Better hope you don't need to return anything.

I tried to return an item (reordered a smaller size) and was ignored for 2 months. After numerous calls and emails, I finally received a refund that had an additional fee tacked for the original free shipping on the item that I returned (on top of the return shipping and the restocking fee). This wasn't mentioned anywhere in the store policies.

When I asked customer service about the additional fee, they were extremely rude and attacked me for complaining about a charge that was not disclosed to their customers beforehand.

I tried to go out of my way to support an independent business, but I won't be buying from SPCsports again after this experience.

Quick on time delivery, product was as described. Definitely use SPC Sports again

Update: Finally got someone who explained that the bat they had to drop ship would not be able to be shipped until April 20. I cancelled my order but am still waiting on it to be refunded. These folks may just be caught up in Demarini problems, but they need to communicate better wth customers.

Ordered online because they had an estimated delivery date that met what I needed. On the delivery date some bat grip was delivered instead of the bat I ordered. I was told the bat was drop shipped from the vendor, but no one can give me any details on where it is. Customer service is lacking. Will not order from here again. May cancel my current order with my credit card company.

I've been getting bats from them for the last few years. They are very reasonable and very fare.

Dont buy in store. Their online prices are up to 100 dollars cheaper. When asked the cashier why this is, her response was " Like, I dont know. Hehe."

NO STARS!!!! I only put 1 star because it made me put something!!! Absolutely horrible!!! They will promise you the world and produce nothing!!! After hours, on their website, I ordered a Combat Maxum (-10) bat. As soon as they opened the next morning, I called and requested to change to a "-12" bat. They told me the order had not been processed and they guaranteed me that I would receive a -12 bat. Their website said the bat would be sent 2 day air. LIES!!! 10 days later I received a -10 bat. I immediately called and requested to correct the problem. Of course the guy I needed to talk to was not in. No call back. Call again, no call back. 3rd time I called, they sent me to Crystal, the "office manager". Crystal told me that they could not send me the -12 until I sent the -10 back. I eventually had to pay for the -12 bat and then send the -10 back and supposedly they would refund my money. I was guaranteed rush shipping on the -12 bat. It is now 8 days after I was guaranteed rush shipping and I cant even get a tracking number from them. Still no refund on the -10 either, even though the tracking number shows it was already delivered back to their store. Horrible company built on broken promises. It has now been 20 days since I ordered the bat originally and I still have nothing. Baseball season is almost over. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!

Excellent purchasing experience at SPC Sports! I purchased a fastpitch softball bat for my daughter which SPC had the lowest price of anyone else online. I will definitely purchase from SPC again. They also have a rewards program.

I ordered a bat and an accessory online. Bat came in time, but accessory was missing. To rectify situation, I emailed SPC and after about a week of no response I left a nasty 1 star review (which I'm now editing). About two or three weeks after my review, I received the accessory in the mail. I'm now editing and revising my initial 1 star review to provide SPC with three stars. The bat came on time, and at great price and the accessory eventually made it - but only after having to poke and prod them some! Overall, I'd order from here again - but with caution.

I applied for a job here. The owner was completely rude and unprofessional. He was basically illiterate and couldn't even take the time to describe the role to me properly.

Online is fast and easy but I prefer to make the 2hr drive to the store always great service.

I Was told orders processed with 24 hours and it was shipping 2 day priority mail. I ordered on June 23. I was concerned with shipping it home because we aren't there much so I called to double check shipping and order placement again I was told 2 days shipping and 24 hour order confirmation. I made the shipping address my work address to ensure I got it and in a timely fashion (Wed June 29th). Just got the order confirmation today June 30th and still no shipping info. Over a week to process an order that was suppose to be here on the 29. Now we are I to the holiday weekend and who knows when I will receive the bat. So much for using it this season. At this point the bat can be made of gold but the company I ordered it from had ruined any chance of future orders from me or the organization I involved with. Don't have guidelines of you can't follow them!!! Oh and btw I have called 4 times today to get shipping info and the phone number on there website is now disconnected...imagine that

Worst online store I've ever tried to order from. I have tried to purchase 3 softball bats from here and they show in stock on line I'm able to complete the order and them I'm contacted stating that they no longer have them. If you can't keep your website up to date dont have one. Ridiculous.

If, you need baseball gear, this is the place to visit in Northeast Ohio. You can test drive the different bats your looking at in their indoor batting cage (soft toss).

Placed order for the 2019 Easton Ghost fastpitch bay for my daughters 12th bday early May. I knew it was a preorder so I did it knowing the bat would be released early June so maybe she d get her gift by June 10th. On June 9th I see that my funds had been put back on my paypal account and no email from spc. I sent email asking what s up and why the funds are back on my account. A few days later I received an invoice to pay on paypal and a note at the bottom from a lady by the name of crystal. The note stated that paypal expired after 30 days. Ok I believe it so I paid the invoice on June 16 and awaited arrival of the new bat..... I m still waiting! No email with confirmation or tracking#. I ve emailed and I ve called with absolutely zero response from anyone!! This is no way to do business. I live in Alabama and I will be on my way to Mentor Ohio by the end of this week!! I want what I paid for or I want my money back ASAP!

Horrible experience ordering a bat online. Believe the one star reviews. My experience was similar to many others'. Their Customer Service made a bad situation worse.

I have ordered several softball bats. The prices was great and as described. I have made a couple calls and talked with Thier sales reps and they were knowledgeable and listened. They took care of all my needs!

They have the next prices around. My number one go to store for all my daughter's softball needs.

Before confirming order, the seller assured item was in stock and would be shipped immediately after payment was made. I expressed the date I needed the item by and was assured this was no problem. The item wasn't in stock and had to be ordered from the vendor. It arrived days after the need by date. In an effort to appease me seller offered to send a complimentary shirt. Yet to receive the shirt as of this review.

I ordered my son a bat online and 5 days later I called them to see why it had not been shipped yet. The lady who answered the phone said oh I have a note on my desk to call you that bats actually sold out. Thank god I called otherwise my son probably wouldn't have a bat this season. Lady asked me if I would like to pick something different. I said NO I want my card refunded. Still waiting to see credit on my account. Please beware they will let you order stuff the do not even have in stock.

Ordered an Under Armour shirt. Wrong shirt shipped. Emailed them and got no response. Called them and always got the message saying their message box is full. Finally after a few days, got someone on the phone. She put me on forever hold and the call eventually got disconnected. Called back again and again and either got busy signal or message box is full. Got stuck with the shirt I don't want now.
