St. Charles Nissan is hands down the best dealership around. I have been going to them for many years. They are professional and have some of the best workers at a dealership. They have taken good care of me and my family when it was time to purchase a new vehicle. Please stop by and see Clayton or Dave or Greg. And tell them, Larry Conner sent you! Lol

I loved going to this dealership. I had been looking at a Nissan Rogue Sport on their website for about a week. I called to check on the car and Pam was super nice on the phone and was willing to work with my circumstances at the time. My car got totaled about a month ago and I needed a car ASAP. Pam was so nice and was willing to work with me on the coldest day of the year to make sure I loved the car. Everyone I worked with at the dealership went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Pam! She is the best.

Although the desk staff was friendly, I had to wait 4 hours to get my recalls done. I had been there so long I saw every employee take a break. I was late to work as well. I haven t had any problems with my breaks, however, when my car was finished I was told to keep an eye on my breaks as well as a few others things. I start to leave nissan and I noticed my breaks squeak. Loud! How? 4 hours I wait and now it seems I ve been set up for more service in the future. I m not satisfied and I doubt the honesty of this company.

I left and had to turn around and come right back....

I left and had to turn around and come right back. I could tell something was not right with one of my back tires. Apparently after my tire rotation they forgot to tighten the lug nuts down. What makes this worse is that within the last year I had another similar problem following a tire rotation, brought my car back in and was told that one of the lug nuts had broke after being over torqued. So twice now I have left the lot with my car being in worse shape and unsafe after receiving service. It s hard to have any faith in the service here.

Two things. There is dent on the driver s side c-pillar that no one told me about and I didn t notice until I was washing it two days later. Mitch from St. Charles Nissan contacted me by phone and said to take the truck to the shop of my choice and get an estimate. Management at St. Charles Nissan okayed the $500 estimate and said to send them the receipt. Hopefully this issue has been resolved. Second, I was unhappy with what they gave me for my trade in. They offered me only $10,000 for my RAV4, even though Blue Book listed it at $13,500. I didn t have to accept the offer but I accepted with a little resentfulness. I now see that they have my trade in listed on their website for $15,995. Ouch!

I have edited this review to reflect the resolution to the small dent problem but will hold back one star because of the low price given to me for my trade in. Mitch was great to work with. I would give him 5 stars.

We were blown away at how simple our recent lease ...

We were blown away at how simple our recent lease was. Mitch was always available, friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were not inconvenienced at all. He made our day when he let us know he could deliver our new lease while our daughter was at dance class. The confused look on her face was priceless when she walked out! Thank you for our, once again, great experience with Nissan St. Charles. :)

Had a fabulous experience at this dealership. Pulled in last Wednesday night to check out a used vehicle i had seen online. Ran into a salesman named Mark Parker. He didnt pressure me at all. I had a few questions about it and took a test drive as well. I explained to him that we had a few more to look at and that I wanted to come back on Friday and meet with him. At this point you would have expected the pressure/sales pitch. But nope, he just asked what time id like to come back, knowing all well I was going to check out the competition. He sent me a simple email the next day with the car fax, but again no pressure. Just asked if we were good for Friday still to which i told him we were. I could have bought another one at Napelton Honda which by the way was a bit cheaper but they were pulling the pressure tactics there. I came back to St Charles Nissan on that Friday and made a great deal with Mark and the team there, purchasing the vehicle i had first inquired about. Very clean facility as well. Mark is the type of person that could be dropped in any industry and excel above and beyond expectations. If you are looking to buy any type of car used/new, does not have to be a Nissan at all, i highly suggest you go see Mark Parker. You will walk away happy im sure of it.

I wrote another review on here about the service department's lack of answering or returning calls (7 calls in total). The Operations Manager replied saying they couldn't find the name in the database. And then gave me a number to call & discuss. So I just called, hit "0 for all other options" and wouldn't you know... I got another voicemail. I guess they don't care to have a receptionist or pay for call waiting feature. To the Op Manager: The car is under my late father Mike or Michael McArthy. Our family has bought at minimum 5 vehicles from here over the years and sadly your non-sales/backoffice service keeps dropping. I don't plan on us ever buying a car or using the service department again. Instead of spending time responding to these or discussing it with me, I'd suggest working on the inbound call operations. I've seen global credit card companies with better phone support.

We were fit in for an oil change during a refinance of a recent purchase. The staff was great working with us. The service writer, Don was awesome and would love to do business with him in the future. The guy who washed my vehicle took extra effort to make it look good.

