come here for company's registration...do go for paid parking ok

Fast and efficient, new registration done within an hour online at bout 11am+, with the helps from friendly and patient staffs there, then at bout 4pm, submission approved, thank you so much.

Not much help from staff on using the online services to register

As I had experience this for tax if you have company or you want to close it you should go there

The staff are very helpful.I take about 15 minutes to completed registration.

Easy access via kl sentral. Parking charge is a killer though, dont drive there

Lobby is huge but not being fully utilized, whereby business registration counters located at level 14 which is space limited because it's being transforming to online stations. Great customer services.

Efficient in handling, appointment needed during MCO.

12 kaunter only less than half open. Make people queue for few hours. Not efficient services.

Overall, their service consider good. Fast respond as well.

Customer service is good and staff are helpful but 4 stars only because u have to run around a bit between the floors for some types of counter services. Overall a good example of effective customer experience. And please smile more!

They newly upgraded the biz reg process and made it faster

Worst system ever. Bad customer service, call CS promises a lot, got rid of laughs anyway. Ready to laugh with a friend in the back.

Renew registration to level 17.
Get a form to fill at counter 16. Finish fill the form then get a ticket queue number at same counter 16.
Pay the yearly fee and get receipt and the document printout.

Registration of company available in here from private limited, LLP or PLT, enterprise & association.

Service is fast. They have an area to just print company profile and such. Thete are charges for printing. Parking rates are a little high

The place to register or renew your LLC. Parking for motorcycles are available at RM2 per entry if I'm not mistaken. There are at least two machines for you to renew your registrations.

Be sure to double check and triple check whether they are open or what is their operating hours. Despite having called their customer service line and was reassured they re open, I made my way there and waiters for 45 mins only to be told they were not open and had to make arrangements to come again. Pretty sure they have my call with the customer service agent recorded as well.

An attractive and elegant place, but less is not recommended for tourists who want to downsize.

Don't waste your time HERE.... Go to KL SENTRAL SSM MORE FASTER , WAITTED 4HOURZ , just to add new director to my company. Been to KL SENTRAL SSM, 1HRS CAN BE DONE. TRUST ME ON THIS!!!

Bad parking, charges high, very inconvenient, queue is long!

Expensive parking, but convenient place for quick bite and clean

Great service but you need to ask/wait for everything. very confusing. its hard to know where to do what and what is really needed for a company.

I came here to renew my business license only to find out I could have done it by the e-kiosk. Only for business license renewal, I'm very impressed with the e-kiosk system, I got it done within 5 minutes. it was a good experience for me.
