A place to register your company and all about company

If u want to set up an enterprise company...u can register here...but I will suggest u to use the train because parking is a bit hard in this area

Parking very expensive and ramps narrow. Payment kiosk on ground floor was under repair, walk to Mida side wasted 2 minutes which cost me an additional RM4 as it was next hour (62 minutes).

The process counters fast though many people. In 20 minutes everything is ready. Although it's 4pm & many customers are open, many counters are open & fast. Great, this is what we want. May SSM's service & quality of service continue to advance.

Efficient and quick service nowadays as most heavy lifting gone online now...

Fast in service, can get the ceetificate with in ab hour if not many people. I went twice and never see many crowd. Convenient is could just taks train or lrt or mrt to KL Sentral and walk there to avoid the parking issue.

Easy access, but hard to park. Do not drive a sedan if you want to come and park in the building. The driveways are extremely narrow and curvy. Good cafe though.

First time here, to register new business. Lobby has a small sign board mentioned which floor to go. 14th floor for me to register new business. Already registered online and came here for biometric verification. 8.15 morning, I'm the first one here, finished registration and payment in 20mins. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Ezbiz framework is easy to use, I guess for younger generation. Met a uncle there he told me this place used to be super crowded and messy, and he said now a lots have been improved. Keep up the good work.

Gone E!. Better register online then come back here to thumb print verification. After that u can renew online

I settle the compound hr nie. The staff are all very helpful. This virus season before entry has sanitizer n check temperature OK. Be healthy x come in. May we all be blessed by God.

Limited parking spaces for high traffic offices like SSM

Usual below average service, impolite, lots of waiting.

One of the worst government agencies in malaysia.... manual on the spot applications not allowed, my ONLINE sole proprietor application submitted 2 weeks is still in process, called to their office >20 times and the customer service officers were always busy, biggest obstacle to the country's recovery from the pandemic

You can now renew your business registration online or at EZBIZ Kiosk at Level 1 (beside Lobi SSM or Lobi Kita). No need go level 14, they will ask you to go back down.

Fast service and friendly staffs

Worst experience. Call service won't answer. I had answered their queries repeatingly for almost 4 months already and still haven't been cleared yet.

It's been a long time since I last visited. I was surprised when I found out that there is no queue in front of the counter. It's because now they don't do things manually, everything is done online.

I want to register for a company, and to register for an online account. The staffs were really friendly and helpful. They guided me when I was using their PC to register for a company.

The parking was really pricey. If I can remember correctly, it's almost RM10 for an hour.

I went there for close on of my business registration. Really fast service. I finished my work in ten minutes

Be there before 4pm if you want to get everything settled. Registration of new business is located in Level 14. You can park in Nu Sentral and go through KL Sentral to get to the building. It's opposite Aloft and beside MIDA.

Basicly its for registertration of companies. I registered a company and wanting to close the company only to find that someone use my ic to open another company.
Luckly the company was not active and requested to close both the company and had it done acordingly. Lesson learn here is to check with SSM or ROC if some other unauthorised person who uses your ic to open a company that you are not aware of. The staff are very helpful in spite of their busyness with a big croud. Job done satisfactory. Parking with no problem at SSM car park with service lift.

14sep2020: went to renew biz, there's a kiosk on ground flr right beside the Autopay Parking Machine at parking lift.
Don't have to go inside building if u just wanna renew, use that kiosk. insert your IC, scan yr thumb, then select renewal from 1-5yrs.

Business renewal info
Personal Name = RM30.00 per year
Trade Name = RM60.00 per year
Branch(s) = RM5.00 per year for each branch
Business information = RM10.00

the kiosks only accept payment with Debit/Credit card.
after payment, machine will print out receipt and your new form (+rm10 for printing fee)
if you are in doubt, ask the very helpful n friendly security guard.

if you want to make yr life easier, you can even have your thumbprint registered for doing transactions online in the future. to register yr thumbprint, go inside building to enquire, only took 5mins to get it all done.

Pretty much OK for the service. Since most of the things we can just do them online now, there's a big reduction in number compared to last all-offline era.

Staffs are quite helpful although sometimes looked like they're sombong. Overall recommended

One more thing to note, Parking is limited (2 floors only for visitors), but nonetheless, there will be many people come and go so that wouldn't be a big issue.

I was so wrong about some government department's speed. Registered a company and it took me less than one hour! Could be faster if there's more guides at the self service counter to guide people how to.

Your online system very slow, should never exist for the new business registration. Query after query after query.. You provided me contact number but never answered whenever I called. On Messenger also no reply. What took so long to respond. Super useless SSM

Its Auditorium Tun Dr Siti Hasmah on 10th Floor is convenient for town hall meetings.

Open during lunch. Quick and friendly service. Extremely satisfied.
