Monday 21/9 I paid for the order of a Dell Noteboo...

Monday 21/9 I paid for the order of a Dell Notebook, which I received on Thursday noon 9/24, I opened the outer box that day late and found that there was another Lenovo Notebook inside. The invoice was correct, just during the collection of the notebook from the warehouse, another item was placed, which from what I saw changed the item code by one digit.
Friday 25/9 morning 9:00 I spoke with customer service and they told me that they would call me from the warehouse to resolve the issue. They never took me. I filled in the contact form on Saturday so that my subject is in writing, I called again on Monday 28/9 and Wednesday 30/9. The answer of the customer service is the same ... they will call you from the competent department, which never happens!
I am left with the wrong notebook, without having any information when I will receive the right one. I emailed them that I want a refund, this is the worst experience I have ever had from online shopping.

At the New Heraklion store they should understand that the customer is there to buy and they should show kindness and interest
Obviously there is a serious problem of training and staff selection
It is advisable to take steps to remedy the problems

If there is a problem, if someone speaks badly or anything else, you cannot find an edge. You can't find the one above to talk to. I was waiting for them to connect me to the kitchen, the technician had informed them that it would not serve, no one informed me. And it wasn't the first time a topic had been created. My family has been suffering for a week without a refrigerator. After you sent us a damaged refrigerator full of blows and you took it back and after repeated phone calls that cost me more than an hour to charge my cell phone and still refusing to give me the phone of the product store and after I had to go there myself (Mega Alimou), I managed to get some edge. Both during the first delivery, and today when I am supposed to finally receive it, you did not send the delivery message, which means that again I will have to lose time and money in your unacceptable call center !!! I do not believe that these things happen even in third world countries ... SHAME ON YOU !!!!!!!

Unacceptable they cannot solve a problem that they created in a product that didn't close a month after it was marketed ... they make you pop on the phones between those companies that cooperate and in the mail they don't answer completely without considering a year their customer is losing money and can't work on their own mistake ... that was the last time they bought one of these stores !!

We've ordered 3 items through Internet for home delivery and it was an awful mess ! We paid, but the items remained in our virtual basket, and we had reminders from Kotsovolos to finish up our order ! The used the "Chat on Line" , who told us it was a bug, and not to worry. Then we received an email saying that one of the product, a hard disk, was not available... Why don't they tell it before the payment ??? Impossible to connect on the "Follow your Order" system. We called the hotline to know when it would be available, but they just didn't know... so we asked to get it replaced by another item same price available, they agreed, but required an additional payment, arguing that we had a discount with our order which had to be repaid. Yet the discount wasn't related to the hard disk, but to another item ! We asked for refunding the whole order : it was not possible because part of it was already shipped. So we asked for refunding only the hard disk : they agreed, but in a 10 days delay and taking out the discount, which mean they wouldn't refund the total cost we paid for the hard disk ! There was no way to get out of this mess without loosing money... we paid the additional amount required to change the unavailable item. After many days checking on the website, we see some prices changing everyday , it's crazy. It's the 2nd time we order with Kotsovolos online, and the first one was already a mess : the washing machine we ordered was a distinct reference from the one we received !! The 2 products were same brand and similar, but that was not professional not to warn us. Do not order by Internet with them ! I put one star only for the persons we had on the livechat and on the hotline, who were very nice and did what they could.

Non-existent after sales department. They deliver broken TV at home and throw the ball to the manufacturer (Samsung). They do not assume their responsibilities for replacement as required by law. Shame and disgrace. STAY AWAY.