In May of 2017 I bought my car from St. Charles Nissan. I worked with Paul Hinton was the epitome of Awesome. I was amazed that from a brief conversation at church that started with me saying, "Okay I think I'm ready" led to Paul sending me the picture of a car that was befitting of my personality and style. I was amazed becasue he remembered such a brief conversation and that he knew my style. Even through all the challenges he faced getting me in my car and with me ready to give up, Paul was steadfast. His belief in me getting the car made me believe, and it was so. Even after purchasing there were issues with plating the car per the DMV and all I did was call Paul and he didn't hesitate to tell me to come in and he took care of everything. I've since referred all those that ask me where I get my car from to go see Paul Hinton. I tell people he is the Anointed Man of Sales. Thanks Paul and St. Charles Nissan.

The Service dept gets an F+ for two scheduled main...

The Service dept gets an F+ for two scheduled maintenance visits in a row where some of the 10K and 15K required services weren't performed, after being advised that they should be and then told that they were. I spoke to the evening Service writer on duty in both cases with little satisfaction. I followed up with a phone call to the dept Manager the next day to express my deep concerns. To be fair, the dealership get a B+ for buying a new Nissan, which I did here 2 years ago, but I don't think I'll be back to St Charles Nissan because of these service issues. Lying about service performed, and then covering it up, is an inexcusable offense to me.

Overall it was a pleasurable experience. The sales staff was very friendly and helped me with any requests I had. The finance guy was very helpful as well by explaining everything in detail and informing me of all my options.

Took them a little longer than expected to fix my car but they went above and beyond to make sure the car was taken care of and my concerns addressed. Got it back and it not only runs great but looks great too!!!

The three previous appointments I've had were good...

The three previous appointments I've had were good, but the last one was horrible. Rob (service associate) never updated me on what was wrong with my vehicle. I had to call in twice! First to find out what was wrong with the car, and then to get an update to find out how much longer they were going to have my car. It was about a week. That's a long time when you are borrowing a car. Then when I went to pick it up, no one acknowledged my presence. The two service guys were busy, but there were two other guys, behind the counter, ( I don't believe they were service associates) on their phones who looked at me and went back to their phones. After I had the car a week, my tire pressure was low, and that was one of the other things I asked them to do, of which they didn't bother.

Solid dealership to work with, both in terms of purchasing and service. We've bought two cars from this location, and both experiences were very positive. From the sales team to the financing department, everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. On the service, side, they make things as convenient as possible with 'express' service for simple oil changes, tire rotations, etc. (I'm usually in an out in under 30 minutes). For bigger things like brake or tire replacement, they gladly get you set up with a loaner car for the day.

My friend David went to this dealership for a car on Monday October 30th. He found one and put a 500 dollar deposit down for it. They told him he couldn't have the car yet because they didn't have the title for it from the bank. He was fine with that because they assured him they would have it the next day. Next day came and went, still no car. The deposit was cashed Monday on a car he still didn't sign paperwork for and didn't have. Friday November 3rd still no word from the dealership, he went to Ed Napleton Honda and drove home in a newer car with less miles. Now the St Charles Nissan is not releasing his deposit back to him. He asked for it Friday and again today. They told him it would be Monday before they could give it back. Well, they should not have cashed his deposit in the first place considering David never signed any paperwork and never had the car in his possession. They are just giving him the run around. His check should have been handed back to him yesterday. So why should he wait til Monday?

Very friendly. I've been coming here for years, and somehow this recent visit went unnoticed by the scheduler. I showed up on time for my appointment and was passed between employees because they couldn't find my appointment... Very frustrating to say the least and all I needed was an oil change. I showed them my email for my appointment and they finally realized I wasn't making it up. Something needs to change here. I've been scheduling my appointments online for years and never had a problem. Next time I'm just going to call, I guess...

I knew my lease was going to be up on my 2011 Nissan Armada and wanted to get another one. Dan Gibbons took the time and listened to what I was looking for. Asked what I liked about my 2011 and what I would like to improve. He also took note that we wanted to stay close to our payment that we had with the 2011. Dan did an extensive search of the inventory and presented me with three options (good better best). Although it was above our current payment we chose the "better". Dan is very intelligent and knowledgeable about the Nissan line. I have to say that everyone we have interacted with at St. Charles Nissan are very professional. We will definately be customers for a long time.

Mitch Riordan is the the absolute best car salesman I have ever seen in the sales industry. He was an absolute delight to work with! He made me feel like my car buying experience was special in every single way! St. Charles Nissan is lucky to have such a great employee working for their business. I highly reccommend using this car dealership and asking for Mitch Riordan in particular. I can promise you a fair and a wonderful experience courtesy of such a gentleman!

I bought my car over a year ago (May 2016) from Jason Kresko. When I couldn't find the color I wanted in the model I wanted, he took over an hour AFTER he was off work, to locate exactly what I wanted. Just to make sure I was as happy as possible. That is going above and beyond!
