They are rude, and mean . Nex is a horrible place to work they are judgemental and will fire you for any reason.
I love what I do but the. Attendance bonus for my department is 100 and. For elp,map, and kdx its 435 not fair in my eyes

Hated it here they put me on train move an they t.l was rude she always made me do everything an letted every one else talk an do what they wanted to do when i talked to some one for 2 mins she came up an yell at me when everyone else would be talking for a hr she would make me do last break for the dude i was working with have 1st an he always tuck a hr on break told my h.r lady an they act like they didnt care the t.l told on me for having my phone out when i didnt but everyone else had there phones out txting with her standing there smh love that job hate the ppl
Management at the East Liberty plant on 1st shift are biased and show favoritism a lot. 1st shift hours are 530 until no later than 330 most days, and 2nd shift is 430 until almost 230 most nights depending on your area. Starting pay is 11.50 so you have to work almost 12 hour days to really make any money. The $435 monthly attendance bonus would be worth it if they keep it going, but there was a rumor that it may be going away. Choose wisely when it comes to this place.
Lies about rate of pay which makes them clearly unscrupulously seeing as they are lieing to get applicants.

Horrible place to work. They lied all through the orientation. In bulk you work 13 hour days 5 days a week, and work on saturdays often for 8 hours. Void any of the safety video's they show you cause once you leave that orientation you will see all of the safety things broken. As far as cost to work there, you are charged for your uniforms, the "voucher" they give you can come out of your pay check mine did. $82 for the shoes when my out of pocket cost was suppose to be only $7. Can not return the shoes even they have NEVER been worn due to the lack of choices they had, they were almost 2 sizes too big, and HR and the store have different stories on the issues for not returning them. DO NOT GO TO THE BULK WAREHOUSE, AND BE LEARY OF WHAT THEY SAY AT ORIENTATION, ITS FALSE.
The work is very easy and day goes by fast at MAL plant. The company on the other hand is a huge white collar scam artist. So many lies during orientation it s laughable. Advertises $15 an hour starting pay, it s 10.50... you get an extra dollar if you work at MAP or ELP. During orientation the lady told me my hours would be from 6:30am-2:30pm first shift.. you start work at 5:30 and 6:00am everyday, not once at 6:30... You get off work at 4:25 everyday I could keep going but find out for yourself
I worked for this company through a remo service. I tried to get hired threw them they would not hire me... they lie to there employees promise them free insurance free raises and free uniforms,, my husband's worked for this company was year now and they even forgot or so they say to invite him to the Christmas party. This company should be ashamed of Themselves and as far as the Insurance we will be going above corporate offices here .When asked for help a little consideration, because of life changes we were told no after my husband has worked his body down tore joints up for a company who could care less about him. Be smart dont fall for the fake advertisements,to lure you in ,, there not true. Move on to a better company then this one.
Great Benefits..Rewarding work and it s not hard. I ve worked here for years. Room for advancement. They do try and look out for their employees. OT is unavoidable at times. The people are great.
After 5 years of experience with this company and caring the work load at map for all 3 shifts and was let go cause I wasn't it the right click. .what a joke. ...I loved what I did. ..and with the hard worker. You will never advance. What a great waste cause nex is a good company just the ones running it is why they cannot keep anyone
Company was great to work for back in 2014 highest bonus I ever had was $1,800 then sends New Management took over drop down to 1,500 I guess they're trying to make it up with the attendance bonus been working there for going on 6 years still haven't got my pay raise in my fifth year though not too happy about that they make rolls up as they go
