- Hidden fees, but only once you had paid for your administration fees, even after clarifying any costs you will incur (in addition to the price of the high administrative fees).
- Administration staff will lie in order to achieve a sale - insure you ask all questions on paper!
- Despite advertisement on-line including such utilities as a kettle and toaster (even though you may have proof of this) will argue and back chat that they will not pay for said items, until you have to educate the staff on advertisement policies and regulations.
- Accusations of not paying rent, despite their lack of abilities to set up a direct debit (for the sake of their own company).
- When reading the contract through before handing of the keys, when finding a fault in the contract, staff agree and inform you changes will be made to the contract, they were not.
- Spent a total of 3 hours waiting outside of the flat one night, after the lock broke in a month old accommodation, to then find the 24/7 phone line service is indeed a 'whenever we fancy picking up the phone' service.
- Rude, patronising staff.
- On initial viewing of the flat - two viewings were cancelled minutes before the viewing - so if travelling a long distance like myself, don't expect to indefinitely view the flat. After becoming seemingly annoyed with the quality of service, I took it upon myself to view the flat, by simply walking up to the builders and asking if it was OK to view - to my shock to find out it was completely fine to view.
- Wifi may be included in the bills that you were initially informed would be included (the only bill to be included in the end) but only when the administrative staff can be bothered to ring your service provider to install it.
I could continue, but to conclude - avoid.
