One of the worst customer service.. Worst Experience i have in this dealership. Worst Experience of My Life.. I never got this much humiliated and disrespected before.

I was looking to buy Honda Accord, i was in discussion with one of the internet sale rep it was good until they call us to see the Car. We went to the showroom to see what options we have so we can finalize the car but we ask them to have a look at my current car so we can do trade in but my car didn t qualify for the trade-in. Instead of guiding us this Sales Rep (Patrick) start insulting us he goes if you don t have money then why you even come. You wasted my time first make your mind than come and inquire about the Car. I know that from the beginning you not gonna buy this car thats why I didn t even prepare your file.
After this he didn t satisfied than he goes and drop me following email..

here to waste our time again wanted trade in bonus on a 2009 honda i told them 2013 or newer
