Had a car at their collision center for about 4 1/...

Had a car at their collision center for about 4 1/2 weeks. Date of completion kept getting pushed after the original 10 day estimate due to the service center being very backed up, wrong parts coming in and forgetting to order parts. On more than one occasion Gage would say he would call back with an update and never did. Same happened with the manager Cameron. Excuses given were they forgot or got too busy. I called the VP of Operations for the automotive group three times. The first his voicemail said he was on vacation. No problem. He didn t call back. Left two more messages on three days ago. No return call. Next day I asked for his manager and was told that Tammy, assistant to owner and GM would be calling me. Five minutes later the VP called saying he never got my messages and wanted to know who had been transferring me. I told him his voice and name was on his voicemail. He said he would look into things and call me by the end of the week. It s 7:00 pm Friday and they again did not return a call. Go elsewhere. The aggravation isn t worth it.
