Whoever happens to answer the phones is extremely ignorant and not customer service skilled. To rudely transfer someone to the wrong department is extremely unprofessional. She needs to be trained on how to deal with the public or she needs to work in a field not dealing with the public. I work for a Fortune 500 company if I gave the type of customer service she gave I d be living under a rock. Wish I could leave no stars.
