Some staff are good but more are not interested of...
Some staff are good but more are not interested of improving their service in which they are not likely to make sure that there's enough counter open especially on peak time. I see myself on lunch time where customer always come when free from work, almost all counter is empty as they exactly follow their lunch break period. Another thing they prefer to close the counter early to make their work much easy. Counter close at 5 but queue number stop at quarter pass 4. Myb they think now online service option is available so people don't need much more of their service. Or purposely make a bad counter job so all people choose to do every related service from online access instead..
