In 2015, good prices but service people were on the nasty side of didn't care ("you're not borrowing any of our tools" before I'd even asked), and the sales staff were 'out of sight, out of mind' (they didn't even return my email thanking them for the price). My advice to them? It takes more than decent deals to feed your family and your own self-respect. My advice to you, the buyer? Take the deal and forget where you got it from.
