Very dishonest!!!Stay away from Spreen Honda. Internet sales people will put pressure and give false deal offer to get you in the store. Once you are in the store person emailed/texted and spoke to you will vanish and you need to deal with haggling sales people and several level of managers all over. Promised deal not honored.

Daniel, John and Jimmy were all very patient when making their sales. None of them pushed us to buy anything we weren't committed to. We've been shopping around for quite some time and they were the most courteous and helpful when it came to answering our questions and viewing cars.We are definitely coming back soon for another car and another great experience and we are recommending your place to our friends.
Thanks again for making my promise to my daughter comes true by making her drive her car on the first day of the year,as I promised:)

I woke up to a flat tire Thursday morning and call...

I woke up to a flat tire Thursday morning and called Spreen Honda (I knew I had a warranty). The lady I spoke to quoted me at $264 and some change for a new Continental tire, she proceeded to let me know that my Sentinel Warranty would cover $150. Doing simple math I came out to 114 plus tax of course; I asked if that included everything and she said yes, so I decided to go with the dealership. I get there Friday 6-1-18 at 7:30am, and the guy rings me up at 140 and I mentioned yesterday s phone call and he says that the lady was mistaken and that my quote didn t include labor and installation. FINE! I was already there and late to work, he quotes me at $140 everything included!
When I picked up my car, this other man takes me to the cashier and my total is 164, by this time I was obviously upset and questioned everything! The cashier said it was taxes, I let her know that was BS and asked to speak to the man who originally helped me. Turns out they were charging me for hazardous material as well, once that was taken off, I ended up paying $133. Be smart and check their math!!
Another issue: Shuttle Service
I asked for the shuttle to work and the man said 25 minutes, my work is 6 minutes away so I decided to call a Lyft. I asked for my name to be put on the list to shuttle me from work to Spreen for pick up, he said of course. At 9:36am, they call to say that my car is ready for pick up, again I mention the shuttle I requested; 3 hours later its 12:30pm and I haven t received any calls regarding the shuttle so I decided to call another Lyft and go myself! What a terrible experience this one!

This was a great experience as the service was outstanding. I want to personally thank the entire management staff especially John Awabdy the general manager who was very professional, courteous and helpful. He took his time to make sure I get the best deal. And Daniel Jordan for being so patient with me during the entire process answering all my questions and concerns. Not to forget the finance office where Victor was really patient and nice helped me in no time. They made the entire process simple, easy and quick. I sure will recommend Spreen Honda to family and friends.

Love this place, they went above and beyond. I wanted a new car but wanted a particular color and even a set of features but not all. It took half the day but they got me the car I wanted with the features I asked. And a good deal for it as well. I would recommend everyone buy their cars here!

i usually wait a while before leaving a review so that I can know if it was a great deal or not. I had gone to many sleazy, sketchy, and dishonest
dealerships before coming to spreen Honda. Overall it was a great experience, I had chatted with the online sales lady Cecilia and she was helpful in confirming the availability of the vehicle I was looking at. She also helped me set up an appointment for the next day. I arrived at spreen Honda the next day on time for the appointment. It took a while for a sales rep to help us but nonetheless the lady ( can't remember her name) finally helped us, she was friendly and courteous. She showed us the car and it was even nicer in person compared to online. We did the test drive and I instantly fell in love with the car. At the end of the day they gave us a good rate and an even better deal for the vehicle. Overall I was satisfied with my experience at spreen Honda and it's possible that I will purchase another car from there in the near future.

Tom Mac was simply awesome. I contacted various dealerships around SoCal and got the same deal as I did here at this dealership form a few dealerships, but I went with Spreen only because of Tom. He was very understanding of my requirements for the Honda Odyssey EX-L. He was very clear with what I wanted and that I didn't want any add-on's etc. He was very understanding of our family situation with having a new born and wanting to be in and out. We went out the first time and he never pressured us into buying said take your time let me know when you are ready.
I give Tom Mac 5 *'s and more if possible.
Sadly the sales managers were not as understanding and did their buy the add on's talk and when I said no were to be sure rude to say the least. First had to tell one no I don't want any addon's then the next guy came saying oh I'll give you a discount said no again.
Then after some more waiting go back to do the actually paper work and the guy tried selling me GAP told him no, other things like services no thank you again at least he was nice through out unlike the sales managers.
Came out finally with the Van at the price I was looking for without the addons and almost a bad taste in my mouth except for Tom who was a very redeeming factor for this dealership.
My advice if going here if you can get Tom and let him know your target and he will be upfront with you. Stick to your guns don't let the Sales Managers sway you with their "sweet talk" because when you say no you will see their true side..

