service. The only thing missing is my own coffee cup.
Paul was a fantastic help to me. Very friendly guy and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to drive out of there with the vehicle I wanted. He even had a personal appointment to get to but still stayed late to make sure I was satisfied. Bob was also great to work with and stepped in when Paul had to leave to make his appointment. Overall - VERY happy with the service here and especially my new Nissan!
Just purchased a used nissan Titan XD and wanted to get the recalls done on the truck.
Also had a couple of other items done while in the shop. Al, the service advisor was a great help and explained everything! Excellent Customer service from him!
Once again Dave and Sid made purchasing a new Nissan Rogue a good experience. They walked me through the process of choosing and financing without a hitch. Thank you St. Charles Nissan! I will continue to recommend Dave and his staff to my family and friends.
I shopped around at several dealerships before making a decision with St. Charles Nissan! The service was unbelievable! My sales person was Jason Kresko and was outstanding! I would highly recommend him to anyone who is serious in purchasing a vehicle! Everyone in the office made me feel like part of the family while I was there! It wasn't your typical boring waiting area! I have also since returned for services on my car, and was pleasantly surprised that I received the same treatment from a member of the service team named Clint! He helped me over the phone and in person and I greatly appreciate his help and knowledge! Thank you St. Charles Nissan for making my car purchasing experience easy breezy!
If Mike Larkin at St. Charles Automotive can't get you in the car you want.. I don't think there's a person who can.. 2nd Brand New Nissan I've purchased here. I love the customer service and the overall great experience I have had on both visits. Thanks again guys!
I guess I should thank the tools we met at St Charles Nissan for driving us to buy a new Mazda, which we totally love.
My wife and I have a couple family members with Nissan Altimas and rented a couple previously and have been considering getting one for quite some time. One St Louis area dealership had some great discounts on Altima's in April so we decided to go to the closest dealership to us, St Charles Nissan, and check them out. Our first attempt was a total fail, we had 3 different salesmen come up to us in the lot and ask if we'd been helped, saying someone would be out to help us in a few minutes. After 45 minutes, and after watching multiple salesmen standing inside talking and doing nothing, we left.
A few days later I called and talked to a salesmen to reserve a time to test drive two new Altimas, a 2.5 and a 3.5. The cars were ready to go, we drove them, and everything was fine. At this point we told the salesman we wanted to discuss the rebates, incentives, discounts, etc... so we could get an idea what the true cost of the car would be. Mind you, I had already found on the internet and talked on the phone to two of the other dealerships in the area to find out we could get the same car from them for $5500 off MSRP. So salesman takes us to his office and says he'll go check what the latest deals are. We never see him again. Instead, we get a different guy, I imagine the sales manager. First off, he tells us the 2.5 we drove was a 2015 which totally pissed me off, but whatever. Then he tries to convince us to buy the 2015. After we said no about 6 times he finally moves on, asking us questions about what we might be trading in (a total junker) and what else we'd been looking at (Mazda 6). Finally he gets to the bottom line that they can drop $750 off the MSRP. Ok, so maybe we need to do a little work to get them to the price some other dealerships give anyone over the phone or with an internet connection - so I ask if that's it, if there's any other wiggle room. Nope, he says there isn't. We mentioned the deals at other dealerships and he doesn't budge. Eventually he gets this snide look on his face and says, and this is a direct quote, "why don't you just go test drive that Mazda again and figure out what you want first". We did drive it again and we figured out we will have nothing to do with St Charles Nissan ever again.
What makes this experience even worse is when you compare it to the experience we received from the Mazda dealership. Everything was total class, we were treated with respect, and they bent over backwards to make us feel comfortable through a process that can be very stressful.
I bought my car there... get my oil changed (very affordable) and when I sell the car, I'll start there. (they'll know the oil was changed) :D
I came in for a fix to the airbag recall. On the negative side, it took from 8:30AM til past 5:00 for them to finish. On the positive side, they were cordial, supplied snacks and coffee while I waited there and allowed me to borrow a new car for the day. They even would have let me pick up the next day since they were done so late.
