I highly recommend you avoid this service shop at all costs. The employees are careless, misplacing and outright losing parts for my vehicle. They are also thieves, and unapologetically so. I spent time removing as much from my vehicle as possible to avoid this but I forgot to empty my change holder. They took every form of currency they could find in my vehicle, every cent/bill of it. They also rummaged through every compartment, not even bothering to put things back where they found them. Please do not waste your time with this place, would leave no stars if possible. This was at the Hyundai service center. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly but that's not enough to forgive the thievery.

I went in during a special if you test drive you get a gift card. I called, made the appointment, and showed up on the day. They sat me in an office for 45 min, and basically forgot I was there.
After complaining, one of the sales guys got off the internet to take me for a ride. The sales manager assured me he would enter my data. That was May 5th. Going into July and nothing.

These people are not trustworthy, especially when Jeremy, the sales manager cannot keep his word.

I swear my car hate me. Recently my struts (I hope I got it right) went out on my Equus. You don't know what these people have to go through with warranty companies. Ken was my representative. My extended warranty company (Endurance) was giving Ken a hard time about my claim. They didn't want to cover the problem. Anyway, Ken endured disrespect, but persisted to go back and forth until they caved in. That is dedication and determination. Excellent costumer service. Marco my distinguished technician took good care of my car as usual. Thank you Ken for unwavering determination and Marco for being the technical guru that you are.

Hi everybody! Sport Durst Mitsubishi is a great place to buy a great vehicle from the great professional team. Team leader is Derrick Lett. Derrick gave me no Hassle price from the beginning. I had a some problem with my "trade in" vehicle. Derrick with the confidence resolved my problem. He was knowledgeable about the anything I've asked.
In my case team and Derrick did not play gimmicks with me. Process of buying a new vehicle went smoothly and easily.

Went to trade my car in and had to get a co signer and they messed my paper work up. They had the co signer as the owner of the car and my name wasn't even on the contract for the car. So they had to give my car I traded back to me and then took at least 3 months to reimburse me my money I paid down and the payments I made on the vehicle. They had me calling back n forth. Which I think is very unethical as far as top service and making feel sure about my referring anyone else to get a car from these PRO'S

I had the best experience at Sport Durst dealership in Durham, NC. Jack Holt is an awesome sales rep, very friendly, professional and goes above and beyond to help you into a vehicle. Jack makes sure you are comfortable and relaxed while being in the dealership, letting you know about the free coffee machine the dealership has for customers were the restrooms are. Overall his coworkers were very friendly as well. Looking for a vehicle, go to Sport Durst and ask for Jack Holt.

Made three trips to the Sports Durst dealership. They approved me for a used car. Part of the deal was required to put a $500 deposit. The sales person let me know "we will make it work. Just come back with proof of income and residence '. Made my 3rd trip back to the dealership and now they wanted $1,000 deposit. Bait and switch.

Top notch service. I was in Durham from out of town when my vehicle malfunctioned and would not start I was stranded without transportation home. On a Saturday. Blake in service dept, Mike in parts, and Bob service technician extrordinare immediately diagnosed problem and fixed my car quickly so I could get home. This dealership is lucky to have highest quality employees mentioned above. No hassle. Fair. Honest. Straight shooters. Outstanding job!!!

Got a brand new 2017 dodge journey and having nothing but issues. Rolls back like it's in neutral on any type of incline traction control does not work and when we took it in to talk about the issues they seem like they didn't care. Even set up appt to put it in the shop and found out today the day the appt is setup for the shop is closed. Needless to say they can have this pos back less then 3000 miles total and already having trouble. Worse SUV I ever owned

I'd like to give them less than one star. They took advantage of my elderly mother and sold her an SUV even after she told them she was experiencing early onset dementia. We are pursuing legal action. Let me know if this has happened to you. Now they won't take the car back even though there are only 20 miles more on the car. Do not work with them.

This place falsely advertises guaranteed approval, and I was told my application had been pre aproved. I was made to feel like I could purchase a car with no money down guaranteed. Their infomercials are very deceiving as well. We fell hook line and sinker for their lies and drove the 2 hour trip. Do not believe it, you will be disappointed unless you have perfect credit or a huge down payment. I feel stupid that I fell for it. Should be investigated for fraud!! Sick of how car dealerships operate.

I use the Express lane for oil changes and they do a decent job. The mechanic did get oil on the shifter, steering wheel, door handle each time, but easy fix. I am giving them 3 stars because I ended up getting a code on my vehicle hours before coming to the dealership. I called multiple times but could not get through. I was concerned and asked them if they would mind checking the code since this is my main means of transportation to work. They refused any assistance and told me to come back later in the week.

