Shocking! Two week job took 12 weeks longer despite several dates booked. You have to catch them, they don't return your calls or reply to your emails. They are interested in getting the money. Thank goodness we didn't pay them up front, or they would never have finished.
Given the lack of interest in the install, the warranty is going to be worthless.
Never again! Please don't make my mistake.
