Please save your time and go elsewhere loads of other companies with great after sales service .However this company is not one of them .A large piece of our play equipment broke in March .We have our equipment inspection done through their company thinking if we did get a problem it would be sorted quickly and effectively as children s safety is reliant on this .How wrong can you be .Here we are end of October and they still haven t fixed a large part on our playing area Each time you ring it has either not been filed properly or they have been busy selling new equipment so to say old customers do not matter in 70 years of trading.we have decided that sovereign play equipment is the worst company we have ever dealt with
