Unfortunately, the staff isn t very helpful, they are there just to get paid. Food is good but thats the only reason they deserve one star, it would be a 0/5 if I could. I ve heard of people hearing gunshots in the background at games. They only have about 2 workers that actually care about your experience. You can buy a ticket for around $10 and sit wherever you want if it s not crowded (It s usually not). There is no point in paying $100 dollars for a good seat. The only reason to take kids there is if they are planning on playing in their kids zone, and not watch the game. Only had one good experience there. 0/5 for sure

The stadium is a top notch one, coming from a Cubs fan. The prices are what you'd expect from a sports event but the parking was one of the bright spots. Made it nice and easy to get in and out no problem.

This place is always great even if the team isn't. They add things constantly and probably without much credit. I'm also a season ticket holder and love the personal attention I get. I think that would go along ways in drawing more fans. You can still get great deals on tickets but food eats up any savings.

Go Cubs go! But this stadium is fun as well. Its easier to commute wether public transportation or driving. And parking is way easier. Can't beat when they have the $1 hot dogs. They have awesome fireworks as well

Nice place to watch a game. Most seats are fine, maybe with exceptions for obstructed view in the upper level. Tons of concessions options, including micro brews. Also the standard hot dogs and bud products. As a non-Chicago sorts fan, I prefer watching games here over Wrigley...

Great modern stadium with grounds that tolerate lots of rain so games are seldom canceled due to weather. Take your kid here and get a certificate to commemorate his/her first visit. Consider getting a Patio Party ticket for unlimited food , soda, wine and beer for 2hrs before the game. There's also a great selection of ballpark food from various vendors and local restaurants.

I had awesome seats along the 1st base line, the seats themselves were too small. The beer prices were ridiculously high, two beers at 10 dollars a pop. The atmosphere before, during and after the game was awesome!

The name may keep changing but Comiskey Park is a great, fun atmosphere for Sox fans of all ages! My 6-yr old boy loves it as much as I do and it's very family-friendly, especially on Family Sundays. Kids even get to run the bases after the Sunday games! With the young talent be accumulated on the South Side, 2018 will be a great time to go see this new version of the Hitmen!

Spacious park with great food amenities and good beer selection. Easy transit with red line literally right next door to park and with its own stop. Parking is easy in and out as well and quick access to highway next to park. Great tailgating scene. One of best Inn MLB

Very nice ballpark in a nice area. Very easy to get to (red line). MUCH better viewing experience than other MLB parks in Chicago. Also much more affordable. It s comfortable, plenty of restrooms, comprehensive digital scoreboards with lots of useful info in several places around the park. This is my go-to park for MLB games in Chicago, and in fact I never go other parks since they re harder to get to, unpleasant to be around, have obnoxious fans, and cost a fortune.

Guaranteed Rate/Comiskey Park is a gem of Chicago and it s what professional baseball is all about: accessible/welcoming to everyone and a fun atmosphere for all.

I used to go to White Sox games all of the time. I moved out of state and finally was able to attend a game after 10 years. Unfortunately, I probably wont be back. First of all, there was a giveaway. We got to the stadium almost THREE hours before game time and all of the jerseys were already gone! What really annoyed me was the jerseys off to the side that the employees were stashing for themselves. How do I know it was for them? I asked. When they told me they are out, I pointed to a pile of about 15 jerseys and asked "what about those?" The person scanning my ticket said "Oh, those are our jerseys", referring to the couple of people working at that gate. I understand only so many are available and that we are not guaranteed a giveaway, but having employees who stash a ton of jerseys for themselves is not right. The other part of our visit that was very disappointing was the food options. We sat in the upper deck and I would say about 75% off the vendors up there were closed. This caused super long lines at the ones that were open. Needless to say, we did not spend any extra money there due to those long lines. I would love to give this place another chance since I am a life long Sox fan, but that won't be anytime soon. Hopefully they will improve on their customer service.

Sox fan here so I like the venue. Biggest plus is the tailgate before games. Warm fun and family friendly. The food at the park is quite diverse. Standard ballpark foods can be found, but check out my photo for s list of some of the different types. The ice cream in the hat is well done. Good ballpark to catch batting practice.

Beers are $8.50 and the food is pretty cheap too. It's cheaper than Wrigley and easier to get around too. Love the stadium and the tailgating. Parking is super convenient and employees are friendly.