Bought a car on August 11, 2019. Put $1000 down. They agreed to hold check until August 16 because my wife was waiting for money to be deposited to cover this. They proceeded to deposit the check 1 day early resulting in an overdraft fee. The money was in there exactly when we said it would be and when we agreed to deposit it. We then waited approximately 60 days for Sport Durst to try again. They never did. Because we don't believe they should have to right to hold our account hostage indefinitely, we put a stop payment on the check and tried to contact them for payment. They never returned our calls. They made no effort to collect. Now, we get a letter date April 7, 2020 trying to collect.

On top of that, they were terrible to deal with during the buying process. They play the game where they refuse to negotiate purchase price, instead trying to get you to give them a payment number so they can manipulate the price higher as long as they get you the payment you want, even if it's for a longer term. They beat you down psychologically by keeping you there for hours so you'll just give up. They seem nice until you sign, then they refuse to help you out in any way.

Buy from Sport Durst at your own peril.

The service with the salesperson I had when I went there was great. I went in to test drive a Mazda 3 just to compare it to the Civic I wanted and even told the person I was almost set on it. Even after saying that he didn't try rush me out and answered all the questions I had spending nearly an hour with me. I did go with the Civic in the end though.

Service team is great but one of the sales team members was very rude to us. Was met by an associate named Hugh and were looking for a particular type of Mazda. When they didn't have what we wanted he tried to sell us something else on the lot. When we said that we were only interested in the originally requested model and trim, he got incredibly moody and made us feel horrible for not wanting something else. Shame because we were going to purchase our vehicle from there. Other than that experience, we like the dealership and team.

By far the best car buying experience I've had. I walked out of there with an amazing deal on a Grand Cherokee that I would probably never get again. It started with communication with Jannah before I arrived, I was able to get all information I needed without leaving work. My salesman, Jack, was awesome, not once was he pushy trying to get me into something I didn't want or couldn't afford. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process and was very straightforward. I then worked with Dennis in finance and again was straightforward with my options. Both of these guys were very personable and equally helpful in this process. I will definitely be back and will recommend to all!

I recently helped my mother purchase a 2019 Mazda Sport from Sports Durst! All off of the strength of my previous experience on their Hyundai lot when I purchased my 2017 Elantra in May of 2017. And to be honest I referred my mom because of the Customer Service and Referral Program. Needless to say that this go around was HORRIBLE! We worked with Kelly and Candi who were both excellent, but everything after that sucked! My mother has had her vehicle for almost two months now. First they had her tags sitting up at their receptionist desk for about a week or so! For what? Idk, we had asked them to be mailed. In addition to them knowing that my mother co-signed for me on my Elantra, which they knew when they pulled her credit and realized that she was already in their system under my vehicle! They advised me that I would receive my $300 for the referral of my mother. I then proceed to reach out to Tami Neal in regards to my referral about two to three weeks after my mother purchased her vehicle. Tami originally had trouble finding my mothers info due to them not having the correct spelling of her name. Needless to say she advised me that I would receive the referral and that once the paperwork processed, herself and the GM had to sign off on the check. I said ok, not a problem. She advised me that she would reach back out to me, which she never did, This was about 2 week ago or so. So on today I called and spoke with Tami Neal, who advises me that I can not receive my referral, because my mother is already a customer in their system. Now remember that they already knew she had cosigned for my current vehicle AND she had told me prior that I would be receiving the referral money. She then says that the reason she had no reached out to me was due to her needing more info.,... But when I called her today, she had all the info that she needed to tell me that I could not receive my referral. Which leads me to believe that she has had the info for sometime now. I would not recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle with them, not because of the product but because of the lack of communication and customer service skills. Oh yea, I then asked her if there was anyone else that I could speak with. She then stated that there was not and that she was the only person to handle these matter. Asked for the GM's name and number, upon me doing so she advised me that I had to go through her to get to him. I then proceed to tell her about their lack of communication and customer service skills, told her to have a great day and hung up. I work a dealership, actually I've worked at multiple dealerships, and not once has one of them went back on their word or went back off of a hand shake. Be careful when purchasing a vehicle with them!!!!!!!!! If you're in need of a vehicle you can also email myself!!! I'll take excellent car of you!!!

He recommends services when my vehicle needs it and readily provides me with vital information to keep my car running and in good shape. The customer service is nice to me as well. I bought a brand new Mazda3 on June 1st and as of ...

