Brilliant attraction that really brings alive the story of a ground-breaking ship.

Had a great day visiting with the kids, they really enjoyed it too. Staff very knowledgeable about the history of the ship and buildings.

It was Halloween weekend so we got some makeup scars too.

Relaxing, strolling around the harbour and cafes, so much to see

Really enjoyed the whole experience would recommend it for anyone. Children are welcomed and the whole display is touchable no trying to keep little hands off. You can amble around at your own pace. The information about the ship and life aboard is creatively explained and they even have smells.

Easily the best museum that I have ever been to. Just superb!

Would recommend a visit

A national treasure preserved and presented in its perfect environment. The ship and the surrounding museums provide information for all levels of interest. The library gives access to the archives and treasures such as a letter from Brunel are displayed. The knowledge of the stay is excellent and adds to the visit.

So much fun to be had here! It's super accessible too, really worth it!

Absolutely excellent for the low entry cost. A well polished informative journey. Am now fully versed in all things Brunel. Had a great day exploring the vessel and everyone of all ages seemed to be fully enjoying it. Excellent staff and real passion for the subject make this a must visit if your in Bristol. Top tip... Take the River bus to make the visit even more fun.

This is one of the best museums I have visited. It's well worth the entrance fee. The dry dock view underneath the ship is awe inspiring. The museum itself is informative for all ages. The interactive helm and the propeller-raising exhibits are substantial and informative.

The ship itself is a delight from the aesthetic and technical points of view.

My son climbed the rigging which was exciting for all of us but particularly for him!

An extremely interesting visit with great guides ready to tell the smallest anecdotes linked to the different trips of the boat, and a ticket system valid for 1 year allowing you to make the most of the place

A truly engaging experience, with some interesting and engaging displays that augmented the physicality of this truly historical engineering achievement. We found 4 hours to be just about enough. A good restaurant too.

They don't sell single visit tickets. They only sell expensive 1 year tickets.

I snubbed him last year, but I was wrong.
The story is incredible and the reconstruction even better.
The craziest thing? Reproduction of odors.

You are transported to another time and after veiwing it leave with the utmost respect for designer Brunel, the men that built her and more recently all those involved in the monumental restoration effort.

Amazing way to spend an afternoon with an 8 year old!

Amazing experience. Great place to take kids even if you have a pushchair as there are lifts everywhere. Customer service is exceptional and there is a parking lot right next to it and a bus stop a few metres away. Highly recommend this place even if you don't have kids.

Had fun visiting this amazing piece of engineering work. Tickets allow for an annual entry.

Wonderful feat of engineering. I especially enjoyed seeing the cramped cabins but really wonderful for 1800's when housing had not very developed sanitation!

Great conference facilities and easy location to get to, traveled by Train to Bristol and Ferry down the river.

A fantastic place to visit. The ship itself is great. Nothing is 'roped off' meaning you can explore the cabins, lay in the bunks and get a really good feeling for what things were like when she was a passenger ship. The staff were a breath of fresh air - engaging and knowledgeable, special thanks go to the actor playing IK Brunel on 26/08!

A great museum and a great day out, plenty to see and well worth the money. At the time we went you could also climb the rigging for an extra 10 quid. well well worth it for probably the greatest views in all of Bristol.

Well thought out displays in the museum and walking around the keel was fascinating. Could have had a few more details and signage inside the ship.

The friendliest staff I have ever seen. They explain and tell about the museum, the attractions, how it works ... it's really worth the museum itself, even more so with such friendly staff. Tickets are valid for the whole year, so if you do not get to visit the whole museum in a single day, you can return to visit it without paying again.

Very nice to visit. Good excibition of artifacts and how people travelled on-board the ship in those days. Lots to see.

This is an amazing place! Spent most of the day there wandering around the huge ship. So much to see....you can actually climb the rigging. Lovely little shop, pricey but if you want a keepsake its perfect...you can find cheaper items.A must for any visitors or Bristolians like myself alike.
