I have had the misfortune of having two separate d...

I have had the misfortune of having two separate devices get damaged by me this year. Any time I have had a problem this is the store I go to. They always acknowledge you when you come in, even when they are super busy. This store has staff with the technical expertise to fix your phone. My most recent phone had water damage that I could not explain. Even though I had the insurance, I expressed my frustration at not knowing what was root cause of water damage and my desire to come up with alternatives to having to pay the deductible. They were empathetic with my situation and helped me purchase a new high end device and get some savings by adjusting my plan to be more consistent with my actual usage. I ended up spending less on the latest Samsung S5 phone, with a case, than it would have cost to replace my old cell phone using the insurance and deductible. They went above and beyond to help me be happy with my new device and plan. Thanks for all the help Matt and Nic.

Bart was the first and only Sprint, now TMobile, employee who helped me after 3 months of no help from corporate or the Castle Rock store who made the mistake with my phone and billing. He made the calls and invested the time to resolve my issue after months of poor customer service elsewhere within Sprint. Thanks Bart!

This is my second review for this Sprint store... ...

This is my second review for this Sprint store... Id give negative stars if I could. I just got a 30 minute customer support call because a phone I purchased outright without a payment plan at this store was locked by a Sprint finance plan. I was told I was correct that it was not financed and that it could take up to 2 days to unlock. This is 11 months after the purchase and 2 months after cancelling Sprint service. Basically I'm being told I can't sell something I own for 2 days because Sprint made an error, asserted ownership when it had none and was incapable of providing a quick resolution. I wouldn't recommend Sprint to my worst enemy.

I called the store at 245PM and they answered, let me know my screen could be fixed and if I came in the next 15 minutes then it could be fixed and picked up on the same day. I dropped off my phone by 3, just picked it up, in and out, simple process, thankful they had the parts for my phone. This is the sprint store I visit most often because of the pleasant experiences I have here.

Super helpful...I had a wrong setting activated and had poor reception traveling across the U.S...the 2 gentlemen working fixed it..and the Store Manager gave me a fun travel tip...they rocked Colorado hospitaity.

Waited 20 minutes but no one helped us. When we arrived there were 5 employees. When we left there was 1 employee. Total number of customers when we walked in 3. Not good with math but i am sure someone should have been able to help within 20 minutes.

They're customer service is terrible and they aren't helpful and more or less rude expesially on the phone. I needed help and a loner phone for my school and classes, yet they wouldn't give any because of how soon my phone is coming in, when the days I need it isn't available for me to use. The man I talked to was rude and disrespectful and overall they're service could improve derasticaly. Hopefully things get better in the future

Three of the associates at this store recently renewed my faith in Sprint. I was getting so fed up with Sprint's online help, that I officially terminated my 4 year relationship with Sprint. I was beyond frustrated when I went into this store. I was helped by Nehemiah, Donte, and a woman who I feel terrible that I can't remember her name right now. They were all extremely helpful, knowlegable, and gave me all my options. They presented them factually so I could decide what was best for my family. I left the store feeling good about giving Sprint my business again because these associates were so helpful. Thank you!

The Sprint Store is OK. Sprint has the literal worst customer service I have ever experienced. You can't go to the door to talk about your bill. You have to call. There are so many layers of people telling you they can't do anything that it's really disheartening. I called to talk about lowering my bill and got a great offer, but when that didn't kick in, it took 10 phone calls talking to 15 different customer service reps to finally get a deal that was 40% worse than the initial offer. And it started a month later because it took so long to get a resolution. It's not worth it. My experience is not within 1% of the competitors and I had Verizon for years ago.

A Sprint store in the middle of a Sprint deadzone....

A Sprint store in the middle of a Sprint deadzone. Does not work at the Schwab office complex and struggles in most areas. I was told data coverage was the best in the area and signed a 2 year contract. Now 8 months in to the contract having dropped calls and generally mediocre service, I called to check what it would cost to cancel. They told me $300. Please research Visible and Google Fi before committing to this scam of a service provider.

Worst customer service. We were pre ordered a Sams...

Worst customer service. We were pre ordered a Samsung 6 two weeks prior to our visit. Waited am hour and a half to finally be helped. Only to waste 30 minutes at the counter while they're trying to find it. 10 minutes after they get us ready to set up a Samsung 6 that wasn't the one we pre ordered, they let us know it's backordered and we have to wait another week. After we get the phone we are never using this store again.

