I know nothing about atv. I came here because friends said there awesome. They did not disappoint. I was treated with the highest respect. Every question I had they answered right then. The communication b4 I even got there to get my atv was great. Financing was simple and explained to me so I understood everything I signed. Never did I once feel pressured to buy my atv. Thank you guys you rock.

I stopped by around 3 different times to gather information, sit on motorcycles, and just get a feeling for what I wanted to buy. Salesmen were extremely helpful, patient, and offered good input. On the third visit, after a disappointing experience at 'Honda of Chattanooga Powersports Dealer' I bought a bike. I had to wait a little while to finalize the paperwork with the finance guy, but overall a very positive experience for my first bike.

They have went above and beyond for us. From the deal on our sxs and the quality of service from the service department. They have a great staff !!!! Keep up the great work.

Purchased a 2002 goldwing trike Salesman Gus was professional, everything went smooth. The only problem I have with any Honda bike dealer is : if you have any thing over 10 years they don t stock parts for it , every thing has to be ordered and usually is at least twice or more times higher than ordering from E-bay.

It was a pleasure working with Mark. He made it easy to purchase my 2019 Africa Twin Adventure sports bike. I have been looking for a year. The price was fair, and, the level of professionalism, made it a joy. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal, and, great service.

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with any company the managers are something else let me tell ya you it took over 2 months to rebuild an already brand new bike motor that i still have no answer to why yet and when I arrived to pick it up it was dirty covered in grease and had damage all over it inwhich I had taken a very detailed video the day I dropped it off just for such an occasion do to past experience with this dealership needless to say I feel another investigation should be opened on there business practices again. So please be warned as these people are your buddy till your out that door then goodluck as there a quantity over quilty dealership.

Just wanted to thanks the fine folks at Southern Honda Powersports for the great job they did helping me out on my service on my Goldwing.
I had made an appointment for a Wednesday morning to have an air filter replacement ( which is a job) on a goldwing, and an oil change. I am from Mississippi and was traveling. I had an appointment in Atlanta on Tuesday that finished sooner than anticipated. The weather turned bad so I went ahead and headed to Chattanooga. I stopped in before checking in a hotel on the slim chance that that they could help me out. They not only helped me out by completing the service, but they did it in over a hour earlier than I had been told on the phone!

I work at a HONDA dealership n Canada and I sent an e-mail asking if a provided part number was available for my American Model bike.
I was answered by Mitch Gratton who was very ignorant and said I dont work in parts..CALL THEM. I explained that I cannot call from work, but could he please just ask someone there if the part is available, to which he responded " CALL PARTS " !! A dealership is supposed to be a TEAM. You could have kept a customer happy, but instead you treated him like dirt !!
So much for the worlds largest Honda Dealer. The reason I called you guys is because I was there on a dirtbike trip and did not have a very good experience, but decided to give it another chance, just in case I was there on an off day.. You know a little customer service can go a LONG way Mitch Gratton.

I was afraid of motorcycles and Kyle was amazing and patient and helped me to figure what kind of bike would fit my body type. When I m ready I am definitely going to buy one from only you guys!!!

I live 3 hours from the shop and rode in sub freezing temperatures to purchase from Caleb. Easiest place to have conversations with and no nonsense approach. 100% worth the ride and ended up spending about $1000 less than my local Honda shop.

Prices on new machines are pretty good. Not so great on used. Seems like they only had one gentleman working finance, so it took over 2 hours to get paperwork ready. However, they did beat the APR from another bank. If not for the long wait would have been 5 stars.

Bought brand new goldwing, drove 14 hours one way to pick it up, they had 2 1/2 days to service and set it up. Waited from 2:30 when we arrived till 7:45 while they looked for keys and service bike. When I finally got possession of bike and ready to bring it home tires had no air in them and bike was not serviced.. This Is second New goldwing purchase from them AFTER THIS I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

The sale price listed on the website is exactly the price I paid. No haggling and no fees, and it was a considerably better price than I could get from other dealers I looked at (even after haggling). I love that they have so much riding gear in stock as well, and from what I have seen online, their prices on gear are very fair. Plus I was able to roll the gear into the loan. Lastly, since I am out of state, I did not have to pay sales tax (for an off-road bike, that is).

Great people from start to finish. I drove five hours to deal with them, and don't regret it one bit.

My husband and I bought a Foreman Rubicon 520 in Red with independent rear suspension and power steering yesterday afternoon and we didn t get off of it until close to 1:00 in the morning today. We absolutely love it. It has an extra head light on the handlebar column which I absolutely love because I have a hard time seeing at night!
Not only would I recommend the four wheeler, I d also recommend the establishment we went to to make this purchase in Chattanooga TN/GA line. Jamie R helped us out with test driving and the whole shabbang . All the questions we possibly could have asked he knew the answer, has the experience, or got the information we needed on it. He knows his stuff and it was absolutely wonderful dealing with him and then Jordan in financing.

