Ballymena branch....

I attended Specsavers in Ballymena yesterday for an urgent appointment as I had symptoms of retinal detachment. I was seen by optician Jacqueline and was thoroughly impressed by assessment and advice provided. All staff very pleasant and helpful even though busy. As a nurse all my life, I know good care when its given. Thanks a bunch. I highly recommend Specsavers Ballymena others.

Good optican service with good range of services and glasses. Also offer hearing services as well. Staff are all very helpful and pleasant.

Nice place friendly helpful staff .
But can work out to be very expensive.

I went to Specsavers for my checkup and the optician gave me a thorough eye test and the other assistants did a number of test. I would like to say how patient they were with me in saying which lense l could see through more clearly and also how kind and considerate all staff were. When it came to choosing a new pair of glasses the assistant that helped me was more than helpful and helped me decide which pair of glasses suited me by taking photographs and allowing me to pick a pair. The next step was how much the cost would be and which was the best option for me. Finally just to say the shop was is easily got around in if you have a double buggy or wheelchair. You can opt to have your eye test done downstairs as they don't have a lift. Thanks ladies for everything

Went in today for eye test for 11,25 on the 8th April. Sat down waiting and staff came up and lifted the folders. A lady who came in after me for 11.30 was taken before me. I waited and, with all the staff running around, looking at the folders, not organised, I thought do I want to be treated here in this chaotic way - No I just left. Went round to Vision Express and much better treated getting time to sort it out. You want staff to have time to attend to your needs, not in this manner.

Very disappointed waited 3 weeks to be told there was a problem with the aids now we have to wait for another week
Poor poor service

Been there for my son's glasses ( he bent them). From the entrance to the exit I've encountered lovely staff who couldn't do enough to help you. In a few minutes I was on my way with the glasses fixed and a smile on my face. Special thanks for Michael, very professional service indeed, great job.

Shop with glasses and full ophthalmologic tests, later minor eyeglass repairs for free

Have used Specsavers Ballymena for a good number of years now and their service just keeps Improving. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I find they do a good thorough check of my eyes, have a good variety of glasses and prices....well not as expensive as some other opticians, but good value.

Staff extremely friendly.Good service.But what strikes me about this place the most is the staff appear to be enjoying themselves.Having a laugh at the same time as doing their job

The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to help you. My eye test was very thorough and choosing my glasses i got a lot of help picking which pair i would like. I really appriciate all the help i received and they have truely went above and beyond and thank u so much for all u have done to help me see better again.