This is the second time they've tried to make me pay for oil change even though my vehicle is still covered for free oil changes. Secondly, it's also the second time my vehicle has left without a wash or vacuum while they've offered that for free when booking for the appointment and I've specifically indicated that I would like one.
Friendly staff. However don't expect quality to be fast.
It was great but I did think paying over $50 for wiper blades was a little pricey, but other than that staff and service was great!
My husband and I were greeted by Demarcus in a welcoming & friendly manner from the moment we approached him! Thanks for helping us get into a 2015 Rogue!
I had the great experience of buying my dream car from St. Charles Nissan. For starters, I was buying from out of state and was very nervous about the whole process. Rick Cooper was my main point of contact. He was great. He was very clear and made sure I understood all the criteria of sale price. It matched everything that was disclosed on the website and there were no surprises to me. (I recommend you read the website very carefully! That's your responsibility!) He was very responsive at all times of the day even at night when he was home which was crazy.
Same thing went for my finance contact Brandon Hatcher. Again, he was responsive at all times of the day. He was very accommodating to my information requests allowing me to review paperwork ahead of time. He was more than willing to go over the numbers with me. (Make sure you do your own math too!)
A big plus was their clear and honest disclosure about financing. You often read that some dealers try and make you stay with their financing with fictitious prepayment fees. Not here. They made it very clear that they're getting some revenue from a loan and could only ask that I keep it outstanding until it's recognized. I respect that immensely. If they lied to me, I would have had a very different stance.
Knowing I was an out of state buyer and repeat business was unlikely, they still provided great service, communication and information. I'd strongly recommend this dealer.
Normally I have been pleased with Nissan but today I was not. The service person was nice but I was very frustrated with the fact that my extended warranty did not cover the rubber stripping on the roof of my car which came loose and it was going to have to be replaced for $260. I disagree on Nissan's policy because purchasing an extended warranty to me means that there should be a warranty on that entire car.
I m 70 yrs old, had a stroke and cancer and my memory is not the best. I want to tell you how much I appreciated the service advisor, Karen Gaglio. She was helpful and kind as she made sure to inform me how things were going. I appreciated her. Gary Jarvis
Great Dealership, wonderful people my Folks and family have bought over 20 car's and Trucks over the years. Always treated with respect
Thanks for the valet service during this Covid Virus
I ve been a loyal customer of St. Charles Nissan for roughly 8 years. I started with a simple sedan fresh out of college, moved on to a Rogue and have now have a 2020 Nissan Murano Platinum. This dealership is the definition of great customer service - so much so that I have purchased and leased three vehicles through the same salesman and had the same service technician complete every oil change. If you re in the market for a new car, go to St. Charles Automotive. And most importantly, ask for Paul Hinton (Sales) and Clint (Service)!
I just wanted to thank Andy Pomeroy for the help leasing my new 2019 Maxima. He truly did make amazing happen.
When purchasing a new car recently I started my search at St Charles Nissan on a whim. I bought my new Maxima the next day. I didn't look anywhere else due in large part to my terrific experience with Mike Betts. He made the entire process painless and fun. I love my new car and the care I received from start to finish. I would recommend St Charles Nissan and Mike Betts.
About to buy or trade for my first Nissan and was somewhat leary, but rest assured I was very pleased with the service & customer relations that Ryan Skyles showed. Definitely be going back soon.
Ms. Scaturo was my service representative and she did a terrific job. She explained everything and gave me a very accurate time frame .
Worst expierence my husband and i have ever had at a car dealership.
Service Manager and staff took great care of my 350Z and I am greatly appreciative. Thank You very much
I recently leased a car through this dealership and had an amazing experience. My car salesman was Rich Chizmar and he was wonderful. He knew everything about my car, he gave me a great deal and has always been available when I needed him. I would definitely buy or lease another car from this dealership and I would use Rich as my salesperson again!
