We recently had a wet-pour surface repair around the perimeter of the Trim Trail. From start to finish the process went smoothly; repair advice was fair, the quotation arrived promptly, organisation of an installation date was quick, the were courteous and safety conscious, the skip and other rubble etc were cleared in full from site after the job.

We were impressed with the quality of service from Sovereign even though this was only a relatively small order for scooter racks. Communication was great and everything happened when we were told it would, plus the racks look superb.

We recently used Sovereign Design Play Systems to install a large pergola on our school playground. We found the service to be fantastic from start to finish. As we were unsure of exactly what kind of shade we initially wanted, the design team made several suggestions and were very patient and understanding of our needs and, eventually, the final plan was sent through using our actual field/street view which looked amazing. Communication from the Company was great and we were kept fully informed at every stage of the process. The Installation Team were very efficient and obliging and completed the installation sooner than anticipated and did a marvellous job which we are very happy with. Sovereign laid new wetpour for us during the summer break. The installation team were really efficient, knowledgeable and so very friendly. The finished job is perfect and the site specific areas completed far better than we could have possibly hoped. There was good communication from the Sovereign team throughout including text messages regarding deliveries and collections which were really useful.

I highly recommend Sovereign. They are very helpful, patient, great at communicating and very well priced. I was unsure/ inexperienced about what I wanted only that I needed safer flooring and to improve our outdoor play. They gave sound advice and were very knowledgeable.

We were lucky enough to receive grant funding to improve our play area. After some research we chose Sovereign as they had a wide choice of play equipment that suited our needs. The design was tailored for our specific needs and concept pictures provided in our personalised information pack were very useful to keep our parents up to date with our plans for improving provision.
The Sovereign team were very patient with us throughout the process changing delivery dates to the very last moment before installation so that we did not lose our play area during the half term break.
Installation day arrived with the workers on site before 7.30am. All the installers were courteous and efficient. Our Foxtail tower and Log Walk were up before we knew it. They re work ethic was brilliant keeping the site clean as they went along. The wet pour team followed in the same vain the next day keeping us informed throughout the process.
We now have a beautiful enhanced play area with high quality equipment for our children. The smiles on their faces testify to the success of the project!

Sovereign Design Play Systems designed a lovely, bright and welcoming garden for our younger children to enjoy.

The installation team were fantastic and worked really closely with the Centre staff to ensure that there was minimal disruption and the work went as smoothly as it could.

We had the Thumper tower installed at our school recently. The Sovereign team were professional and supportive at every step of the planning and installation journey. The tower is a fantastic addition to our school playground and is solid and spacious enough to accommodate several children at once. Would definitely recommend!

Sovereign replaced the rotten equipment for new 20 year guaranteed equipment! The children are so happy, the fitters were professional and so fast, all completed as per schedule would definitely use again!!

Worst service I've ever had to deal with. Been waiting for repairs since May. Keep being booked a week they'll begin the repairs and nothing happens. Not the first time this has happened with them either - same last year. Definitely look elsewhere!

We recently purchased a large Trim Trial for Gavinburn Primary school playground and local community. Sovereign provided excellent customer service, and supported our pupils dreams to provide best value for budget. Installation was speedy and resources are of the highest quality. We recently had 3 play equipment pieces installed outside - the monkey bars, rope bridge and the rope climbing frame. The installation was extremely quick (completed in under a day) and the company left the site where they were installed completely tidy. The company communicated with us at all times and were very responsive to listening to our needs on where we wanted the equipment installed.
We have had the play equipment for a few weeks now and the children love it! They are lining up to us it every break and lunchtime - Nursery to Year 2 have been on it and get so much from it.

Great Service and Brilliant Playground Markings!

