Following recommendations, we recently contacted Sovereign regarding a shelter and the service was great. We received all the information we needed to make an informed decision and the process ran smoothly from start to finish. The initial planning meeting was good and we then received information about how the project would run including a picture showing our actual site which was great to show the children. The on-site installation team were polite and friendly and completed the work as expected even though through the week we had some awful weather! We would not hesitate to recommend Sovereign in the future.
