Prima hotel in rustige omgeving, vriendelijk personeel

Very good for money. Not too clean and a bit old but again very very recommend for the price

On arrival we were escorted to our room by the reception staff. This was just as well because we had never found this remote room (!!!). Along the way we were alerted to stoop especially so that we would not bump our heads on the stairs that were there before the room entrance.
I am always talking about a room, but in reality it is no more than a converted broom / linen cupboard. What a deception for so much money. We could not open the window because the evaders were missing to fix the window. Behind the door there were clouds of dust because there is no suction behind the door. Holes in the curtains, and our view was a motor-powered car parked daily under our window.
While showering we had to set up a dam of our towels because otherwise the water would enter the broom cupboard through the sill.
Much overdue maintenance on this hotel. Understaffed.
All in all a disappointing experience.

I really cannot say enough about the beautiful Hotel-Resort Spaarnwoude. From the moment of our arrival, we were treated like "friends!" Thank you, Lex, Amanda, Merel, Peggy, Iliana, Sharon, Jacqueline and Beata!!! You all made our stay so wonderful. We were pleased with the hotel, the food, the grounds, etc.

Although we are giving 5 stars, we have one minor "observation" ...No transportation is offered. We realize that this hotel caters to locals and guests travelling Europe in their cars, but Americans flying in would greatly appreciate a ride! All-in-all, everything is super at the Hotel-Resort Spaarnwoude

Tatty! Incomprehensible that one dares to call this a 3-star hotel

Very big disappointment on Easter Monday.
Food was simple and not tasty.
Soups were not warm.
Fish and meat products were not refrigerated.
But the biggest disappointment was that there was not enough to eat for the number of people.
overall a very bad experience.

Very disappointing Easter brunch experience at this hotel.
What a messy thing to say.
The entourage gets a zero from me, a canteen canteen looks even nicer.
Food also gets a zero from me, food was open and exposed and not cooled.
Bread was not fresh, the soup was lukewarm.
The dessert gets zero, it was scanty and finished before it was my turn and no more was made.
The wait staff also gets a zero, plates were not removed and they were very stressed out making unfriendly.
The drink was also not cooled, orange juice was out of packages and then diluted with water
Regret that I have paid, I should have received money !!!!!!

Incredibly small room, without facilities, I could not park the car nearby I had to walk 5 minutes to my car and that was not pleasant with all my stuff. The room was clean.

Great hotel in a beautiful natural environment. Friendly staff. Breakfast was not really great just white sandwiches and croissants, many choices in coffee only very complicated coffee maker. Pool large a clean but dressing room floor was pretty filthy.

1. Rooms were clean but the window to the balcony was painted by the previous tenant with the fingers. You could have cleaned it.
The decor is a bit run down but still ok.

2. Despite the fact that the staff would speak German could only a staff also really German, but all could speak fluently Wnglisch the less significant. All staff were friendly and helpful.

3. The pool is about 12.5 meters long (could withstand a cleaning) During the day he is unfortunately often rented to swimming groups (the plan depends on the locker room) We were always after 20 clock in there you can undisturbed his tracks.

4. The place is excelent and the prices are acceptable. Unfortunately, the menu was only available in Dutch

Used the swimming pool which was nice. The rest of the hotel looked a bit shabby. The surrounding area is beautiful though. Like to try the sauna here.

Hotel is in a very nice spot on the water in Spaarnwoude. In fact, you hardly notice that you are close to the motorway and Schiphol. From the outside it may be refurbished but if you look through it is nice to relax on the terrace. The interior is also dated but that also makes it cozy in its own way.

Lights did not work. Mold in the bathroom. Bathroom greenhouses piece. TV limits channels. Despite the demand leaving property in the early morning. No possibility to leave the building. Furthermore, staff friendly ..

Dated rooms in need of renovation. Part of the hotel has already been updated. The service is very friendly but at the same time it takes a long time before dinner is served. Waiting times of an hour and a half are unfortunately no exception. What you get on your plate is tasty.

No friendly staff. Was not communicated properly. Staff even shouted at us. Room was, incidentally, quite reasonable, could have smelled a bit fresher, especially when the "net" has been cleaned.

Quite eccentric but good reception and good services.

There are better Fletcher, we had a bath, but no coffee facilities in the room, which we had in Fletcher Nieuwegein, environment needs maintenance, just like the rooms could use a refreshment. Food tasty.

A pleasant and quiet place. Spectacular views. Excellent customer service.

In itself a nice hotel in terms of location and view, with a nice recreational area next door. But if you only come to spend the night, it is not a nice hotel. It is right on the water and the rooms do not have air conditioning and are musty, which means that hotel guests can quickly open their bedroom door, which means that mosquitoes can enjoy themselves to the hotel guests. This is really an annoying point. Furthermore, it is a nice hotel with a nice interior. Kind of corny