I always enjoy coming to this Sprint store I live in castle rock and there are 2 sprints there but they are cct wireless owned and are no where near as helpful or as nice as this store. And if you need a phone repaired then this store is even better. The techs here for repairing phones are the best.

Went into the technical store to find out why all my outgoing text messages were blocked and nobody knew what was wrong with my phone and they did not make a big effort to find out what was wrong either. Not very good customer service skills either I'm not going to this store anymore. I'll go to the other one in Centennial/Aurora

WOW!!! is all I can say. Isaiah, Jeremy, and Matt Haigh (the assistant manager) restored my faith in sprint after an awful experience at another Denver location (not even worth mentioning). The moment I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. They were very knowledgeable and helped steer me to the proper upgrade considering my needs. They were extremely professional and patient regarding my previous issues and squashed all problems all the while helping multiple people at the same time. The way they can multitask yet still make you feel as though you're the only one in the store was impressive. They eased between job functions and handed off different parts of the process with a fluidity that I haven't seen in team of professionals in many years of managing. I will be recommending this location to all my peers. Thanks again!

Alexa provides absolutely horrendous customer service this evening! All I wanted to do was pay off my phone and cancel two tablets and given the runaround. I apparently now have to wait 24 hours before my phone is unlocked before I can even switch to a different carrier!!! Why does it take 24 hours when they accept my money right away?? I asked for Alexa for her managers name and she refused to proceed with providing the information as they are conveniently out of town. Sprint well done you ve lost a customer today.

Sprint advertised $49 screen repair for note 8 regardless of who is your provider. Signed up online for repair. Site said no waiting to come on in. I go in and tell them I am there to get my screen fixed, they ask if I was sprint customer, when I said no, they said they were full up with repairs and to try another location. I called Lonetree location, told the screen repair for non sprint customer and they said to come on over. When I arrived and signed in, they asked if I was a customer, I said they said I didnt have to be one. They agreed and said they would see if the tech could repair screen. She returned to tell me that because the back cover of phone was not original that they couldn't work on it because it wouldn't seal. ?? (Back of phone had a thin black piece of vinyl protector covering back case glass).
I spoke to manager he agreed with her. I told him I bought it used but that back cover was just plastic cover. He said he never seen something like that.
I peeled it off and showed him that it was an original back glass plate. But I also discovered it was cracked also.
He then used that as an excuse to deny me the repair, but then proceeded to try to switch me over to Sprint for another 30 minutes of screwing around with my phone to see it it was unlocked and available to run on sprint network.
Then he wanted to know, after all this bs drama, the reason I didnt switch over to his plan, which was better than my current plan actually. I would have been willing to pay for the additional cost of replacing back glass, but he never offered that service. Had he done that for a decent price, I would have switched over. But after all the fricken driving, and games played, and horrible service, with nothing accomplished, I didnt feel he earned my business.

Terrible customer service. Absolutely terrible.

Untrained associate could not answer any questions. This was after standing and waiting for any help for over 10 minutes. Another 10 minutes spent looking at my account and providing no answers to my questions.

I assume the other guy was the manager, terribly rude, was no help and extremely dismissive. He was terrible. I would be embarrassed to be the GM of this location.

Ultimately gave up and left the store with my relatively easy questions, still unanswered.

Would not recommend wasting your time here. If some type of senior management reads these reviews, I would consider changing up the staff. Yikes!

If you are going to this store make sure you set yourself 2 hours aside to wait in line and if you get lucky sales agent will spend couple of minutes most likely they say I don't know or I don't have it.

Sprint sent me a bill for $600 and I'm not even a customer. Apparently this store never sent documentation that I returned my phone after cancelling my service and now I'm going to collections because they didn't do their job correctly. I'm filing a complaint with the BBB.

I'm leaving this review because derrick is awesome. My boyfriend and I ordered samsung watches and he helped us set them up in store! I called earlier in the day to see if I could come in any earlier to grab the watches, Kayla answered and was pretty rude. I was met with a firm and quick "nope". Didn't take the time to see if there was an earlier apt available, just a "nope". She clearly doesn't like her job.

I ve NEVER experienced worse customer service than I experienced here. I spent at least 3 hours over 2 days with Karen, who promised me a promotion that she didn t realize had expired. She realized her mistake after I had spent $600 buying out leases and selling old phones to Sprint. She became very defensive and was not remorseful as I would expect a customer service representative to be in this kind of a situation. I have called the manager, David, twice and emailed once and I haven t heard back 6 days later. Save yourself the headache and go to the store near Park Meadows - you will be glad you did.

