Better facilities. Can renew business using the machines on ground floor. Just put in IC. Currently only accepts credit card.

Staffs are excellent My LPP counter 02, that Malay young lady extremely helpful.

Follow the command officer to create, company 3 names, no need for photocopy, just email address because email document to email itself, and own new register can be online in the building, easy and fast

Professionally run organization. There are self service kiosks or the counters on the 14th floor to register your company.

Location at Great Location because near to Public Transport

Some staff are good but more are not interested of improving their service in which they are not likely to make sure that there's enough counter open especially on peak time. I see myself on lunch time where customer always come when free from work, almost all counter is empty as they exactly follow their lunch break period. Another thing they prefer to close the counter early to make their work much easy. Counter close at 5 but queue number stop at quarter pass 4. Myb they think now online service option is available so people don't need much more of their service. Or purposely make a bad counter job so all people choose to do every related service from online access instead..

The place s nice but their internet system always hangs. Need to be improve.

Located within the KL Sentral area, parking at the building quite expensive and limited. Cheaper to park at NU Sentral. Would be easy to commute by train and building just walking distance within the vicinity.

The staff from the 17 and 18th flrs were extremely friendly and helpful and the Gloria Jean's coffee on level 2 ...serve fantastic Cappuccino.... and Chocolate Cream Horn.. ...a must try

Difficult to get parking at times.. might have to double park or at white line.

Just a pity about parking for riders. Hard to cross the road from there

sorry ssm... your online application system really bad. to register one new company have to go through so many different officer. if 10 times query 10 times different officer will attend. never ending story... why can you make one officer to attend one customer? doesn t it will be smoother and easier for everybody?

visitor without appointment is allowed, but need to que up almost 1 hour..counter open 8.15AM..for renewal enterprise just go to the machine at lobby, no need to que..compound issue at level 18

Only if you want to form a company or have a business established. They prefer you do all registration on line which is in a way better since you incompetence is minimised. However sooner or later you still need to pay them a visit for verification. Not as bad as you would expect. Limited parking if you are there late.

It is becoming more and more convenient to go through procedures. Only the parking lot is expensive.

If you're doing Sole Proprietorship registration it's on the 14th floor. For company matters, it's the 17th floor.

MOST SERVICE SERVICE. THE ONLINE SERVICE IS MOST IMPORTANT. MAKE MCM2, ENJOY THE WORK OF ORG. LETTER CALL, LETTER EMAIL, LETTER UPDATE EMAIL. PLEASE DO NOT LIKE 3 / 4X EMAIL. CALL FOR DAY2.

Be prepared to wait at least 10 mins to contact them via hotline

Staff are helpful but the wait was very long. There seems to be a shortage of staff

Just go there 4 my ssm registration 4 da 1st tme.recently they habe provide own login registeration here & also they will provide pc & counter 4 payment to those wants to pay by cash or just onlone banking also can. 4 me i choose cash coz with to many counter open & just take short time to wait. By the way, all around here i confuse how to park my car. Better 4 other 2 use public transport then drop by at kl sentral since the ssm building just opposite the kl sentral only. Walk up take about 5 - 10 minutes since need to pass through road with traffic light. Their service 4 me quite good. My 1st sign about here is bery good.

Very fast and efficient. Go time lunch hour weekdays. Not crowded and counters open too. It only takes 10 minutes to set up all your business registration. He only wants to get here better by public / motor vehicle because car parking is difficult to find.

The calling system is bad. Tried calling so many times for enquiry but just no one picking up calls.

Some of the SSM officers are helpful and friendly, which made my business run rather smoothly.

EZBIZ online very slow. Better go to the counter and get the application in 1 day. Stupid system. Good luck trying to do it online. I wish you guys all the best submitting online. If you are a businessman, please do not waste time to do it online. The application takes longer (more than a week) than over-the-counter process.

Sop during covid could be improved. Some of officers treats client like in school typical government mindset. Should send them for a proper course in customer service. Overall 3 stars.

Slow Service,less adequate knowledge of procedures on various aspects of SSM guideline of staff to assist,hidden location with less support from lower floor to destinated office of SSM!

Only one phone line but it's disconnected for 3 days in a row. Pls fix it.

Located beside MIDA building. Courteous and professional staff. Advisable to take public transport due to limited parking and the exorbitant rates. If you are taking LRT/MRT/Komuter/KTM/monorail alight at KL Sentral and walked about 700m to the SSM office.