Oil change and tire rotation done quickly and with a smile. Sales manager clayton greeted us and was very nice.
Jeff, the mechanic, is excellent in his work and customer service. Jeff, the service manager, and Eric, the service assistant manager, were so kind, empathetic, and understanding as well as proactive. I would highly recommend this dealership and service department.
Was the most painless experience in buying a new car I have ever had
Went in for a recall. They had me in and out in a short time. Very friendly and helpful. She went out to my car and made sure my phone would reconnect. Thank you
Went to test drive the Pathfinder and the Armada with my wife. After we drove both they brought us in the dealership to get some more information on the cars which was fine with me, the more information the better. Once we were inside the salesman had his manager come over to talk to us and the manager tried to get us to buy the car that day. This was after waiting there for 10 mins for him to come over. We told them before we went for the test drive that we wouldn't be buying a car for at least another month and a half due to finances. After the manager offered me 3 months with no payments, I said no because there is a certain way that I want to finance this vehicle which requires waiting till I get the appropriate funds. The manager was very upset with me and stormed off while never really looking me in the eye. The sales person came back and only said good bye to me, it was very unprofessional. Horrible customer service and we will not be back to this dealership.
Everything was very smooth, the man told me what he was doing and what was covered in my warranty and how long it would take, then checked in with my son and myself in the waiting room to make sure that we would know that they were working on it and it would be done within a timely fashion.
Everything was good, everyone very helpful an friendly...
Got my oil change and tire rotation done quickly. Treated very professionally.
I am very pleased with the prompt service completion, however there were three different repairs needed 1 ignition coil (check ) 2 throttlebody position sensor( check ) but first had to haggle w service tech in order to have him call the extended warranty co. and tell them the sensor was located in the throttle body in order for it to be covered, once he finally did this for me it was instantly approved, prior to this I was told 357. Out of pocket and also the warranty co. Paid for repair in full of the throttle body so why can I not have the old throttle body back? Service tech said you can have it, for 100.00 bucks? Says he owns it and is getting a hundred dollar core for it? How does he own it ? I m sure the warranty co paid him for it already, same for the third repair which is...3 the catalytic converter. I would like to have the old one back, it was covered by warranty as well. I also would like to know why blowing out the exhaust after the repair is separate and is going to cost me 187.00 to have done and not part of completing the converter repair? Too many un answered questions and my car won t stay running because of the last issue I indicated, so I don t really know if my car is fixed after that s taken care of or not, and if I even needed all three repairs?
Came for oil change and they got us in up fixed and out quickly
Very busy dealer. Gave a poor offer for a trade in, so we took our trade in to another dealer. This dealer wouldnt match. Had to make two transactions. Carefully review the negotiated numbers, otherwise they will try and take advantage of consumers. The purchase price of the new car was fair, however, and the business manager was good.
Our family has purchased 3 vehicles from Joe Henry at St. Charles Nissan and won t buy from anywhere else. Joe is upfront, honest and always listens to what our family needs.
My vehicle was stolen and recovered, we did the work at SCN and our advisor Rob was amazing, he worked with our insurance agent, adjuster and body shop which was Mid America Collision., he made a horrible situation go so smoothly. Excellent job Rob, thank you for all of your help, we appreciate you!
Have been taking my nissan and my infiniti here for years. Clint is the best service tech I have ever worked with. Always friendly and informative. And the best mobil1 full synthetic oil change prices in the city.
It was really good, glad to see that Al is back he went over all issues with me in a very straight forward manner, he did a good job.
Horrible service, and that is putting it nicely. Family has bought 3 Nissans in the past but will absolutely never look here for any in the future. Most other dealers in St. Louis will price match, so go there instead.
Edit - I forgot to mention that I called the dealer and the sales representative quoted me a price BEFORE conditional offers, told him I qualified for a few, and the price went UP. I asked him why and he told me that I did not know what I was talking about numerous times. The first time this happened I explained to him that I was looking at print-outs in front of me, did my research, and reached out to other dealers for information to which he again told me I did not know what I was talking about. That is where I said thanks and moved on to another dealer.