Rude and obnoxious people working there once you come to them with a complaint. Just upgraded phone and new contract and per guidelines was supposed to get a brand new phone, but didn't. Got instead a phone that doesn't work properly, had a bunch of email addresses of Eastern Indian sounding names stored in the memory of the phone. Pointed this out to the store and to Sprint and was given nothing but hassle and headaches. Do not recommend this bunch of amateurs and rude personnel to anyone. Not worth the trouble. Nothing like going or talking to the store and being called a liar!

This was by far the worst Sprint store in Denver m...

This was by far the worst Sprint store in Denver metro. I walk in and got someones help right away. When i told them the problem he said he couldn't help. So we went to the techy people behind the counter. Here is some lazy gal slouching in here chair and said right away that she couldn't help. (All we do here is reset your phone) her words exactly. I said that's it. She said yes. I said fine as long as this works i am good. Can you help me back up everything so I don't loose it. She said no. A Really fat dude said oh go to this or that and download it and then do this or that. I said well can you help me do whatever you just said. They both said no we cant and looked away from me. So you guys cant help me at all then. As they started to ramble on again I just walked off while they were talking. I went to the store off of Lincoln and Parker and they fixed the issue quickly. Screw these lazy has people here at this store. Again 1 was a lady with weird dots tattooed to her right arm and other dude was huge if sprint even reads this.

The environment is nice, but behind the counter, it appears to be organized clutter. I have had good encounters with this store in the past, but im going to try another sprint repair center in the future. #sprint @sprint

The customer service rep with dreads wouldn t help me pay my bill. I told him I wanted to wait so I could receive exact change back and he told me none of the associates had drawers for change so I would have to use the machine. Very rude I will not be visiting this store ever again. Horrible customer service.

Hey guys yeah appointments mean nothing at this store. You don t get a place in line until you show up anyway, basically a walk in no matter what you do. Been here 45 minutes and counting for store pickup. I d have a more pleasant time sitting and waiting for the UPS truck to arrive. The associates are nice, but incompetent and appointments should not even be assigned for store pickup. Hopefully I get outta here before the hours up. Thought I left myself enough time but apparently I goofed. Good luck to anyone who dares enter the waiting game.

Madison was incredibly helpful in upgrading my phone. Both during the process and coordinating with Ed the engineer who did the massive transfer of my former photos and videos.

Could not have asked for more friendly or helpful service. Madison is awesome! Greatly appreciate Ed and David as well!

This is the only Sprint store to go to. My phone completely shut down and I had been to 3 other sprint stores that only made me more mad. I walked into lone tree and the vibe was completely different. I left my phone with Nic and she tried and tried to fix my phone. No such luck, but she couldn't have been more kind to me. She ordered me a new nicer phone which I now love and completely changed my mind about sprint. I called a few days later and Dave said my new phone was in. I was so excited. Of course I went right over even in the snow. As I walked in I was cold and was worried about my tires with the cold weather. This gentleman started talking to me and started giving me helpful advice! This store seriously has all the answers! Dave came over with my new phone and he already transferred everything he could and activated my awesome new phone by the time I drove over. I couldn't believe my eyes. Stellar customer service!!! I asked him who I could tell about my wonderful experience and he told me the very gentleman, Michael who helped me with my tires was the gentleman to talk to. As I approached Michael he was on the phone and quickly excused himself from his call to make time for me. A few days later I asked Michael for help in locating a cell phone case and he had the case not only reserved for me but he would arrange for me to pick it up at the location of my choosing. Impressive right?! Today I picked up the case from Patrick and Tyler who couldn't have been nicer to me. Tyler assured me that if I needed anything else he would be more than happy to help me or anyone I sent over. This store is the only sprint store I will visit and I hope you visit them too. I'm a sprint customer for life now because no one treats me with the respect that this store's team did. Thank you Lone Tree !!

The employees at sprint are polite and inefficient like the trend that goes with automated operators and garbage customer service. If you live in Denver Denver Denver area...there are many drop or dead zones here and also out of Denver in the mountains. It hangs up on me on many important calls.

Very refreshing trip. Came in with a completely black out phone from a drop. Karen was beyond helpful. Let us know we had protection and they would call us when the phone was fixed.
She then helped my bill by putting me on autopay. Saves me money monthly, Plus got a free tracker for luggage and such.
Thank you for keeping the whole thing super easy and helpful.

