Called online dep# 6 times a day for three days..no answer no call back...went to web site tried to order what I found online...there was about a 25$ dif in price ..had to ask to get online price ..(they gave it to Me for that price)..just tripple check your part number cuz at check out they hit u w a agreement at the end if u don't enter a vin number you can't return anything ...so as long as u have all ur ducks in a row they can get basically any thing u need ...shipping was fast product looked nice n new ..happy ..will use this place for more parts soon..as long as i can find them online first lol

Everyone is nice and greets you when you walk in the door. We bought a GoldWing from Justin and he done everything he could to help us. He talked with our bank and sent in the paperwork etc but the only thing I didn t like was His Boss Wouldnt let us put down money for them to hold over the weekend when we knew for sure we were gonna get the bike So if someone would ve Came in that Saturday evening and wanted it, it would ve been sold out from under us.

We haven't picked it up yet, but if our first interactions are any indication, we would recommend that anyone thinking about a bike should consider Southern Powersports first on their places to check one out - even if it is a bit of a drive!

I had a slow leak in the Back tire of my Honda NC 700. Even though it was covered by warranty, our local shop in pelham would not even take a look at it and wanted me to buy a new tire(old one had less than 1000 miles on it). Your shop diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in under 15 min.

Rode my first 100 miles today. Awesome experience ,and incredible motorcycle! , and I know, as I've had 26 bikes, logged over one million miles, and even did 1,420 miles in a non Stop journey from Fl. Cody provided Excellent Customer Service! I was purchasing my son a dirt bike and not familiar with the different types of bikes and what type my son ( a beginner) should have. He thoroughly explained the difference with the power of the bikes gives and the size my son would need to have for now. I appreciate his honesty and just not try to convince me to buy the most expensive, especially me being a female; he was more concerned of my son safety instead! I would recommend anyone to Southern Honda Powersports!!! Great pricing as well!

He was very knowledgeable with going over everything with me on the Honda pioneer 1000-5 I purchased from him and he is very easy going and not pushy with going over my options. We bought a four wheeler the only one in stock in three states around us the sales man we had named mark was a great sales man and helped us load the four wheeler and was very nice and saved the four wheeler for us but as we were about to head out our truck broke down and he helped us and got another man to help Because he didn t know much about it and the man helped us with a jumper cable but the battery wasn t the issue so he got a mechanic to help us with it and he stayed and looked at it and it was the starter that went out and Garrett the mechanic there stayed late as well as mark and the other guy I wish I new his name mark took me to the auto parts store to get a starter while garret took the old one out and put a new one in over all a great place and I will definitely be going back and suggesting it for anyone else .

I accidentally ordered the wrong thing called them they called back in a timely manner and was more than happy to help correct the order the associate I talked to I think her name was Pricilla did an outstanding job very pleasant and kind for the entire process great job guys will definitely order from them again.

Southern Motorsports is absolutely the best place to buy a bike. I live in Savannah, Georgia and drove 744 miles round trip to buy a pre-owned bike. Doing business with these people was worth every mile I drove. John, my salesman, Chad, pre-owned sales manager and Ashley, the finance lady were all so friendly and helpful and a joy to work with. I pretty much had the deal hammered out before I headed to TN. These people did EVERYTHING They said they would do and more ! This was the best buying experience I have ever had, I just can't say enough. I highly recommend them ! Their Honda inventory is mind blowing, if they don't have it, then you don't need it! Give them a try, you won't be sorry. I am a very satisfied customer.

I think overall their prices are excellent, I always like to haggle a little bit to feel like I have not got completely ripped off, I would probably shop there at some point in the future but not for my next bike...

Worst experience I've ever had. I waisted over an hour waiting there for a deal that they said was good to go only to find out that the finance guy had been on lunch and they had not even done the deal. The agreed upon payment had gone up by the time i hit the finance office. I had told the sales man and the sales manager that if they could not do it then i would just walk away no harm no foul. My biggest gripe is that i waited there for over an hour with both the salesman and the sales manager telling me it was all good to go. I have been in the automotive business for over 15 years and have never been treated with such disregard. I would never recommend this company to anyone

Horrible service. Have made multiple trips (30+ min drives)after having called to confirm inventor of parts. Upon arrival I am told they didn't have it. After orders placed at the parts counter they arrive incorrect. Not only is it incorrect but it's not what I asked them to order. They also try to charge me the difference for the correct part after having messed things up multiple times already. 3 week ordeal to ultimately never receive the part needed. Thank you eBay for having better service than Southern Honda. Will never go back.

