High quality of service, I am very satisfied with the condominium management service.

Poor service throughout the rental. I rented an apartment detonated, neither had overall record, and the time to deliver wanted to be perfect, as never before. A lot of a headache. I do not recommend.

I rented an apartment for 3 years and was always well attended. The owner of the apartment was an extremely difficult person and the advisor Matheus always treated the situations in the best possible way, always trying to reconcile my tenant interests with the carelessness of the owner. I only left the rent for personal reasons.

Terrible experience. I never leave my real estate again to administer.

Horrible service, rude. They don't work. If you don't want financial losses, avoid it !!

Totally disorganized with the finances of others. They charge 100 reais less in 2 months and then charge 300 saying it's the difference. They do not justify and do not answer the tenant, they are crazy. Unfortunate. You should earn Mateus Gonzatti's salary for doing his job. I have concrete evidence of their neglect and as soon as I can go to court for all the stress they are causing for their mistake.

We rented a property. On the first day, the bathroom plumbing broke. It leaked all over the building (we lived on the third floor and had water downstairs when we got home). The liquidator had to cut everyone's water to prevent the flooding from continuing. They spent days until the problem was solved. The water heater doesn't work either from day one, and it's still like this (we've been here for 10 months). When they did the plumbing repair, the room baseboards were not placed and to this day we are like this (apart from the painting that was totally damaged due to the relaxation of the subject who was assigned to perform the work). We have photos, phone records, emails and everything else that proves our willingness to resolve all issues of the apartment. Yesterday, the bathroom sink gave way, for no reason, and the relationship lady on the phone said that the owner of this apartment is always very helpful to solve the problems (that is, the real estate offender). We are sorry to have come here. Despite being a reasonable price and good space, the apartment has already had numerous problems (there is still a lot that I wish I could report but pages would be missing for this). At least for lease, I do not recommend it at all.

INDIGNED AT THE LACK OF RESPECT WITH THE CONDOMINIUMS. WAITING FOR AN ANSWER AND NOTHING UNTIL THE MOMENT. I RECOMMEND NOT TO CONTRACT THE SERVICES OF THIS REAL ESTATE.

Matheus Gonzatti doesn't solve anything, he barely replies Whats and email and when he does he is ignorant, great real estate for you to get VERY stressed. All this stress because they charged almost 200 reais more in rent and do not give any satisfaction

I contacted this real estate agent to come and make the appraisal of my apartment, because I wanted to put it for sale. The broker was very unfriendly and NEVER gave any return !!!