I walked in observing at least 5 employees. There were two customers in the store. It took at least 15 minutes to get attention and to be "put in as the next customer and that there was one person ahead of me". 45 minutes later (being there an hour approx) I wasn't even acknowledged and ended up leaving because of the wait and such obviously poor customer service.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! Agree with most the comments on here. The Store Manager Joe was disrespectful, immature, and condescending. Took my phone in twice to have it repaired, it stayed with them a total of 5 hours, with no repairs to my phone. They didn't do a thing to help, just wasted my time.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Chatted online before going to store. Was told online that it would cost $100 to break the contract I have as my phone has broken. I have no problem paying the fee as it was my fault for not having insurance. So I go to the store to break the contract for $100 and get a new phone. The sales rep doesn't know what I am talking about so simply calls the service line, which I could have done myself only to sit on hold for 30 mins and then I am told I will receive a phone call from a manager in 48 hours due to the complicity of my issue......hello....my phone is broken, how can I answer the phone? And how is this a complex issue? Ridiculous experience. They probably won't call any way, but I can save the manager the phone call as I will take my business elsewhere after 8 years with Sprint.

Five Star Service!
The Manager delivered a perfect fix on a difficult phone.
I witnessed, the man in front of us jump in joy, as the manager fixed his phone. The man was so delighted, he called and blessed his mother and the manager immediately.
He then fixed my daughter s continually broken phone with promptness and a smile.

I first called this store to ask if they could preform a service for me, I was told yes they could. I walked in and was passed along to the 3rd salesperson as the first 2 obviously couldn't take the time to help me. I was then told they could not perform what I was asking for, pretty simple could they help me activate my phone and transfer my voicemail messages. The woman working at the store could not bother to look up from her computer to answer my questions. Finally, the 3rd sales person activated my phone then told me the store did not have a wireless connection to finish the process! WHAT!!!! A sprint store that did not have wireless! This was a terrible experience, I will NEVER return! Rude and unhelpful salespeople!

Over the last month or so due to the recent Note 7...

Over the last month or so due to the recent Note 7 disaster I have gone through 4 different phones. Every time I have had to do this exchange it has been at the Lone Tree store. Never have I received such incredible customer service. The manager Tyler and his lead Patrick are phenomenal. They go very far out of their way to make sure I am fully taken care of and that all of my issues are resolved before I leave the store. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Not once ever. This is hands down the only store I will deal with. Period. Amazing and knowledgeable staff. Great service. Couldn't ask for a better experience than what I've received here.

5 Stars for Daniel with the dope hair that hes donating because he likes helping people in need. Thats the service you will get from him, no thanks to Sprint..but thanks to Daniel for trying his best and not to mention being the most helpful and most friendly person there. He was able to solve the problem but Sprint as a network has made it impossible for us with trying to solve our phone issue. If youre going in to get a phone here ask for Daniel(with the long hair).

Ordered a phone online, while on the phone with Sprint Telesales department. Asked not once, but 3 times when my phone would be available for pickup. They said each time "You can go right now"

The website wouldn't let me finalize the order though, unless i set an appointment time. I place the order at 1PM, so I chose 1:45. Again the sales associate on the phone said "this is just a technicality, you can go to the store to get your phone right now.

When I get to the store (1:45pm), they tell me they don't have it. They said it can take up to 2 hours to get the order, to prevent fraud. In my head I'm saying "That makes no sense... why would they tell me I can pick it up, and also have an appointment to pick it up that was only :45 minutes from the time I placed my order?

I called customer service twice. Finally the second person who was a supervisor, told me verbatim "There is no policy at sprint which prevents people from picking their phones up, right after being ordered. In fact we have customers whom have placed orders inside the store while on the website, and they can pick them up right then. The manager is misinformed"

So I go inside, and magically my phone is available. I asked to speak to the manager again to clarify how information could be so misconstrued between company agents. When I asked him to show me literature stating a 2 hour fraud hold (I did such after the spring call center employee said they don't state it anywhere...) and he said "No." When I asked why a multi-billion dollar a year company would make a redundant feature like "Set an appointment to pick a phone up" Yet make you wait 2 hours, thus rendering the appointment time useless... his response? "Well uhh... I don't work in that part of the company". Of course you don't...

I'm canceling my service. If you intend on staying with Sprint, stay away from David at Lone Tree. Talking down to customers, with information we both know is incorrect is a bad look for not only you, but the Sprint brand.