We are really pleased at our school, Charlton Horethorne Primary, with our new playground markings. All of the markings have really brightened up our before dull playground. Please save your time and go elsewhere loads of other companies with great after sales service .However this company is not one of them .A large piece of our play equipment broke in March .We have our equipment inspection done through their company thinking if we did get a problem it would be sorted quickly and effectively as children s safety is reliant on this .How wrong can you be .Here we are end of October and they still haven t fixed a large part on our playing area Each time you ring it has either not been filed properly or they have been busy selling new equipment so to say old customers do not matter in 70 years of trading.we have decided that sovereign play equipment is the worst company we have ever dealt with

We recently had The Foxtail Adventure Tower installed by Sovereign at our Pre-school. We opted for an amended version as we were not overly keen on the fireman pole for our younger children. Sovereign were very accommodating, sending us photos of a previous installation at a Pre-school. It is an ideal structure for a small area. The installers were great, arriving on time and very polite. Mostly importantly - the children love it! It is challenging for our 4 year olds but achievable for our 2 year olds. Thankyou.

We are now hoping to purchase the Play Lodge for open ended role play outdoors.

We had Sovereign install 2 x Pergola's for our outdoor Year 1 & Year 2 Classroom areas. There was a slight communication issue with the pre - install site survey but this was handled very well by their customer service team when I drew their attention to it. The workmen who came to install were excellent, arrived on time, worked really hard and got the job done really quickly and efficiently. The Pergola's are really good quality and look amazing - I would definitely recommend Sovereign if you are looking at any outdoor improvements :-)
We have had a second Pergola Installed in our Nursery Rainbow Garden. The installation was excellent, communication was great from requesting a quote, through to finishing the job. The workmen were very efficient, worked hard from arrival to leaving and left the area really tidy. Could not fault them - superb - would recommend to anyone.

Shocking! Two week job took 12 weeks longer despite several dates booked. You have to catch them, they don't return your calls or reply to your emails. They are interested in getting the money. Thank goodness we didn't pay them up front, or they would never have finished.
Given the lack of interest in the install, the warranty is going to be worthless.
Never again! Please don't make my mistake.

We had the Estuary Flyer installed in our play area. We were happy with our train but felt the seating was a bit high for the age of children we have at the nursery.
I spoke to customer services and found them extremely helpful. They involved their design team and customised the seats to suit our needs.
Excellent customer service and we are now very happy with our product.
We also had a soft surface installed in our baby play area. Again, a great result and would recommend Sovereign design.

Review from Longhoughton CE Primary School - Sovereign have recently installed some fitness equipment for PE and playtime activities. The installation team were really efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. The finished job is great and although the equipment was primarily installed with KS2 children in mind, children in EYFS and KS1 are making good use of it too. One child said I like swinging my legs and pretending to walk like a dinosaur. There was good communication from the Sovereign team throughout from design to the final installation.

Excellent service provided by the company. We would highly recommend for both installation and maintenance of the outdoor play equipment. Staff are friendly and helpful and communication is superb. We receive a detailed report after each visit and repairs are undertaken promptly.

We have recently had two pergolas installed by Sovereign Play. The service has been excellent throughout and the installation team were fantastic! We are really pleased with our products and will definitely be using Sovereign again.

We have recently had some outdoor gym equipment installed in our playground by Sovereign. Customer service was exceptional and the installation team were polite, friendly and professional. The work was carried out during a normal school - the team were DBS checked, they secured the area safely and were considerate with regard to noise disruption for the classrooms. I would highly recommend Sovereign and we would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

We are from an urban primary school and have booked various installations with Sovereign Designs. Their consultants understood the school, suggested practical and suitable solutions based on budgets and didn't 'over-suggest' items or advise unrealistic items. Actually, due to his understanding of our needs, we booked a further two installations that we weren't originally planning.

I found the communication good with the company. Equipment installation was earlier than originally planned. Although there was a 1 day delay, the installation team turned up and fitted the equipment earlier than planned. The flooring materials delivered as planned and laid on time too. The children have yet to use it, but I'm sure they will enjoy.

Sovereign came and installed new play equipment for our play area in our village. Despite a few minor problems along the way, overall we have been really pleased with the result. Sovereign's Rep Neil and the installation guys were great and the children now have somewhere safe and exciting to play .

