Absolutely the worst sprint store I have ever been...

Absolutely the worst sprint store I have ever been too ... went there as it was a repair store and they refused my service ... I will be reporting and documenting all of my issues with sprint as this establishment is so disrespectful.

We came into the sprint store in Lone Tree last night and we were looking to lower our bill from Verizon and we had 4 phones to switch. Denise was super knowledgeable and helpful and half of the staff stayed an hour past closing time to help us with our complex transaction. I will be referring others to this store! Thank you for the great service!!

The employees that I interacted with today were aw...

The employees that I interacted with today were awesome. AMAZING customer service skills. Super patient and helpful but also interacted on a personal level, asking about my kids and made me feel relaxed and not under pressure which was unexpected since many sales places can be stressful. They also answered all of my questions and I was in and out quickly which is also appreciated since I have my 2 kids with me. Overall a great experience and I am excited for my new phone and watch!

Wow, worst customer service! None of our needs wer...

Wow, worst customer service! None of our needs were addressed. Do not buy or try to have your phone serviced here! We had problems with two phones. First problem was phone had mysteriously set up a group text comprised of 19 friends some kids some adult. My phone went crazy with confused texts from all these people wondering why and how they were seeing these messages. The customer service rep fumbled with settings for what seemed an eternity only to come to the conclusion that nothing could be done and just to wait until the problem just went away!
The second issue was with my wife's phone that she had just purchased a few days before. On the day if the purchase at a different store the transfer to the new phone went wrong, her phone and my daughter's phone got crossed and calls texts emails we're going who knows where! Then after three days if this seems to be fixed, the screen went out! Took it back to store we bought it at they couldn't help and sent us to the service store twenty minutes away at this location I'm complaining about. Kept the phone for two hours only to come back and be told they didn't know what was wrong! Now back to the first store for exchange! Wasted day wasted time 980.00 poorer!!!!!

My iphone 6s was not charging. I spoke to the store manager who was very helpful and knowlegeable. He fixed the problem with no charge to me. This was excellent customer service. He did not attempt to upsell me something I didn't need. I wish all Sprint stores are like this one.

I love the service and repair part of this store!

I went to this store for a phone repair and was pleasantly surprised. I had been to the Apple store twice and they couldn't help me and wanted to charge me $350 for a replacement. Since my phone was insured through Sprint and had no damage, I paid $0 for my device to be fixed. Completely amazed. The person I worked with was Nick. She definitely had experience with Sprint and answered all my questions and made me feel important.

There were a few things I didn't like however on the sales side of the store...

I was never greeted when I first came in the store. Sprint employees are supposed to greet someone with 5 seconds of entering the store. Thankfully, Nick greeted me when I when to the very back of the store. Additionally, there were at least 3 employees who did not have name tags on, which is an audit fail I would assume. I wouldn't want to do business with someone who doesn't have the courtesy of putting on their name tag. Also, I was interested in buying some speakers and a Go Hero 5 and no one assisted me. Huge disappointment, but I can't be too sour because they didn't greet me and therefore saved me $200-$400.

Overall a beautiful clean store with a helpful service and repair staff that gave me the solution I was looking for. The sales team could be more responsive to buying behaviors customers present and learn to greet people when they walk in.

I have been with Sprint for 10 years and decided to move my wife's account from Verizon. Not only did they go back on the Note 8 deal 50% off promo a week later when I came by to execute on the phone consolidation, but they didn't send me a bill in regards to my old account, since I'm under my wife's plan now. They said I had no balance due at the store. My bill went to collections and had to find out the hard way. The representatives at the store I thought were helpful at first, but really just messed everything up. I called a rep names Jamal earlier as well for clarity around them helping pay off the old verizon contract for my wife switching to sprint, and he came off challenging and as if he wanted to fight me over the phone lol okay man. Terrible. After 10 years, when my wife's contract is up, we are definitely leaving.

This is an awful location with incompetent employe...

This is an awful location with incompetent employees. I had to go to this location to have my phone looked at after it would not turn on. It was stuck on the load up screen and kept turning off again. Let me add that this is the second time I had this problem and the last time all the could do was send me a new phone and it took a week. They said it would take an hour to look at so we left and came back. The two guys who helped us acted like they didn't even know who we were when we came back. They were playing loud music and joking around. They had no customer service skills at all. Again, they told me all they could do was send me a new phone, the same phone, which would most likely break AGAIN. I asked to get a different phone and they told me I would have to pay $250 dollars to get out of the contact and then the price of the new phone. That is completely ridiculous. This is the second time that this model of phone had broken for me and they couldn't even offer any type of apology or let me just choose a new one. I have never been more dissatisfied with customer service in my life. The least they could have done would have been offering a credit on my bill for the WEEK I cannot use my phone service. Canceling sprint as soon as possible.
