I would give 0 stars if I could. Chatted online before going to store. Was told online that it would cost $100 to break the contract I have as my phone has broken. I have no problem paying the fee as it was my fault for not having insurance. So I go to the store to break the contract for $100 and get a new phone. The sales rep doesn't know what I am talking about so simply calls the service line, which I could have done myself only to sit on hold for 30 mins and then I am told I will receive a phone call from a manager in 48 hours due to the complicity of my issue......hello....my phone is broken, how can I answer the phone? And how is this a complex issue? Ridiculous experience. They probably won't call any way, but I can save the manager the phone call as I will take my business elsewhere after 8 years with Sprint.