I bought a brand new Mazda3 on June 1st and as of September 14th, they have still not finished my vehicle registration paperwork. I have called and emailed the clerk who handles the DMV requests, multiple times over the course the last few months and I have only been able to make contact with her once.

The vehicle itself was delivered with scratches all over the exterior and some on the interior panels. I have left my car with the dealership two different times to have the scratches fixed and neither time have they restored my car back to new condition (keep in mind my car only had 6 miles on it when I signed the paperwork). I've asked to have the rest of the scratches removed several times since and I'm told to "just bring it in" however they won't offer me a loaner for the day while the work is being done. The most concerning issue -- even the sales rep told me their car detailing crew is terrible and they need to hire new guys, so it makes sense why they have not been able to remove most of the scratches. At this point I may need a new paint job and some of the interior panels replaced. It's hard to trust that Sports Durst cares about people once they have a signature. My brand new car is still scratched with no plan to fix it and the clerk who handles the DMV paperwork won't communicate with me for updates. My only next step might have to be getting the State Attorney General involved. Very disheartening, I wish I bought my car at Southern States in Raleigh.

Drove up in a 52,000 dollar 2018 Ram truck. Went into the dealership and looked around for 10 minutes and no one spoke to me. I made eye contact with 3 men that were behind the counter area and 2 more in glass offices, "they were surfing the internet" and nothing happened. I've never felt so uncomfortable in a business. I felt like they judged me as poor by the way I was dressed "jeans, button down shirt, ball cap" Little did they know that was there to buy another truck and was packing a large sum of cash down payment. Oh well they lost that deal and I will never go back. Sport Durst dealership needs a greeting policy and a service minded team like they had at Nichols Dodge before they sold out. Ps I bought 6 vehicles from Nichols in 10 years.

Had a car at their collision center for about 4 1/2 weeks. Date of completion kept getting pushed after the original 10 day estimate due to the service center being very backed up, wrong parts coming in and forgetting to order parts. On more than one occasion Gage would say he would call back with an update and never did. Same happened with the manager Cameron. Excuses given were they forgot or got too busy. I called the VP of Operations for the automotive group three times. The first his voicemail said he was on vacation. No problem. He didn t call back. Left two more messages on three days ago. No return call. Next day I asked for his manager and was told that Tammy, assistant to owner and GM would be calling me. Five minutes later the VP called saying he never got my messages and wanted to know who had been transferring me. I told him his voice and name was on his voicemail. He said he would look into things and call me by the end of the week. It s 7:00 pm Friday and they again did not return a call. Go elsewhere. The aggravation isn t worth it.

Four days after driving off the Sport Durst lot in...

Four days after driving off the Sport Durst lot in a brand new Jeep I am sat in Westgate Jeep negotiating the car I actually wanted and prepared to go into negative equity to get it. A week ago I traded in my minivan and bought a RAV-4 from carmax, after driving for a few days I realized it was not for me and I wanted something roomier, having had jeeps before I decided I would take advantage of the carmax 5 day money back guarantee and get a new Jeep. So I did my research on the Westgate Jeep website and realized I wanted a Cherokee Latitude. However the next morning I was in Durham on business and decided to pop into Sport Durst. I told the salesman my story, we went for a test drive and (heres my first mistake) because the sticker price was the same as one I had seen on the Westgate Website I assumed it was a Latitude but I found out when I got home it was a Sport and didn't have the 3 things (and the only 3 things) I really wanted in my new car. Obviously this is my fault for not checking at the time that there was something lower than a Latitude but you will find out later, I still hold the dealership a little culpable.

I already had approval from my bank for a loan but we went through their finance first, when it came back at 6% I was ready to walk, and really should have done. The salesman said we can get a better deal for than that through citizens and I said no, its ok, I dont want my credit pinged again but he said hold on, I didn't know why. A couple of minutes later he walked back and handed me a piece of paper and asked what it was, he said it was the quote from citizens. So at that point I really should have walked out because I wasn't happy that they had just done something I had point blank asked them not to, but for some reason stayed, looked at the quote the price of the car had changed but I guessed because I wasn't going through their financing anymore. Every time I went to leave they would say something and make me stay, it doesn't help I was agitated over returning the RAV-4 and had to get back to work. Against every gut instinct I let them talk me into buying (although at the time I thought I was getting the car I wanted so was a little bit happy).