First off let me say I'm 44 and have always been low income and this is my second, bought new Honda motorcycle in 2 years, but not purchased from them.
I did take my current 'bike there which is still under warranty, and had it serviced for the 8k service.
I feel they weren't transparent enough about what they did during the inspection and the paperwork shows such. Very basic reassurance for the customer in my opinion.
I wasn't impressed. And fyi, where I bought my 'bike from is now osed bc he put in his 40 years as a dealer..they were more professional at Honda Of Chattanooga, too bad they're gone.
Hopefully this establishment hired their service engineers.

The world's largest Honda powersports dealer. You walk into their 100k sq ft facility and it sort of takes your breath to see over 300 units on the showroom floor. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and you can't beat their prices.

Love my new 2018 Honda Gold Wing airbag I bought at this dealer. They claim to be the largest volume Powersports dealer in the country and I went there only because of their pricing. The experience I had makes me dubious. Frankly I ve never had a worse experience in buying a new bike ( this was my tenth) or a new car ( purchased about 50 so far ). I felt like the disorganization and poor prep done on my bike was typical of a new dealer on their first delivery.
I made an appointment four days in advance to take delivery on my new wing after making a deposit. I arrived at 11:15 am and left after 4pm. During my five hour ordeal no one offered me as much as a bottle of water and water was not even available in their vending machines. The air conditioning was inoperative and since it was over 90 degrees outside ( end of July) it was miserably hot in the dealership. On arrival I discovered my bike was being assembled and prepped so that it would be fresh for me whatever that meant. My salesman Caleb wasn t much help and at one point left me at his desk for an hour while he went to lunch. I did all the paperwork and requested this dealer do the title work for Florida, my permanent residence, which they agreed to do.
While I was waiting to add insult to injury, the shop rolled out another newly assembled wing identical to mine and put it on the sales floor.
When I finally got my bike Caleb gave me a five min delivery as I was really anxious to get out of there for my 120 mile ride back to my cabin in Blue Ridge GA as my traffic app showed rush hour traffic stopped everywhere on my route.
I got about a block away and noticed a warning light on the dash. I returned to the dealer and they discovered the seat heater plug was disconnected during their prep.
Back on the road again I got a block away and noticed the low tire pressure warning light on. The TPMS showed both tires to be dangerously underinflated. I returned to the dealer and a mechanic took my bike and brought it back to me in a few minutes. When I asked him if the tire pressures were correct he replied they are now.
Earlier I had asked my salesman Caleb if I d have a full tank of gas he told me they only put in 2 gallons in the tank as some new owners might want to put premium in their new wing.(They did fill the tank later at my request.)
The used bike sales manager did get involved after I complained about the all the delays and he apologized and told me he wished he gotten involved with my delivery earlier.
Sadly weeks later after waiting to hear about my title I got an overnight envelope from Southern Powersports asking me to resign my trade in bikes title again since the dealers finance person had me sign my name on the wrong line.
As I said I ve never seen such a poorly orchestrated and disorganized dealership in my life. I d be hard pressed to deal with then again. ( NOTE: This website would not let me give this dealer less than three stars or I certainly would have.)

I learned in sales a long time ago that you never judge a book by its cover and that you don t decide what the customer may or may not spend. I walked in and was never greeted or asked if anyone could help. We walked all the way around the store and was ready to go by the time someone asked if we were doing ok. If you want peoples business then you should act like it. We literally were passed by 3 employees without one even acknowledging that we were there. When a customer walks through those doors they should be greeted and asked if they needed any help. If the customer says no there just looking then let them look but I genuinely had questions and no one looked like they were eager to help.

Amazing dealership (5 star)- Anthony (parts and service), Tami (parts), Gus (sales), Joel (Mechanic), did a collaborated condensed major service on my bike. There were some others that I did not get a name for. I live South of Atlanta, they ordered the parts and set me up for an appointment to do the work. It was a major rebuild on the steering column of a ST1300, oil change and install on Denali lights to show me the way in darkness. I felt like royalty as they were very customer service oriented (salute to the leadership). Darned ole Gus almost sold me a Goldwing, he certainly knew the bike and allowed me to get familiar with it. I fear a purchase in the future! Folks, this dealer and these employees took tremendous care of me- take note------ 5 STARS!!!!! PLUS

I bought a bike honda shadow in march got it home drove it maybe 50 miles checked oil it was black as coal need a oil change also needed front brakes they were metal to metal......wote a review told them why i was upset guy named kyle called said he wanted to make it right told me to send receipts an he would refund cost.....keep in mind i wasnt wanting money just wanted them to be honest an have good business ethics ......over a month later no refund....seems to me they just telling people what they wanna hear me nor anyone i associate with will ever to business here again......