Bought 2 bikes from them over the last several years and both times, they exceeded my expectations. It was worth it to make the 700 mile round trip. When I initially called them, they did not have the bike I wanted in stock - a new 2016 Honda Forza with ABS brakes (illustrated), but it did not take JW (the sales associate) long to get it. They also ordered a Givi windshield and Givi top box and installed them for me. The bike is terrific - getting 70 mpg even with the taller than standard windshield. Tremendous trunk space beneath the seat and extra storage with the top box enable me to haul a lot of groceries. I would not waste my time going anywhere else. They had the best price in the country for the Forza.

I was able to get credit approval before going to pick up our four wheeler so it was literally just sign and load up and go. Jamie (salesman) and Cody (finance) were the two I worked with and they were great.

Very good buying experience. We discussed what I was looking for through e mail at first. Mitch (sales) promptly sent pics of the bike through txt. Followed by an e mail quote. I told him I would arrive the next day at noon and if all our discussions hold true Bike, price etc. It would be a deal. I showed up at noon and everything was as promised. Very efficient and friendly staff. Nice selection of machines and gear. Would definitely make the 3 hour drive again. Great job folks!

I purchased a pre-owed 2013 Spyder Can-Am on 6/5/15. My salesman Justin Pack was excellent! Seeing this was an out-of-state purchase, things could get a little sticky. However, Justin made this transaction so easy. Because he was so personable, I was confident and comfortable in working with him. From beginning to end, Justin was readily available to answer all my questions. He even assisted me in getting my trike transported from TN to MD. I highly recommend this dealership and salesman.

I went there to buy a motorcycle and get a little info about the bike. When I left I decided to make the purchase called Bradley the salesman and got the run around so went to another salesman who helped me. But the biggest thing they will do to screw you over is in financing. Definitely ask to see the paper that says don't show customer. They got me for a extra 2% on interest rate. Go to the place on Hwy 58 better service they've been up front from minute one.

One of the nicest group of people to deal with. Everyone was helpful and knowledgeable did everything they promised. The I was to pick up develop a problem so rather then sell me a bike that was potentially a problem they took a new bike in the box and put it together while I waited

I am not someone who doesn t like or rarely deal with dealerships. I typically buy from individuals. I didn t want to risk buying my first UTV and find out later it had been misused etc. I need reliability when i get to take my grandkids to the mountains. I don t want to be stuck broke down on a trail so buying new was my choice. After I checked with several Honda dealers in middle Tennessee, I was ready to abandon the purchase of a new Pioneer 1000-5 deluxe. The dealers didn t have good prices to start with and then had add-ons of $900 for Frieght, up to $400 for assembly and a $250 documentation fee. Working with Mitch and Jordan at Southern was easy! Great price plus sales tax was all! No add-ons or hidden fees! A couple of calls, an appoint for pick up. I just came in and wrote the check and loaded the Pioneer. I saved $2,500 over the lowest previous quote! I highly recommend Southern Powersports!

My 2018 wing head set was not working where I could get out with regards to my CB. Justin and Company got it working. I am grateful for the effort these employees put in to make it work. Thanks Richard Zimmer

I have been doing business with Southern Honda since 2006. I live in Birmingham, Alabama and I drive 150 miles to Chattanooga, Tennessee for purchases and service. They simply are THE BEST in every aspect. The best inventory, pricing, sales and service.

Horrible shopping experience. Yes, we got a good deal on the 2 bikes that we purchased. The salesman did not even bother to dig the chewing tobacco out of his lip to complete the deal. Never said thank you. Nothing. Yes, they give you a t-shirt- so you can advertise for them. Sale took 3 hours on a cash deal. It was blazing hot in the building and no one even offered a sip of water. Found the bathroom simply by luck. After buying 2 new motorcycles they charged us to move the gear shifter so bike could be ridden home.

Demand better treatment- go elsewhere. Walmart has better customer service. We spent large swathes of time not knowing what was happening - They were not busy- we were the only sale happening. No eye contact - no handshake- Salesman kept addressing my husband when I asked questions. If you are female rider- Go to another honda- I hear the one in Knoxville treats people better.