We had our year 1 play area floor done with the rubber mulch safety floor and it looks great. Following recommendations, we recently contacted Sovereign regarding a shelter and the service was great. We received all the information we needed to make an informed decision and the process ran smoothly from start to finish. The initial planning meeting was good and we then received information about how the project would run including a picture showing our actual site which was great to show the children. The on-site installation team were polite and friendly and completed the work as expected even though through the week we had some awful weather! We have just taken delivery of a Mikki Play Cabin at Hannah More Infants. The product looks lovely on our foundation stage playground and will give the children loads of play opportunities. Sovereign came out to us to fit Markings for our KS2 playground. They have been fantastic from start too finish . Richard who helped us choose which and where to put the markings was really helpful. The two men who installed were fantastic. They worked until gone 8pm to get it finished. The children love them . THANKYOU

Would definitely not recommend - twice didn t turn up on date arranged. Dangerous fault on climbing wall took them a month to come back and fix. No communication between departments got passed around each blaming the others. No response from the company to my complaints they just don t care.

We are extremely pleased with the quality of the equipment and playground markings we have had installed. The children tell us that they love it. We were pleased with the installation process as the contractors were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend using them.

We have used Sovereign Design several times. Each time the equipment is excellent quality and efficiently installed. The staff are helpful and supportive from the planning stage to the installation. Our children love using the brand new trim trail and the mulch flooring is durable and safe.

Sovereign recently installed a Brig and a PlayLodge at our Bakewell nursery and I have to say that it has transformed our outside area. The installers were very friendly and got the whole job done in two days - much to my amazement. They were also very tidy and did a great repair job where they took up the artificial grass to install the supports. Everything went as I was told it would and I shall definitely use them again!

Sandhills Community Primary School - Sovereign installed a new play area for our Year 1 children. They came up with great ideas for the equipment to include and our year 1 children and staff are very pleased with the results. The installation took place during term time and went very smoothly.

We are a school in Stafford and the PTFA had been raising funds and planning a trim trail for along while now. We chose Sovereign due to recommendations and we are glad we did. Our account manager Andy McKay was fundamental in offering his advice and assistance throughout the whole process. The fitters were wonderful tidying away after them. We recently had our second activity trail installed by Sovereign.The whole experience was smooth and professional, from the initial site visit through to completion. The installation was carried out during school time,and the considerate way in which they worked had no impact on the day to day routine of the school. All in all we are very happy with our equipment and the service we received.

Fantastic service, from design to execution. We were is need of an overhaul of our EYFS outside learning area. We went to three companies and Sovereign were chosen on account of value and professionalism from the start.

During the initial visit, the consultant listened to what we wanted and also offered their own professional expertise. This allowed us to make an informed decision on how we would proceed. There was no pressure whatsoever from anyone involved. Once we agreed to work with Sovereign, they were more than happy to go back to the plans and revise them once we had had time to discuss them among ourselves.

The designs and plans provided throughout allowed us to easily visualize the proposal and revise it as necessary. In the project included a wonderful extended canopy, a new large storage shed (the installation team were also good enough to help with the removal of the old one), new mud kitchen, new markings and the removal of an old, decaying sandpit and installation of a new one, complete with bright coloured surround.

The installation was very professional and the team were more than happy to work around us. They arrived promptly and carried out work in a manner which didn't disrupt the education of the children (e.g. coming the evening before to carry out the noisy stuff). The on-site team were flexible, consulting us and advising us as necessary.

The installation itself is of high quality and is already enhancing the education of our youngest children. Certainly recommended.

We had Adventure Boat 2 installed in the playground of our nursery. At the design stage adjustments were made due to the size of the playground area so it was perfectly tailored for us. The wait for installation felt long and was delayed 3 times due to weather but the joy on the faces of the children when they finally got to use it was worth the wait. As we had a tailored design a couple of things were not quite right initially. After sending an email to the office after working hours we were pleased and surprised to find an installation team member there to address it at 8am the next morning. We definitely feel we have made the right choice and are very happy with our new playground structure.

We recently had Sovereign transform a piece of unusable wilderness into a magnificent outside area. We now have a multi purpose pitch and 'chill out' zone with gym equipment that will have an immediate effect on the curriculum and the social activities of the youngsters attending this PRU. We have been extremely impressed with the whole project from start to finish; from planning to design to installation we couldn't praise Sovereign more highly. Many thanks.
