Awesome Customer Service, everyone in there is very helpful. I don't race, my car it's a DD, for the first time a walk in there Matt and them have taking their time with me and gave me input and suggestions for my car. They have never try to over sell me anything that I don't need!

horrible customer service, was going to invest tons into my car with speedfactory services, tuning, parts and fabrication. but when attempted to ask information about their parts or advice on my build they completely ignore my messages even tho it shows they read it. very disappointed with his company i thought high reputable company like this would be the place to go. but i thought wrong.

I have worked with the Speedfactory Team over the last 2 1/2 years building the Worlds Fastest 4 Door Civic and with the help from everyone there we have accomplished that goal right out of the box. They are are not in the business of hiding secrets of how to go fast or scam you into something you don't truly need for your car. They are there to HELP YOU achieve your goals. Speedfactory has awesome customer service, I want to thank the whole speedfactory team, esp. Rick and Zach. I havent had a single issues with speedfactory orders and services. I ordered a wrong Mcfactory LSD, 6 months ago, when it was time for me to actually installed into my transmission, i found out it was the wrong one, I called speedfactory talked with Zach, he got it handled for me without a single issue. Recently I purchased a set of Belak wheels thru speedfactory, wheels came in damaged, I notified Speedfactory Rick, he was on top of it, super easy going and communication is on point. I am very satisfied with the speedfactory team, esp customer service, also all the SF product I purchased from them are high quality and always top notch conditions. Thank you again, I will forever be SF fan and customer and support.

Just called this morning to ask if they make/carry catless down pipes for 18 civic type r and the response from Zach was we don t work on cars we sell parts. Well I was asking for a part? Nothing about working on my car. Plus you guys advertise fab work so I figure you guys might make some. Besides that I ve had nothing but amazing service and work done when I had my hatch a couple years ago.