In response to dealers message - Yes, I am positive it was St. Charles Nissan. I went and purchased a vehicle at a different dealer and actually referred a friend of mine to do the same, which he did. There will be no more visiting St. Charles Nissan.
Would give 0 stars if it was an option.
A big shout out to Mitch Riordan - thanks for the great customer service and follow through! Such a pleasure to work with!
Well, my wife, Tresa Ray, and I bought a 2020 Nissan Rogue about 2 weeks ago. The process was seamless and hassle-free. Today we went back. And guess what? We purchased a 2020 370z. Are you kidding me? Lol. Anthony, our salesman both times, was beyond helpful, supportive and pressure free. This is, hands down, the best dealership I have ever done business with. And when the time comes, they will be our first choice.
Thank you to Anthony and all the staff at St. Charles Nissan. You are what all car sales people need to aspire to be.
Noise coming from the engine compartment, tech found problem and repaired quickly.
Made an appointment for 4:00 to get oil changed and tires rotated. Arrived on time. Over time, everyone in the waiting room was complaining about how long it was taking to get their car serviced. At about 6:00 I asked about it and was given the excuse that there were many people without appointments and they were causing delays for the people with appointments back. The message from that: If you make an appointment, you'll go to the back of the line behind the people with no appointments. I miss the logic of that.
They finally finished up at around 6:20, and the service advisor admitted that my car had been overlooked and just sat there for maybe an hour and a half until they realized it. Frustrating, but accidents happen. He told me that he would offer me a discount for my inconvenience. At first I thought he said 15%, then later I though he said 50%. In any event, when I went to pay I asked the cashier if the discount had been applied. He said that no, no one had told him about a discount, and there was none applied. He asked me how much of a discount, and I said 50%. Then he said that I had already received 50% off because the bill should have been $110 and it was $55. I told him that there must be something wrong, because an oil change and tire rotation should have been in the $55-60 range. He said there had been several additional items added on. Now I was really aggravated. Eventually, it got all straightened out. But the net result is that I walked in as a happy customer and walked out as a customer.
The gentleman at the service desk was very pleasant and patient with me through all of my questions.
Wasn't taken seriously as a buyer when I had cash in hand and told the salesman multiple times that I was purchasing a vehicle that day no matter what. I was treated like a child so the same day I went and purchased another vehicle from a different lot. I went to this dealership first because I wanted an Altima and it only makes sense to go to Nissan. What a joke.
Not very helpful, they jacked up the price forgetting what they quoted me then acted like they did me a favor with my trade in, pressure tactics! I dont forget so I walked away empty handed and glad for it.
I did not buy my Rogue from St. Charles Nissan, but I choose to have it serviced at this location because they are so much better than Bommarito Nissan! All the people in the service department are very friendly and very helpful. Months ago when my daughter's purse was stolen and one of the fobs to my new Rogue was in her purse along with her license which had our address on it, I called Bommarito to get my fob reprogrammed so they could not steal my vehicle. They couldn't get me in for 3 days! I called St. Charles Nissan and spoke to Al Romero in the service department. Explained the situation and they got me in right away. They were lifesavers for me! If it wasn't for Mr. Romero and the service department at St. Charles Nissan I would have been sleeping in my SUV for fear of the thieves coming and taking my vehicle. Thank you very much to everyone in the service department at St. Charles Nissan, especially Mr. Romero.
I bring my car to get serviced and they always get me in and out quickly with the best prices for oil changes. Even though he is my husband, Rich Chizmar is the person to see if you are looking for a car. I know lots of people who have bought cars from him and they always tell me what a great experience they have.
Greg and Sid helped me and I had an amazing experience buying a car. 10/10
My service advisor was wonderful. Service was prompt and they even washed and vacuumed my car!
