Spreen Honda gave me the best car buying experience I'll probably ever have. Their customer service is A1. My representative was supposed to be Kendra Frisby, but she was swamped. And instead of her trying to cut time short with her current client to make a sale, she passed it along to my rep Elaina. They truly are a team at Spreen. I was in a tight situation with the negative equity on my trade and I really didn't have my hopes up too high on getting into a new vehicle. I wasn't able to get into the civic I wanted, and I pretty much knew I was reaching when I tried and I thought that was the end of my day. BUT, Elaina and her team worked with me and my sticky situation and was able to get me into a Rally Red 2017 Honda Accord!!! My first brand new car and I couldn't have done it without Spreen. And of course, I can't leave Tony out. He is hilarious. Always smiling, but don't think he doesn't take his job seriously. He went above and beyond the call of duty for me. I was in a 72 month loan and was going to pay $509/mo and he called my bank and was able to get a loan approved for 84 months which put me at $479/mo!!
I will be back for all my future car buying experiences. Thank you so much to Elaina and Tony and everyone else who worked hard for me at Spreen!!!
