It is an incredible idea and a unique tool to develop projects in any area.

Air Tasker was new for me as I was looking for a new website builder. After vetting a few candidates, I chose Niaght and he was great. Produced an e-commerce site for us that I could not have done.
I recommend using Air Tasker to get the job done.

This service is a dream. Would thouroughly recommend it.

I needed help to pickup from an auction I couldn't get to and deliver to me a 100km away. Airtasker enabled me to get the right person for the job at a reasonable cost.

Every time I wanted to cancel my post, computer crashed
Phoned the 24 hour number and it said it was disconnected
So is this a scam ?
As it is Impossible to send emails which are automated.

Chris did a great job removing and installing a cupboard. He is tidy, punctual and a good communicator. Highly recommended

My first task and I am very impressed. One has the safety of checking reviews and past work - so that gave me a lot of confidence. And (wow) I saved myself a pile of time trying to figure out how to do it myself. Better to give the job to an expert.

I had a good experience using this service. I posted a task that needed some muscle, got an offer within 6 minutes, the task was done later that day. Too easy.

I love Air Tasker! I needed a videographers and found an amazingly talented one within 6 hours and he delivered 5 x yoga videos for my business in under 2 weeks. Air Tasked was easy to use and process payments and reviews. It was my first time using it too! Thank you Air Tasker!

I've been an active user and worker for nearly 5 years.
Posted a task recently that I thought was ok to post and my account was blocked indefinitely.
No warning given or explanation why I was indefinitely blocked even though the User Agreement states that posting something not allowed will result in a 7 day ban.

I've had most 5 star reviews and 100% completion rate!

Careful when posting jobs there before reading the terms!!

The Airtasker guy was great, very helpful and arrived within 1/2 hour of me posting the job. I would use them again without hesitation.

Impossible to get a hold of in an urgent matter! I'm a young dad trying to earn money but my account is locked and no-one is getting back to me!

I received good service from the contactor. But since I found out that Airtasker charged him 22 % service fee, I can't rate this company highly. Greed is repulsive.

Fantastic. Easy to navigate and no problems at all. Love it.

I used Airtasker to do a few small jobs around the house which was okay.
On the last job I needed someone to fix my flooring. So I hired from the Airtasker.
The tradies were very unprofessional and their careless work caused injury to myself and to my property. And also they didn't want to leave my property before I release the money from the Airtasker. So I had to call the Police for help and escort them out of my property.
After and during the incident I sent many emails to Airtasker support. With delay after a couple of days Airtasker replied to me and told me they will look into the issue.
Manu days have been passed and Airtasker told me if I want I can claim insurance against the tasker directly but not against the Airtasker because the taskers are not contractors with the Airtasker. And also they can not return the money because my money has already been transferred to the Tasker's account.
While I understand the Tasker's behaviours are not responsibility of the Airtasker but I was hoping Airtasker insurance will cover the damages to my property but unfortunately that was not the case.

So be mindful of this when using the Airtasker's platform. When issues happen you will be left alone.

As a first time user of Air Tasker my experience was very positive. Easy to do, easy to find someone highly rated and the service was fantastic.

I was offered a $27 discount but could not claim it because I accepted a tasker before adding in the bonus. Airtasker therefore would not honour it so I am rather "put out" about it. otherwise the system iworks well.

The guys were extremely efficient in moving us from Sydney to Newcastle. They had a large truck to suit our needs and all the necessary gear to make sure our belongings were safely transported. We have used them before and would use them again.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

The worst customer service I have ever experienced from a business. They don't allow you to call them, they don't offer live chat, they ignore your messages on Facebook, Twitter & Instagram, and their email support is almost non-existent.

I have had an issue I've been trying to resolve for 28 days. Their "customer support" go in circles, never resolving the issue. When they do reply, the responses are from a template, they never actually address questions that you directly ask.

On multiple occasions they have asked me to "allow for 48 hours". Once the 48 hours have passed, they don't reply for another 24-48 hours, meaning 72-96 hours have passed, and then the whole thing starts again.

It's worth noting that this isn't a one-off. I have put off writing this review for months, as I wanted to give them more chances. Each time, the same thing happens. Nothing ever improves.

No modern, tech based company should ever offer such substandard customer service. The excuse they give for not having a phone number (we are an online marketplace) is complete rubbish. Pick any reputable online business and they will have a contact number. It is clear they do not value customer support, if they did, they would make an effort to listen to the people that their business depends on - the Workers.

I don't have the option to give them less than one star. If I did, that's what they would be receiving.

Works well, but I was shocked to learn that Airtasker takes 22% of the task payment. I always wonder why a percentage fee is applied when the service provided by the app remains the same, no matter how cheap or expensive the task is.

Airtasker works ! The whole process is so easy & safe , and our tasker was very professional. We will continue to use Airtasker throughout our renovations and beyond !

I have just had my inaugural task request very successfully completed earlier than expected & of a much higher standard than anticipated! I will definitely be using Airtasker again!!

Useful apps for anyone who's don't have time to do a chores .

Definitely like this idea but there is a lot of improvement needed to be the reliable choice of product. In my experience I found it extremely hard to coordinate things with taskers. Having a time on due date would make it much easier to posters and even improving response times of taskers.

withdrew funds even though the #dodgy tasker (Omar K from Chatswood NSW) demanded four times the amount in cash (which I refused) and then did not do the job.
AirTasker's support is unless as well.

Airtasker has been a game changer for me trying to get a heap of odd jobs around the house done. Gone are days of waiting for tradies that *may* come or endless phone calls to get anyone to quote for a small job. Best service ever!

Very good and useful site. The fee is pretty high though, it's around 20%, I think that's a rip-off.

I found Airtasker to be easy to use and was thrilled with the responses I received. However, I did find it difficult to change the date and time (I made a mistake with my first post, which led me to delete and repost the job again). Even though I kept clicking save, the date would not change. My only negative about the whole experience.

Absolutely brilliant, such a lovely lady and I will certainly be calling Steph again.