After I bought the car, I realized the car didn't have the things I was expecting it to have, so I called and was told "They don't have that", I took "they" as jeeps, but when I checked the website later I realized he meant Sport, not sure if his phraseology was misleading on purpose or just his turn of phrase. I called Sport Durst twice over the week to ask questions, each time I had call 4 times - 8 calls in all for 2 simple questions. One was the phone number for citizens (I never did get that answered) and the other was about the spare tyre, apparently Jeeps don't come with spare tyres, it would have been nice to know that when I bought it so as not to panic thinking I dont have a spare.

I started to get more and more upset about not getting the car I thought I was getting, so called and asked for sales manager 5 times to see if they could do anything for me, 3 times I got put through to voicemail and twice I got hung up on, I repeat, twice I got hung up on. So I called the salesman who sold me the vehicle and he basically said I am stuck with it, they don't give a crap, they have got their sale.

I went to Westgate to see what they could do and the first question was "Why would any salesman sell you a Sport anyway when the Latitude is the better deal, better resale value and better incentives", a question I will never know the answer to because if I called Sports Durst it would take me 4 calls only to hung up on! But I will assume its because I said I liked the black jeep and they had no Latitudes in Black. So here I am, about to go into further debt to be put in the car I wanted and not deal with Sports Durst ever again.

When it comes to buying ANYTHING, customer service is important in that buying experience. The team of folks at Sport Durst understand that. Nick would have to be one of the most passionate and helpful sales reps I've ever met. Definitely recommend them to folks in the surrounding area or just in general. Ask for Nick!

I just purchased my first Jeep through Sport Durst and they made everything super easy! I was given good value for my trade in and all the cars I looked at were in great shape. Parker was incredibly helpful and transparent through the whole process. I would definitely look here again in the future.

First the worst customer service ever! Geico recommendation, thanks Geico. Finally got my car back after multiple delays, no one walked out to check off work done. After getting home, noticed that door guards and door handle guards are missing. Called the dealership where I bought the car to have them replaced. DONOT want to go back to Sport Durst Collision Body Shop. Do not recommend this body shop, look elsewhere. If I could give a negative star rating I would.

My wife and I purchased a new Jeep and had one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had! This is a first class dealership and everyone was super helpful and friendly. Negotiation was painless and we were offered a fair price for our trade in. In return, we got a fantastic deal and couldn't be happier. The owner David, even took time out of his busy day to make sure we were completely happy and satisfied. Everyone here is super down to earth and I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends and family! A big thank you to our salesman, David and Mark the internet manager!

Today I went into this branch to get some air in my tire. Well I went inside to ask and they told me someone would help me. Now mine you this was approximately 1100 am. After standing there patiently waiting, this white lady busted in and walked up to the same people that told me to wait. Guess what. They jumped right on her. I asked them how they could just let me stand there, they still ignore me. So I walked up and asked again how they could treat me like that. Feeling like I was not important I walked out. I will never ever go back in there for anything. Which is sad because I live right across the street and just brought my car

I was double-teamed to sell me a car on 7/8/19. When the deal was done it was over! The features of the car weren t reviewed with me. At 9am on 7/9/19 I returned to Sports Durst to retrieve a piece of Verizon s equipment from my trade in vehicle to find it missing. Salesman was off so I left a note on his desk asking for a call back on 7/10/19. He did not call me. I left messages throughout the day 7/10/19 with not one call back. Voicemail is full! Spoke with a manager Alex the evening of 7/10/19, who told me the salesperson was calling me now. No call back.

12/17/2019 (2:35 pm) never brought a car from here and N.E.V.E.R will. the customer service is horrible. i simply called in regarding an offer they mailed to me-the operator lady who picked up the phone was extremely rude-"ummm actually that offer ended already" with no "anything else i can assist with today?","have a nice day"...NOTHING and quickly hung up the phone.

i wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.

The man with the beard did not utter one word of greeting almost stepped on my feet twice when walking through the shop. Excellent credit before dealing with this dealersh...

Excellent credit before dealing with this dealership. This dealer underpaid my vehicle pay-off cost and I only became aware of this after the past due balance appeared on my credit report. I called to get a copy of the payoff statement they received. After speaking to the finance department for over 6 weeks about receiving a pay-off statement, they finally told me, pay-off balances are by word of mouth and they don't receive payoff statements. Be extra diligent when dealing with this dealership.

Addition: 9 months after purchasing this vehicle, I did not receive a vehicle registration. I called the company up and they had my address incorrect although all the documents I took from the dealership had my address correct. My vehicle registration would have expired without my knowledge, if I did not decide to review all the details after the above incident.
