Delicious candy and friendly staff. and shipped ordered arrive on time.

I purchased Joyva Dark chocolate raspberry jell sticks. The dark chocolate was thin and had a wax like taste. The raspberry jell had a funny after taste. I was comparing them to Trader Joe's chocolate jell sticks. There was no comparison in my mind. Trader Joe's was much better and cost about the same. If Long Grove Confectionery wants to be known for good chocolate they have to do a much better job with what they sell in their stores.

The decor at Long Grove Confectionery alone is worth coming in for a quick walk through. As you descend the short flight of stairs and open to door, it almost seems like you are walking into a secret hideout, filled with colors and candies. It's almost a whimsical, fairy tale like experience.

The shop is not huge, and during the summer, does get crowded out quickly. The free samples are always delicious and my personal favorites are the various flavored truffles. The chocolates here are sold by weight so you can mix and match to your heart's delight. Be sure to try the rum or the dark chocolate truffles!

They create and sell exquisite sweets. Staff is friendly. The building housing the confectionary has great beauty and history.

I come here every time I m in town, I love it all. I just wish their chocolate wasn t so over priced.

OUTSTANDING candies but BETTER YET is the quality of service MARY, their Online Marketing Manager extends when in need of a "favor". A bit pricey BUT well worth it. NOT my first order and it certainly WON'T be my last................ :-) YUM!!!!!!!!!!!

The things they had were good but made a trip for fudge and there was no fudge. Disappointed!!

This is one of the best chocolates I've ever had in my life. Very smooth. Hard to describe. Like expensive bourbon, only chocolates. I'm ordering some for Christmas gifts, no doubt.

I was having a hard night and one of the employees was super patient with me and worked to quickly get the order I was delivering. She was amazing!!

Looks like they have less product on display versus the old store. Nice and new inside. There is a different chocolate shop in the old space. Don't go there.

We stopped in 2 days before Thanksgiving. Guess workers were overly busy and stressed with orders. Anyway terrible customer service. Two of the ladies working there acted rude to my husband and me. I don t recommend spending your money here since acting polite to customers is not a priority. They both tied for itch of the week.

Very cute place in downtown Long Grove. During the week it looks like you can watch them make the chocolates.
We bought chocolate covered coffee beans, truffles, English toffee, chocolate covered pretzels and caramel covered marshmallows.
Chocolate is sweet, but not overly sweet. The young ladies at the counter were friendly and nice. They carry many more items than what we bought. There is also a coffee shop next door.
Well worth the hour drive for us.

This shop is adorable. We got some peppermint bark and it was fantastic! The staff were super friendly, and the shop was laid out nicely.

I placed a large order recently with Becca. She took the time to make sure everything was available and that it would ship in time. I ve always loved Long Grove Confectionery but love it even more now because of the great customer service I received.

Lots of candies, goodies, good food and drinks, one quesadilla or huarache is good for two people, great customer service.

Already a fan but today was beyond all expectations. Ordered online for same day. Not only did they expedite the order, but threw in a product that I was unable to add to my cart online. When I say "they", today it was all Becca. Thank you Becca, you rock.
