What I've order was delivered on time, the items & sizes fitted without any problems.

Believe the online reviews. Ordered a bat at a good price and said it was in stock. Waited two days and then was notified it was on back order and not available for another month. In those two days the bat went out of stock on the manufacturer's website also. If I'd have known it was out of stock I would have ordered directly from the manufacturer earlier. They may have a great physical store but if you are buying online I'd look elsewhere.

I didn't get a confirmation email on my order but I called the next day and was told when it will ship and they would send me a confirmation email. Two days later I received a shipping confirmation email. It arrived in a decent time frame and was packaged well that it did not get damaged. I am very pleased with my experience @ SPC Sports.

Awesome store and staff. Daughter needed fastpitch 1st base mitt and catchers gear, most stores have one of each, they had tons. Most stores also frown on trying on catchers gear, they insisted she try on everything, which was awesome because what she thought she wanted wasn't the best fit and after trying on a couple things she completely changed her mind.

I have had an awesome experience so far I called on Wednesday and dealt with Erika an ordered a bat. I asked if I would definitely receive it by Monday she said that she would get it out that night and I would receive it by Friday well I have received the bat as promised, and can't wait to use it. Erika was very professional and kept her word. So thank you Erika you are awesome.

I have ordered 2 fastpitch softball bats from SPC Sports. Both experiences were very good. The price was very competitive and the bats arrived in a timely manner. Also, the customer service has been very good. SPC Sports is one of the first sites i visit when ordering bats.

Cannot explain how good this place is. First time going in and they were as friendly as can be. Explaining things to me and trying to find me cheaper alternatives to equipment I like. Will be going again.

What a joke I live 2hours away and takes 9 days to receive the bat. Won't be buying from them again and then was given a run around horrible experience called them several times to get a tracking number and no information was given very poor management don't buy from them

Took our money the first time never gave me a email for our bat, I called them to see why on a Friday they told me I should receive a email and or call by Monday that was over a week ago. They have since charged my card again still no email or bat or return phone call. I could have drove to Ohio and got the bat by now!!! BUYER BE AWARE VERY BAD COMPANY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!

I used the company's 'Make an offer' option and as it turns out you can't really 'Make an offer'. The persons response in a nut shell is 'the price is price'. I asked then why put it up for people to make an offer when everyone else is selling the product for the same price and the response was 'I'm sorry for putting it on sale'. Horrible way to treat someone however, if you didn't send me the 'Can you please review me?' email I wouldn't have written this so hopefully you read this and improve your customer skills going forward.

I ordered a catcher mitt for my daughter who plays 12U fastpitch. Within just a couple of hours I received an email that my glove had been packed and was ready to be shipped. I thought I was reading the email wrong, and it said I would have the glove the next day. I was like no way I didn't pay for over night shipping. Well the next day the box was sitting on my porch, I couldn't believe it. I reached out to the company to thank them, and realized they were not far from my daughters travel team. So now I'm passing the owners info off to our coach. I was very pleased with this company and the owner.

Outstanding service in getting the exact right ball glove for me!

Have ordered from here multiple times and this is the first and last time I've had terrible customer service. Ordered (2) 1.8mm skins for my bats, received (1) 1.8 and (1) 0.5 skin. Sent 4 emails to sales, no response. After 3 weeks I call, Lady on the phone told me they were out but just got some more and she will send me out one right away...wait 2 weeks nothing. Finally disputed the order with PayPal and they open up a claim. SPS responds back telling me to return the incorrect product, I think perfect, finally get a response! Ask for return postage label and will ship back immediately, they then escalate the claim and want ME to pay for postage! Any customer would be outraged about this, so I contact PayPal and they obviously refund me the whole order. I do NOT usually like to bash or rate poorly a company online but this is just unacceptable. Treat customers how you would like to be treated. We are all consumers in the end and all this for only $10.99...

Ordered a Bat online , never got a confirmations email or anything , Emailed. . no reply , called they just keep picking up the phone and hanging it up this place is Shady... "UPDATE! 3hrs later" so apparently they canceled the order all without me even knowing again no e-mail no phone call nothing this is horrible customer service, oh well at least they didn't get a dime outta me (- )

Just left SPC Sports. Was going to buy a couple things, but asked about softballs that were priced at $2.95 each. I was going to buy 2 dozen balls and then I'm told they priced them wrong an they were actually $5.95 a ball. That's not my fault. You should honor your pricing an I an all my friends an family will never shop with them again. Bad business

After days of no response on emails and no returned phone calls I finally receive a pity email saying the bat is not in stock!?!? This is after being told it was in stock and agreeing on price. Poor poor commutation.

This company may be ok in person but absolutely terrible online.

You guys kinda suck. Where is my bat or tracking info? I called and was told IT says the order was filled I asked if it shipped and got I dont know? Not let me try and find out just I dont know like it was a real answer. I see my credit card was charged on time.

Ordered a Wilson A2000 Merica Slow Pitch glove, order was canceled without notification and glove is no longer on their website. They also sent me an email with someone else s shipping information and my item. Shady business practices.

bait and switch on several products I won on ebay at a good value only to have them break or mysteriously get lost in their warehouse..many mix-ups on my items from them and their affiliate bat galaxy and things were never made right

I've purchased my boys gloves and bats here in 2019. Best prices on the web and probably in any other sports store in Ohio. Roxanne who handles internet sales made my purchases easy and her customer service to answer questions timely was top notch . I ordered a roll of lizard skin bat wrap with my son's bat and it was already installed on the bat when I received it. Doesn't get any better than that! Thanks for a great experience on every order!

They cancelled my order for a bat due to what they claim was a compromised online ordering system. Interestingly I received a scam text message from my "bank" about 5 minutes after I ordered on their site. I'm fairly certain by ordering from them my info got into t he wrong persons hands. So after they cancelled my order, I went through all of the hassle to re-order, had to follow up on everything to keep things moving. When the bat comes, it's the wrong bat. They say they will resend the correct bat and even send me a Shipping Code. So at that point I tell my disappointed daughter the correct bat should be coming, only to have them contact me several days later to tell me that the correct bat won't be coming because they don't have it in stock. Although I could have found the bat we wanted other places, now it is nowhere to be found. And.... here we are over 1 week later and the bat we ordered still shows up on their website as being available. I wish I had read the reviews of this company first before I ordered. It appears the owners must be asleep at the wheel because the history of these reviews show that it has been pretty consistently bad for years. I'd not recommend ordering from this company. Back to the safety of Amazon and other larger retailers. Its unfortunate, but situations like this are why "ma and pa" stores are soon to be things of the past.
