I have had the misfortune of having two separate devices get damaged by me this year. Any time I have had a problem this is the store I go to. They always acknowledge you when you come in, even when they are super busy. This store has staff with the technical expertise to fix your phone. My most recent phone had water damage that I could not explain. Even though I had the insurance, I expressed my frustration at not knowing what was root cause of water damage and my desire to come up with alternatives to having to pay the deductible. They were empathetic with my situation and helped me purchase a new high end device and get some savings by adjusting my plan to be more consistent with my actual usage. I ended up spending less on the latest Samsung S5 phone, with a case, than it would have cost to replace my old cell phone using the insurance and deductible. They went above and beyond to help me be happy with my new device and plan. Thanks for all the help Matt and Nic.
