Very disappointing Easter brunch experience at this hotel.
What a messy thing to say.
The entourage gets a zero from me, a canteen canteen looks even nicer.
Food also gets a zero from me, food was open and exposed and not cooled.
Bread was not fresh, the soup was lukewarm.
The dessert gets zero, it was scanty and finished before it was my turn and no more was made.
The wait staff also gets a zero, plates were not removed and they were very stressed out making unfriendly.
The drink was also not cooled, orange juice was out of packages and then diluted with water
Regret that I have paid, I should have received money !!!!!!