I had an opportunity to do business with Tom (Thanh) Mac. Before Tom reached out to me, I was certain I had good deal/offer from other Dealer (which it was based on model year end offers). Tom was very polite and straight forward and his communication was impeccable (I requested not be called on phone or requested to come to Dealer to test drive). Tom valued my request and was texting about the offer and what they have and what he can do. Within a day we had deal, picked the car next day and were on the way. While I and my family were at Dealership he was cordial and respectful of our beliefs and was patiently showed the colors. Tom made all of this process a breeze and if I had known about Spreen it would have saved me good two weeks of research on other Dealers and offers. Thank you Tom and Spreen Honda!!

Mechanic fixed the broken front headlight LED light but did not check if his installation was done right. I had to go back today because of a loose electrical plug that turned off the LED fog lights. Waste of time.

Went here for service and the experience wasn't terrible but it also wasn't anything spectacular. Employees were polite and friendly, decent customer service.

The area that I saw was clean and well maintained. They post their wifi information on the wall so you're not stuck chasing someone down to get the information like others I've been to.

I was told my simple oil change would be an hour at most. Since I needed to get back to work, waiting just an hour seemed okay versus trying to get a ride there just to come right back. It took closer to 2 hours. Went to check out with the cashier and Yelp gave me a neat little 10% off coupon but .. she couldn't redeem it. So we walked together back to where I started to get someone to adjust the price. There is fine print, it's not 10% off of your service (even though it says parts and service) it's 10% off of one item of service. So I saved $4.

All in all, an average experience. I'll take my car back because they're close to my job and it's convenient but I won't recommend if anyone asks me for a dealership.

I purchased a 2016 Honda Accord Sport from Spreen Honda on 3/11/16. My experience went smooth. I was impressed with Marina's knowledge of the car during the walk around and test drive. I had already done 3 weeks of reviews and, watched videos to understand the car. Marina hit all key points and, could answer questions. High five Marina.
Lacey is a family friend and she was very helpful in getting me set up the way I like when I come to a dealer.
I also liked the relaxed no pressure feel at Spreen. Car buying is a big decision and, the way its done a Spreen is very comfortable.

Feeling apprehensive about buying a new vehicle with a trade-in to manage, I decided to take a chance using Spreen Honda as a USAA member. It was by far, the best and most rewarding car purchasing experience I've had. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Honda.

Everyone I met was professional, courteous, kind and personable. Simon Lopez, the Internet Sales Manager was honest, accurate, and patient with my many questions over email. He gave me the best price on a new Accord! Thanks Simon! James Manego, my salesperson, made sure I got the car, the options, and the attention I needed to make an informed decision. Kevin McGrath helped me get the best financing, so that I could meet my budget and not regret that payment every month. Finally, Paul Clark in Finance, thoroughly prepared all of my paperwork so that I could walk out of the dealership feeling great about my new purchase.

I would recommend this dealership to everyone wanting a hassle free, pleasant experience. The drive is totally worth it!

I went in to get my radio unlock because my battery died. Not only did they unlock my radio they set my clock in my car. I was in and out no longer then 15 min. Plus they have coffee and donuts!!! Thanks Screen Honda!!

The process took a while but it was all well worth. Elena and Vu were an amazing duo & helpful team. Originally I had gone in with a mindset of knowing what car I wanted. Unfortunately being a first time buyer and needing a consigner (I did not want a consigner because I wanted to be able to say I DID IT ALL MYSELF) for that car I was not able to purchase that one. However, instead of turning me away right away (which I'm sure other dealers probably would have) Elena did not stop there. She actually went to explore other options that did fit in my budget & in which I would not need a consigner. I eneded up really loving the car & Vu made the payments as low enough to be close to my budget as possible. At the end of it all, they made this long process worth it & i am now a first time car buyer with great payment. Thank you, thank you to Elena & Vu for all the help and patience.

I came with my mind set on a 2016 Honda Accord but I was unable to be approved for it. They bent over backwards trying though, which was very nice of them. After talking more with Bryan Lopez we came up with some creative solutions. Now I know what I need to get approved and I hope to give them my business sometime in the near future. I loved that he was in contact with me at every point and was very helpful. I recommend anyone in the search of a new or used car to swing by and ask for Bryan...My helpful Honda Guy!

