Spreen Honda Review

We purchased our new Honda Fit from Spreen Honda in Loma Linda. We were truly amazed at the way this dealer took care of us. We knew the selling price of the vehicle from their very helpful internet sales department. They faithfully delivered the vehicle to us at the price quote they had given right at the start. We checked around. It was considerably below any other dealer in the area that we visited.

Sales people always say that their dealership will meet or beat any other dealer's price, but that is pure fiction! Those sales people would ask: "What will you give for the vehicle?" We'd give them the Spreen price (but did not tell the name of the dealer). They'd respond: "That's a lie to get you into that dealer. He's low-balling you. He'll never sell it to you for that!" Well folks, Spreen did it! We were blessed by their care and service to us. Thank you, Spreen! We have enjoyed our Fit very much!

These guys are totally awesome. From the time you pull into the driveway to when they hand you your keys back, they are pleasant, very speedy on the greet, and the service. Way to go!!!!

Good dealer. We bought our '06 Pilot there. It's got over 140,000 miles on it and still going strong. It did need a new radiator and the valves adjusted at 100k. Their service department is courteous and does their best to schedule appointments that are convenient. They got the job done for us, and paid for a car rental for us since the job was over $500. It's great to have a local Honda dealership, so we support Spreen!

Worked with Danny Alvarado, and all it was smooth sailing. They offer the best price around and they don't work on commission, so it's all about you and deals. The only thing stopping this from being a 5 star is that they did not include an owners manual with the car and now have no way of getting us one. This is quite unfortunate as the manual would really help with how to operate some of the features in the car. The fact that there was not one in the car was really odd and i feel they rushed to get us out and not check all their bases.

Spreen Honda gave me the best car buying experience I'll probably ever have. Their customer service is A1. My representative was supposed to be Kendra Frisby, but she was swamped. And instead of her trying to cut time short with her current client to make a sale, she passed it along to my rep Elaina. They truly are a team at Spreen. I was in a tight situation with the negative equity on my trade and I really didn't have my hopes up too high on getting into a new vehicle. I wasn't able to get into the civic I wanted, and I pretty much knew I was reaching when I tried and I thought that was the end of my day. BUT, Elaina and her team worked with me and my sticky situation and was able to get me into a Rally Red 2017 Honda Accord!!! My first brand new car and I couldn't have done it without Spreen. And of course, I can't leave Tony out. He is hilarious. Always smiling, but don't think he doesn't take his job seriously. He went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I was in a 72 month loan and was going to pay $509/mo and he called my bank and was able to get a loan approved for 84 months which put me at $479/mo!!

Best car shopping experience by far. We had went to the Honda dealership in Riverside at first, wasn't really feeling the vibes and got recommended by a friend to go to Spreen. As soon as we walked in Jonathan was very professional and straightforward. Told him what we were on the market for and he was fast, efficient and very knowledgeable. He worked with us on what we wanted, something we didn't feel from the other dealership. Whole process took about 4 hrs, a lot faster than we anticipated. Jonathan and the team at Spreen were awesome and amazing. Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal on Hondas. Anyone looking for a deal just ask for Jonathan. I'm updating my review because I recently went back to Spreen Honda to see how much they were willing to give me for my 2013 Honda Fit that I purchased from them a few years back. They gave me a very reasonable price for it, which gave me the opportunity to get me into a brand new Honda Civic Ex. It's a gorgeous car and I couldn't be more pleased with the process. My husband and I was just looking at the sale that they had the Labor Day weekend . The saleperson Juan Ramos meet us and review what we was working with and from the beginning to the end he was so helpful. i was just looking not really wanted to buy because my car was only two years old. He was such a good salesperson i changed my mind and we purchased a new car. When everything was done he walked us out to the car he explain and showed us all the new features ( which i love) and then gav eus a follow up a few days later to see how everything was going. My experience with Juan being my salesperson was a good one. I hope he's there when its time for another new car. I was not welcomed, didnt feel welcomed, Felt rushed through, wasn t introduced to the kind of cars. Ismael was not so very talkative based on the process, although I did mention I was not expecting to buy that day because I am still doing my research for what is the best car. Lack of engagement towards this place . Maybe It Mustve not been for me . but ask far as me asking questions I dont Think Id feel Taken care of here. BAD EXPERIENCE!

First hand experience with Online shopping in combination with Dealership actually honoring the Online quoted price went very well with Spreen Honda.
Although we could have been done sooner if Elena was also not doing double duty as the Spanish translator for someone else, but over all it was a very good experience.
Both Elena and Pete were very straight forward in terms of honoring the Edmunds Price Promise Quote I received, explaining the process, any available dealer suggested options/extras, financing available, and my trade-in options.
Elena explained all the features available in my new Accord before driving off.

I went in for oil change and had some other multiple check ups to be done per attendant. It was super fast as it was all done in 45 minutes. I just hope they do what they say. So far, this is the place to go.

This was the worst experience I could ever have in trying to purchase a car. This company is the most unethical and unprofessional set of liars I have ever experienced. I will warn anyone that he even thinks about doing business with them. I drove over an hour to get there they had confirmed they have the car and then didn t. When I got there they change the price and raised it $5000 by adding on extras I didn t want.

