After a very long and frustrating day of back and forth with another manager, Tony Lopez was able to work with the financing and give me just what I needed. I appreciated the salesman and woman Gabriel Marquez and Alysa Padilla. They were both very professional and extremely helpful. Just when they thought they were done with me, I would send them back to the manager. I know that I had a very specific goal to meet before I could purchase the car and Gabriel really went above and beyond to make sure this could work for me. Even at the end of the process there was something missing from the car that I was very unhappy with, Tony and Gabriel made it right. I am so happy with my purchase and I truly appreciated all that Gabriel and Tony did to make this work for me. I will refer my friends and family to them in the future. As long as they deal with Tony from the beginning. I also wanted to thank Alysa for coming right out to help me and really helped me to narrow down the choices. She listened to what I wanted and was not pushy at all. I really appreciated her help as well.

I also wanted to note that when it was time to sign the paperwork, it was just as they said it would be. Nothing was hidden and it was a very smooth process. Very refreshing!

I will avoid working with Matt as the manager. My experience would have been so much easier if I dealt with Tony from the beginning.

Thanks so much to Gabriel for being the go between and not letting me go until we could make it work. I know how hard you worked on this deal. Thanks again!
