Bad service to customers. Difficult follow up phone and email. Can not have a quick follow-up after the work. Breakage of the coating following an excavation, 3 weeks delay for a return to finally know that there is no competent person available to make the repair. (Finally had compensation after several tracking attempts and withheld the bill to pay) Poorly clean team, cigarette butt and can left on the spot. Following the completed work, debris left on site and poorly clean terrain to let me know that it is not a turnkey and that cleaning is not part of the submission. It was two weeks before someone picked up the debris. Be careful, someone calls you after the work to submit to submit the inventory clean. Extra $$!

Take too many contracts for their capacity, an employee had to do a job that normally is not performed by it. The excavator who arrived on site first was very rude and very disrespectful in the way he spoke to us. He complained that we had not made the necessary preparations beforehand, when we had been told to do nothing ... then the manager asked us to remove the floating floor from one room (so we ran for the morning), which we did for nothing because the plumber upon his arrival did not understand where this request came from. Finally, we had to relaunch so that they came back to complete the work. Lack of communication between them, they did not know they had to come back.

We had to redo the digging at our expense by another company who told us that it was not the first time they had done one of their jobs. I did business elsewhere and I am very satisfied. For follow-up we will go back.
