Although many people, the waiting time is ok. Would like to give 5* to Pn Jamiah for her patience in assisting me in details.

It's has been helpful from all the staff from the janitor to the counter staff.
All cheerful and helpful.

Only 2 lifts in service. Most services now all online. Staff service is terrible. They need some sunshine in here.

Pleasant experience with SSM. They are moving a lot of the manual processes online (EzBiz) which imo's the way to go. The only part that's a hassle is that although you may register an account online on EzBiz, you would still need to queue at the SSM counter to get the account verified (NRIC + thumbprint validation).

Also, if you would like to check for available trade names, you would still need to check it at the physical counter after filling in a form. That's a little annoying considering that all one needs to do is "query" a database. Introducing this layer just doesn't make any sense to me from an operational POV. :(

Other than the points above, using the online EzBiz website has been a breeze. Registration for a new company was prompt as well and that is always welcomed!

rm4 parking each hour sharp,at 1hour 1min turns to rm8..we hate ssm

Service counter at lobby...registration at upper floors.

Online system is congested.Took almost half and hour to settle it .Finally,have to register via counter.

Went to SSM KL Sentral on the 26th Nov 2020. To submit documents on striking off company which has been inactive for number of years. Went to 18th floor. Met a fantastic officer by the name of En Muhammed Rezhky Bin Muhammed Ramli, who did a check on the resubmitted documents and discovered a mistake in one document. This officer took the trouble to type the mistake document there and then in the reception area. As a retiree, I am deeply touched by the kind gesture of this officer. En Rezhky a big thank you.

Cafe at Level 11 provides wide range of of food for brakfast and lunch on working days.

Easy access, centralized transport services, customer friendly service, simplified application process, good assistance from staffs for ROB/ROC Registration process. Staff need to consider being smiley faces. Overall thumbs up compare to previous Versio.

Fast and efficient service provided by the staffs at SSM. Keep up the good work.

Very efficient service...come early to beat the crowd

It was fine but there should be continuous service during lunch hour 1pm - 2 pm with staff taking staggered breaks. We got there at 1 and had to wait till 2pm to be served.

Overall system is moving towards digital, hence they will only assist to guide - good. But the day I went, system went down, spent about 2 hours there.

Going there wouldn't be an issue, it is located at KL Sentral compound so trains/mrt/lrt/monorail/busses is available.

There are food trucks and convenient store at ground level - have printing services. If you are coming to open a company, you can print your ic here.

I really don't like how the front desk limits company naming and when you ask for the guidelines, there aren't any available! They just say - I know it. Doesn't make any sense.

Need to register yor company? Just do it online..seriously

Open during lunch hour. You can get the food while waiting for your number. There is a screen at their cafe showing the number were call.

Opening time need to be update. When we reach at 4pm they are closed.

Their service is upgraded from the ancient style service.

Ssm's online service should be easy but it will bring trouble to all new traders to register ssm. To wait for the ssm email back to the old time application. When the call is not departing, the SSM should take action on this case. I am an applicant with this problem more than 3 applications. When the call does not go. Phone there is a waste in the trash.

Neutral. Attending MBRS training (paid) conducted by SSM. Hotline number if have queries per picture. Great if the training provide more mineral water.

Want to register company Enterprise. Lots of parking. Easy to go because have lot of signboard, so dont worry. If lost, just ask people, they usually know. Register Hazimas Enterprise for our business catering icecream.

The price of food on the 11th floor is too expensive.

Calls to SSM were unanswered for past 2 hours. Only listened to automated machine

I never wait more than 10 minutes for every visit.

Did my online activation and renew business registration. Need more direction signs. Counter is quite fast nowadays. Quiet but friendly staff. Always use public transport to get here as parking is a hassle and expensive. KTM commuters, LRT, monorail and mrt are very convenient.

Register new company at 14th floor. Business open even lunch hour.

If you had arrangement on business or company registration in Malaysia, this is the place. For bikers, a bit difficult as this place does not provide proper parking space.

In addition, there is kindergarten in this building.

Good location that u can easily get there by taking public transport-ktm, then walk for 5-6 mins to the ssm building. Their service is unexpectedly fast and efficient. Everything done in less than a hour. Great.

There's paid parking for public. Counter 12 is the ticket station.

For an Audit Report submission, go to Level 17, right side, and go to counter 10, if you pay for CEK, request a form, fill it, go to the left door of the elevator, and hand it over to the existing officer.

Ok place, normal with heavy traffic sometimes, limited parking. It's located at busy place anyway

The parking is fly sky. If you really to deal with SSM, you might consider to visit UTC. besides, for business renewal, please use the machine outside. It is fast, convenient and efficient.