We purchased a 2012 Civic on Wednesday and are very pleased with the experience. Tyler Ranger was our product specialist (assisted by Gabe Marquez and Andrew Saldana). All three were patient, professional and very pleasant to work with (i.e. not pressuring). We got a great deal on the Civic and on our trade-in. This was the fourth car purchased from Spreen.

Julianna Lichtenstern was wonderful; Wonder Woman look out, you've got competition! My wife complained about being hungry so Julianna got us something to eat and a drink to wash it down. I am always too busy with a tight schedule so Julianna came out to where I was to help me finalize the paperwork. I was in a bad part of town, at night, and it was her closing time (9:00 PM). She even drove my family's new Honda CRV to my house and drove away with my trade in, after hours!

Like another reviewer, the price I got on my trade in is lower than expected by the dealership, but as for Tom Mac, he made reasonable offers that was acceptable to me to continue in the purchase of my new pilot.

He was quick to find the specific vehicle I wanted, didn t waste time in trying to get another model, color, etc, and made the entire process easy. He puts a lot of effort into his customers and ensures that we leave happy. He clearly answers all questions and concerns. One of the best reps I have worked with.

The reps honesty about pricing during telephone communication saved trip to the dealership. Upfront pricing over vague email offers more appreciated.

My 2002 Honda Civic was in an accident so it was time for a new Honda. I drove down to Southern Ca. to my parent s house and we went to Spreen Honda in Loma Linda. I found a car for my daughter on their web page toyota corolla looked in great shape from pictures. So i made contact and got an appointment which they hounded me to death with texts and e mails after i made appointment. Finally i showed up and girl goes to get car for test drive and never comes back so we walk to her and find car wont start then i start to really look. Battery is covered in rust and acid , body plastics cracked , windshield cracked , window tint bubbled and stains on dash. Me and my daughter ran ! Bad experience !!!

My stepdaughter and I went to Spreen Honda several weeks ago and first met Darin Fectzo who was the "up guy" at the dealership who took plenty of time answering all of my stepdaughter's questions pertaining to the Honda Civic. When she made up her mind that she definitely wanted a Honda Civic, I got on the phone with Darin and we worked out a great purchase price for the new car, options, packages, basically the whole deal. When we went to see Darin at Spreen the other night we were ready to do the dealer paperwork. To our pleasant surprise Darin had everything ready for us to sign. I would buy another car from Darin in a heartbeat. If everyone had a great dealer experience like me and my stepdaughter did, it would be a perfect world. Go Spreen Honda!

I would like to warn you this dealership is crooked especially Pete Parsons(buisness loser manager)a real coward, finance dept. snakes.No integrity read everything you sign.Fraud all the way around. On top of that I've owned my Spreen Honda for a month. I went to get the windows tinted and their was scratches from the dealership key box had to replace two windows. After a very long and frustrating day of back and forth with another manager, Tony Lopez was able to work with the financing and give me just what I needed. I appreciated the salesman and woman Gabriel Marquez and Alysa Padilla. They were both very professional and extremely helpful. Just when they thought they were done with me, I would send them back to the manager. I know that I had a very specific goal to meet before I could purchase the car and Gabriel really went above and beyond to make sure this could work for me. Even at the end of the process there was something missing from the car that I was very unhappy with, Tony and Gabriel made it right. I am so happy with my purchase and I truly appreciated all that Gabriel and Tony did to make this work for me. I will refer my friends and family to them in the future. As long as they deal with Tony from the beginning. I also wanted to thank Alysa for coming right out to help me and really helped me to narrow down the choices. She listened to what I wanted and was not pushy at all. I really appreciated her help as well.

I also wanted to note that when it was time to sign the paperwork, it was just as they said it would be. Nothing was hidden and it was a very smooth process. Very refreshing!

I will avoid working with Matt as the manager. My experience would have been so much easier if I dealt with Tony from the beginning.

I was looking to buy Honda Accord, i was in discussion with one of the internet sale rep it was good until they call us to see the Car. We went to the showroom to see what options we have so we can finalize the car but we ask them to have a look at my current car so we can do trade in but my car didn t qualify for the trade-in. Instead of guiding us this Sales Rep (Patrick) start insulting us he goes if you don t have money then why you even come. You wasted my time first make your mind than come and inquire about the Car. I know that from the beginning you not gonna buy this car thats why I didn t even prepare your file.
After this he didn t satisfied than he goes and drop me following email..

PRICE and SELECTION was why I drove by 4 other Honda new car dealers to Spreen Honda, and after a little Hassle in negotiation (mostly me to them) I got a very happy purchase experience with salesman "Bik". This dealership had 18 Pilots to choose from, when Honda CatCity,Indio,Corona each had only one! I got the runaround and games at the several other dealers in person in the area I live and on the internet. To note, I got a price quote starting with the Costco member price, then left Bik and went to a Honda dealership in Corona, whom would not beat Bik's and his manager named Todds price to me. They cutrate the price, and want to make the money of your options, which is fair.

The service I received at Spreen Honda was amazing and I ll forever be grateful. I wasn t sure what would happen when I walked onto the dealership, but everything happened so smoothly and I m still shocked that I drove off in my new 2018 Honda Civic Coupe. It has everything that I wanted and the price was just right. Jose, Elena and my finance guy (can t remember his name) were all amazing and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new car. Very disappointed at Spreen Honda they entered the wrong mileage into the database making my car having 20,000 miles more than what originally has. They were able to fix but I had to waste my time going back in forth