As much as I wish I could, I cannot recommend. I have visited this dealership several times over the past few years and bought a bike from them a year ago. While I do encounter helpful and friendly salespeople, I have also encountered rude and pushy ones that outweigh the good to make the experience an unpleasant one. After my last experience, I will not be returning.

Never happened, sent email left voice mail, even told them I had chosen the wrong part and wanted the more expensive right one and wanted to get other parts too! No answer, by phone or email. I got the part I ordered and it worked but, I was not happy with the service if you want to call it that.

Bought a 2018 CBR 1000RR (my pinnacle, it's all downhill after this bike). I couldn't be happier. The bike was advertised perfectly. I was responded to in less than 2 hours when I submitted an inquiry. Mitch answered all of my questions, gave me several options (all easy) to pursue financing, didn't pressure me, gave me thorough time to address any concerns, was super chill, multi tasked my process with his other customers well, stayed very professional despite a clearly hectic Saturday rush, and made sure my bike would be safely tucked away for when I return to take it (I live 2 hours away and was alone so I couldn't take it home just yet). Jordan our closing specialist / title work/ paperwork expert had everything easily ready to sign and clearly has it down to a science. I can't wait to pick up my bike. When I was there I got to start it, verify everything, and of course, drool on it. :) I'd give 6 stars if I could. If delivery was available for a fee I definitely would have taken it.

Was told buy three people we would receive a military discount and they did not honor it. I would of been fine not receiving it if they did not tell me I would receive the discount in the first place. I was told I would not receive the discount on the vehicle itself, which was fine, but was told on all parts and accessories the discount is valid. The salesman lied to me multiple times and the sales manager told me I can not get a discount. I understand they have to make money, but not lie to your face (they do not like it when you figure these things out) I would of bought the vehicle if they went through on what they said, but this here is no way to have repeat customers.

P.S. In the finance room they tried to put the base price as 6300, when the base price was 5300, which was indicated on the website, flyer, and by the salesman before visiting the finance section. Driving the distance I drove to come home with nothing was very disappointing, but I do not deal with these situations.

Brand new CRF450 was experiencing idle issue since purchase. The first time I dropped it off was kept for almost two weeks, when I called to check they said they were waiting to hear directly from Honda. I had a trip planned so picked the bike up without the issue being resolved. The second time I dropped it off it once again took over a week, this time they called me and told me it was ready. They had changed a spark plug and cleaned the fuel injector, simple job I could have done myself and now I wish I would have. When I arrived to pickup the bike I signed the paperwork and they said they d bring it right out. I sat in my truck for 20 minutes before going back inside to see what the hold up was. I was informed the plastics had not been reinstalled and the tech that had worked on it was now on vacation. I sat for another hour as I witnessed what appeared to be them redoing the work they said was complete and test driving it again before finally bringing the bike out for me to load by myself. They wasted my time and seemed to have no idea what was going on. Unimpressed and deeply frustrated as this is a brand new motorcycle that has already spent almost three weeks back at the dealership.

Rude people. They will act like they will give you the best price and service but they won't. Bad deals. They make it sound like they got the best deals but if you look somewhere else you will definitely find better deals elsewhere. Their maintenance guy is extremely rude as well. At least the one that talked to and told me to go to where I bought my motorcycle at to get the maintenance done. . Like aren't you a freaking Honda dealership like TF?

Garrett is the man! These folks go above and beyond. Yes , my ATV was there for 3 months , but considering the circumstances with warranty folks and a complete engine rebuild, I couldn't be more pleased. I will travel 70 + miles whenever I need service or another ATV. Southern Honda Power Sports is where it is at!! Prices are unbelievable, people are great , call and make sure they have what you are looking for , trust me they sell them fast there. Thank you Garrett! Thank you Southern Honda Power Sports!!

Bought a new front tire for my VTX 1300 in April 2...

Bought a new front tire for my VTX 1300 in April 2014. It has now dry rotted to the point the bike vibrates dangerously. Bought another tire from some place else and took the bad one back this morning. The parts manager Anthony said it is out of warranty and there is nothing they will do. Just doesn't seem right to me. I never felt their service was much to brag about either. I will not go back and recommend the same to others.