I purchased a brand new Honda Rebel 2014 on April 22, 2017. Today is June 7, 2017. It stopped running completely today on June 6, 2017. I think it's the clutch, but not sure. I'm taking it in tomorrow. I have did everything according to the manual and only have put 700 miles on it. When I called to see if it was covered the service department said he would have to look at it first. I'm not going to rate until I see what they do. It should be repaired at no cost, if not I'll let the world know. I only have changed the oil once and used motorcycle oil that the manual said to use. I'll change this to a 5 star if they back their product. This being brand new I'm going to call Honda and check this bike out to make sure something wasn't wrong with it to begin with. Today is June 12th, 2017. Southern Honda still has my Honda Rebel and will not fix it. I have called everybody in the business there and they just put me on another persons answering machine, with no call back. They do not back their products or warranties. Don't every get a warranty there because you will be throwing money out of the door. They are turning this into an very complicated matter when all they should do is back their warranty and fix the dam bike at no cost to me. My next step is to file a complaint with the BBB or get an attorney or both at the same time. I will continue to make posts about this until it's resolved. If not resolved soon ever social media will be reading about it, including the Chattanooga Times. The manager called me and said he would fix it. Thank you Southern Honda. They backed their product. I didn't act very nice and I'm sorry. I'm a veteran and I learned only how to fight in the military instead of think rational before jumping to conclusions. I loved serving our country for people like you. Not bragging , but i have a purple heart and silver star and don't regret a minute of it. Thank you very much for helping me.

Ordering process was easy and part was correct upon arrival, but I should have paid better attention to the shipping time. I placed my order on 4/10/2019 and my part wasn t shipped until 4/20/2019... really 10 days just to ship?? I called no answer, I emailed no response, I left a voicemail no call back. All I wanted was an update on my order...Great place if you don t care if or when you would receive your parts!!

Took 6 days from receipt of order to shipping. (Not deliver, just ship.) When my order finally shipped, it arrived in a couple days. Prices are low and quality is good, so I'll probably use them again. Just that I'll temper my expectations.

Great experience! Not at all what I am used to at some motorcycle dealerships. It was actually enjoyable! Everyone was casual and new what they were doing. Andrew, my contact, took care of everything! We actually had fun, at least I did.

Best experience I ve ever had. Caleb Gordan the man who sold me my 2017 CBR500R welcomes me and made me feel right at home, he didn t pressure me or blow up my phone trying to get a quick sell. I mean it was a quick sell but I definitely felt like it was my choice and he worked with me so well. A year or so ago before I left for recruit training I went in just looking knowing I couldn t buy and a guy approached me and wouldn t leave me alone and I felt so uncomfortable. But Caleb was very down to earth didn t pressure me to buy offered to just see what he could do to get me on a bike if it s what I really wanted. And then he came back and let me know they would love too if I had a co signer. My first choice didn t work out so he was able to actually work with me to insure my step dad that being a co-signer was going to really help me out. And helped calm down my mom and accommodate her wishes of me having a safety jacket and a good helmet. He really made my hole family feel at home and comfortable with my dream bike. Thank you for making me feel like a friend and not just another costumer.

WOW !! first time here, brought my brand new bike for check up and follow up as i am a neat & Thourough person (No sense of entitlement ). This place is awesome When here you'll notice that the atmosphere is like a family business Not Corporate. very friendly. Quality staff, warm hearted and everybody knows what they are doing which means high talents & Competence at the service dept as well as Customer service/sales. I felt like my motorcycle was talking to me saying: please leave me here, i wanna hang out here for a while when you walk in you feel like this is a Motorcycle Spa. I bought my bike from a dealer in Wisconsin over 2 months ago and i feel a little Sad & heartbroken that i did not do my research. I wish i bought it from here. I paid $850 extra in destination fees, dealer fees in addition to Rental van & Fuel cost when i could have skipped all that hassle if i knew about this solid dealer. + This fabulous dealer is just 200 miles away from home. Certainly this wil be my only place i seek for any service or purchase consideration in The Future. Service Staff are sharp and dedicated to their Responsibilities . The Honda power is an awesome show room of all types of Honda made cycles. Huge building filled with hundreds of ATVs, street bikes, off road and racing bikes a bit side by side. I had to turn around several times before I found the Honda power. No matter the turn around. It is well worth it. Go see them...

John was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I bought the bike for my grandson and John walked us through everything we could think of, and some things I never would have thought of. He even helped us with correct fitting on boots, helmet and chest protector. All in all, the best sales experience of any motor vehicle I have ever had! I'll be back, and I'll see John.

Called to see if they had what we wanted and a price. Went up there same day purchased the ATV. They didn t try to sell us anything we didn t ask for. Everyone was very nice and not pushy. Would recommend anyone to deal and buy with this dealership.

Went with intentions and money to buy a $6000 4-wheeler but were turned away because we didn t put a mask on. We will take our freedom to breathe and buy elsewhere. If I were a company that depended on sales to make a living, I d have a talk with my county officials about the enforcement of the mask rule .