What can I say I just had an amazing experience at Spreen Honda. I met with Claudia, she was the sales rep. Very friendly young lady, knew exactly what she was doing. Then I met with Tony, he is the Finance Manager and what a character, friendly, nice and very funny. He was the most knowledgeable, informative and smart financial individual I have ever met, besides my husband of course :). Then at the end of my business visit I had the pleasure of meeting John, he is the general sales manager. Because of him, I not only got an incredible deal with my new car, but was fortunate to have met his wonderful staff. I do have to thank a particular individual, she is the customer relations manager. Her name is Ryan, without her I wouldn t have gotten this incredible deal and wouldn t have met this wonderful group of people. They all had an amazing sense of humor, myself as a customer can appreciate that very much. It s a feeling like your part of the family. Thank you all for this experience! This is the best dealership I have ever been to! I will absolutely recommend Spreen Honda to everyone!

From beginning to end, this experience was amazing! I really enjoyed shopping here. The staff was friendly, the dealer was clean, and i didnt feel pressured. It was worth driving out of the way. I recommend this place to anyone interested in a new Honda.

Sales person was knowledgeable regarding providing the vehicle we needed and price was competitive with other Honda dealers in the area. So far we are pleased with the vehicle and the dealer. The only problem that we have faced is that a trunk tray was added to the deal and we have had difficulty contacting the parts department to pick that up.

Never buy from a dealership. Agreed out the door to a certain price then hiked on an extra 3000 dollars in taxes when finalizing the paperwork. Even added an extra almost 2% APR to the agreed financing amount. 1/10 do not recommend.

Brought in our 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid with all th...

Brought in our 2012 Honda Civic Hybrid with all the dash lights going off! First assesment said it was a problem with the hybrid battery...a $1200 problem! After that, it was determined that another portion of the hybrid battery was defective as well...to the tune of $3700!! You can imagine our horror at the thought of a $4000+ bill. Patrick and his supervisor Sebastian reached out to the Honda corporation on our behalf and negotiated our bill down to $1000 for everything....still a hefty bill, but so much more doable! Car runs like new...my husband even commented, "Well, I guess I know where we'll be buying our next car!" Thank you guys for looking our for us! Great service, very helpful and peace of mind knowing the dealership warranties their work.

Two weeks later, lights are going off and Sebastian takes it in and conducts the diagnostics for us free of charge over a weekend AND gave us a Loaner vehicle to get our tribe of 4 around town. Turned out to be our transmission (bad car month!) and even though Spreen didn't do the work for us, they still didn't charge for their services. Once again...Sebastian was great and we'll definitely be back!

Been waiting 2 hours already for a simply tire change. Paid for tire protection plan when I bought the car last year and now they re saying they can t find it in the system so I have to pay over $150 for a tire that should be covered! Worst experience ever. I was better off taking my car to a regular tire shop.

This was my 2nd time purchasing a car from Spreen. They gave me the best deal and treatment last time so of course they were my number one choice for a new car after I totalled my last one. Sayadrea (pronounced: Say-uh-dree ) my salesWOMAN was very patient, charming, and super nice. I was so relieved to have a female salesperson! As a female in the market for a car it can be very intimidating and Sayadrea really put me at ease and fought really hard to get me the best deal possible. She sets a great example for the rest of the team with her positive attitude and friendly, sincere demeanor. Vu in finance made the closing out process as quick and painless as possible. My sincere appreciation to John Awabdy, Sales Manager of the Upgrade Program and Finance Manager Ryan Pena for helping me get into a fabulous 2012 Chevy Malibu this evening. Came to Spreen with a list of several cars to look at from their website but narrowed it down to two. John was able to show me the benefits of the car I eventually drove away in and with Ryan's dedication into getting me financed, I was completely satisfied with my experience at Spreen. Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had! Garet Cunningham in sales is knowledgeable, straightforward, patient, & no pressure. I met him over a month ago & even though I made it clear that I was "just looking" he took the time to explain the features of the new HRV that I was interested in. I returned last week, ready to buy provided the terms were acceptable to me and Garet, along with sales manager John Awabdy, made that happen. It should be a good day for anyone who buys a new car. Garet and the Spreen team made it a great day for me!

But their employees here at spring Honda are very helpful and always in a good mood. I've been coming to Spreen Honda for 10 years and I've never once had a complaint great service five stars
