Bad real estate. RUN !!!!
Has no experience in property management. It does not give any accessory to the owners. They charge wrong extra charges, wrong, improper extra calls, unapproved extra calls at meetings. They have no control over the condominium financier where I own an apartment they run. A shame .... AMATEURS !!!!!

My experience is terrible, I am a tenant of this property, since June / 20 the owner authorized the reduction of the rent and until today the property has not provided the settlement.
Total neglect with client.

Do not rent with this real estate !! I am very serious! If I had read these comments, I would never have done business with them. The service is terrible, they don't solve anything, always a nonsense and they can't answer you. One of the main reasons why we switched apartments was due to the poor management of the real estate. The boletos then, always with very weird, divergent values, a shame. I've dealt with several real estate agents and I don't know how this one is still on the market, such incompetence! Easily the WORST real estate I have ever had to deal with. While you are in the rental process, our, just attention and care to the smallest details. After? You who fight. I rented and until then I had two "advisors", and I would like to know really who they are advising, because it is not me. Long, coarse and coarse, each phone call looks like they are literally DOING YOU A FAVOR (that's when they answer or return your e-mails), not answering a customer. Nothing is resolved without stress, headache or irritation. Those with whom I had contact after the rental and possession of the apartment key proved to be a bunch of people (whom I don't even have the courage to call professionals) incompetent and not at all solicitous. I don't feel like a client here, it's almost as if they think I'm being kindly paid for the service IN DAY since I signed the rental contract. Lousy experience, I do not recommend it to anyone and I sincerely risk it until I become a religious person and pray that I will never have to deal with these people again after I move out of the property I located here.

You have no regard for your customers, I'm living with a TOTALLY WET wall, DRIPPING WATER AND MOFADA FOR 7 MONTHS, and nothing to fix the wall, I send emails, whatsapp and they still want to be right about not fixing it, IT'S ONLY PAIN OF PAIN HEAD.

Bad customer service. It took more than 1 month to speed up the repair of a window in my apartment that had broken with a storm.
I had to tape the window and it still got wet.

Anyway, whenever I needed it was a soap opera. Now, when it comes time to collect, they always show up on time ... impressive.

My first and last contact with this real estate.

I scheduled a time to visit a property, moved to the real estate, picked up the keys, and visited the building.

I could only know the facade of the building because the broker gave me the wrong keys.

When I realized this I called the real estate company, she said that the keys were right and I was unable to open (even the keys not opening)

The real estate company asked me to wait in front of the building while they checked what happened.

30 minutes passed and they simply forgot to return me, when I called again (still waiting in front of the building they intended to visit) they told me the same thing.

I completely lost interest in doing any kind of business with this real estate, unprepared and careless professionals.

I had to give up a property due to the delay in the real estate park giving the return. They said they had forwarded the papers to the insurer, but I called the company that said they had received nothing within 3 weeks.

Almost all were graduated in incompetence and others have powders.
Anderson on the part of the condominium has a Doctorate in treating clients badly and hanging up the phone while the client asks about the service not provided: Extinguishers expired, dirty condominium at last and a bore talking to this guy. Great place to get a headache.
Another very tough guy in attendance was Diones Britto, he even suggested I go look for my rights. That's what I did.

Bad service from the rental brokers. If you are a property owner, do not put your property for rent through this real estate agency. Spending two days imploring someone to send you the list of documents for rent is absurd!

Company cast in old and regimented processes. The organizational climate is one of constant instability and tension. The collaborators themselves call it a "militarist regime".

Terrible. Very incompetent, they do not solve any practical matter. They only know how to issue bill of exchange (full of improper values, dishonest with money). They treat the customer badly, are rude, slow, disinterested, unprepared (bordering on illiteracy), self-interested and subservient to the great owners. Let's improve the market! We are not required to tolerate this "company" suit. Want to avoid headache? Do not do business with Sperinde.

Today is making 23 days that our life turned upside down, we are living the legitimate hell. Without notice, consultation or any attitude that would show respect .... a high-powered light generator was placed under our windows which is switched on every day at 9:30 and turned off after 2 am ... .but it can also be 3, 4 or 5 am! Permanently closed glass which does not prevent the smoke and smell of diesel oil from invading our fit. When I get home ... I want to cry .... because the smell is strong. I am now becoming a regular user of acetaminophen. There is, to be very clear, this generator is not to give light to my building but ... to the restaurant below. Whoever planted this generator is not concerned about our health, our sleep or our well-being. We have nothing to do with the restaurant ... but we're literally not sleeping with such a noise. We are living enclosed, with heat, we can not clean the fit. because of the products and having the window closed, we received no visitors and my most precious possession is my granddaughter .... you cannot enter my home. Yes, the liquidator and Real Estate says they have done all the procedures, like daily fine, eviction action .... but so far nothing! This real estate is not giving any assistance to residents. They never sent us a statement about this fact. This building is located at Rua lima e Silva, 300, Edificio Magali!

Bad company. In fact, I don't know who rated them 5 stars, because it definitely wasn't their tenant. Super tangled, coarse and disorganized. I do not recommend.
