Went in to renew my licence. Guy met at the door, helped me with the form, took me through the eye test, even gave me a 50% price reduction for not getting booked. All up 15 minutes. Great service.
Absolutely disgusting was told I'd get a refund in Dec 19 ref my Rego, nothing spoke to RMS NSW a week ago they told me Bega office will call you today, that's a week ago, today I ring again and was told there was an issue with my middle name my card from another government department has just my initial not my middle name as RMS has that's the issue, my issue is when we're RMS going to tell me I say NEVER, Piss poor customer service Bega lift your game

Efficient check-in at reception, no waiting and easy going friendly staff. Can get busy, but I had a great experience for many changes required to car rego's and ownership transfers. The grandkid got her licence here in 2017 and they were friendly and helpful then too.
